Methods:The clinic treatments of 15 NH~-_3 burned cases complicated with inhalation injury in his hospital between January 1998 and April 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. His management included reasonable fluid therapy, prompt and efficient usage of antibiotics ,tracheotomy after diagnosis, mechanical ventilation, bronchoalveolar lavage using fibrobrochoscope after the shock period and short-time usage of glucocorticoid. Results: Of the 15 cases,14 patients were cured and 1 patient was improved without any death. The cure rate was 93.3%. Conclusion: All of the managements should be performed as quickly as possible.Paying much attention to prevent the complications could improve the cure rate.Tracheotomy and bronchoalveolar lavage in the early stage are vital to patients.
6.Early rehabilitation for children with brain impair syndrome and cerebral palsy in hospital and in family
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(5):380-381
ObjectiveTo compare the early rehabilitation of child with brain impair syndrome and cerebral palsy executed in hospital and in family.Methods180 children of 0~2 years old with brain impair syndrome and cerebral palsy were divided into group A and group B randomly. The children of 0~6 months old were in group A1 and group B1, while that of 6 months~2 years old were in group A2 and group B2, correspondingly. Children in group A accepted early formal strengthen rehabilitation training in hospital, and that in group B accept family rehabilitation through guidance. Development quotient (DQ) were assess with Japan Yuanchengsi infant analysis growth scale half a year after.ResultsThe DQ of group A showed higher than that of group B(P<0.01), and DQ of group A1 was higher than DQ of group A2(P<0.05).ConclusionEarly rehabilitation training in hospital is more effective on early cerebral palsy.
8. The quality evaluation of aerial roots of ficus microcarpa L.f. based on their anti-inflammation activity
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2016;51(12):1033-1038
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality evaluation method of the aerial roots of Ficus microcarpa L.f. based on their anti-inflammation activity. METHODS: Twenty batches of samples from different producing areas were analyzed by HPLC on a Shimadzu Capcell Pak C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) gradiently eluted with mobile phase of methanol and 0.1% formic acid aqueous at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm, and the column temperature was maintained at 35℃. The chromatograms were analyzed by the software "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCMs (Version 2012.1)" and the common peaks were obtained. The anti-inflammatory effects of the aerial roots of Ficus microcarpa L.f. were assessed by murine model of xylene-induced ear edema. Spectrum-effect relationship was analyzed by bivariate correlation analysis using SPSS21.0. RESULTS: Seventeen common peaks were identified in the HPLC fingerprints of 20 batches of aerial roots of Ficus microcarpa L.f. The anti-inflammatory effect of samples from Guangdong was better than those from Guangxi and Fujian (P<0.01). According to the result of spectrum-effect relationship analysis, six common peaks were closely related to the anti-inflammatory effects of the aerial roots of Ficus microcarpa L.f. (P<0.05). Cluster analysis was then carried out based on the six common peaks in order to divide the samples into different groups. CONCLUSION: The quality evaluation method established in this research is successfully employed in the quality evaluation of the aerial root of Ficus microcarpa L.f..

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To review the current researches about tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis ligand (TRAIL) and its receptors in gastric carcinoma. Methods Relevant articles of researches on TRAIL and its receptors in gastric carcinoma were searched in electronic databases of PUB-MEDLINE and Chinese Journal Fulltext Database. Results The reported TRAIL expression level of gastric carcinoma was diverse, which was highly correlated to the histological differentiation degree, serosa invasion and lymph node metastasis. Its receptors DR4 and DR5 were both positive in gastric carcinoma tissue, while some researches reported DcR1 and DcR2 were also positive expressed. caspase-3, -8 and survivin were the important factors for regulation of TRAIL signal pathway. 5-Aza-CdR, doxorubicin, 5-fluorouracil, ?-TOS and X-ray irradiation might enhance the TRAIL-induced apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells. Conclusion Gastric carcinoma may be potentially sensitive to TRAIL targeting therapy, but the mechanism of TRAIL-induced apoptosis is quite complex and is regulated by multi-factors. Up to now, there are still many issues to research further, such as how to efficiently enhance and regulate the TRAIL-induced apoptosis of gastric carcinoma, whether any potential toxicities existing, etc.
