Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of early enteral nutrition in severe brain injury patients requiring mechanical ventilation. Methods: 56 patients requiring mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups:A(n=28),EEN group peptisorb,1 000 ml a day;B(n=28),control group,PN.The changes of serum total protein, blood albumin, immune globulin, lymphocyte count, nitrogen balance, oxgenation index(PaO2/FiO2),ventilation parameter and blood routine were measured.APACHE Ⅱ,incidence of ventilator-associated pneumoniasurvival rate for 28 days and days in hospital were observed. Results: Incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,28 d-survival rate and mean hospitalization day were significantly different(P

Objective To explore the differences of occupation burnout of the soldiers in southern and northern Xinjiang and explore its related influencing factors. Methods Using stratified randomization sampling method,500 soldiers from south and north of xinjiang military were selected and investigated by Military Job Burnout Scale and Military Social Support Rating Scale. Results ① The military of northern soldiers'accomplishment, somatization, interpersonal relationship, social support score (5.57±3.29,5.53± 3.35,3.38±2.75,9.62± 10.15) was significantly higher than the soldiers who live in south of xinjiang (5.26±3.25,5.13±3.45,2.94±2.39,6.25±5.24) (t=2.091,-2.539,-4.011,7.227,P<0.05).②Every dimensions of occupation bumout has significant correlation with social support, age, length of military service, marriage, level, working hours, income and job satisfaction (r=0.124,0.220,0.275,0.198,0.192,0.206,0.188,-0.383,P<0.05).The total score of Military Job Bumout Scale has positive correlation with social support and level (r=0.122、0.410,P<0.01).③Social support, working hours, job satisfaction and length of military service has forecast effect on the northern military occupation bumout.Social support and level can predict the southern military occupation burnout. Conclusion It is no obviously differences on the general occupational between the north and South Xinjiang Military.Social support is closely related to the job burnout of South and the North military.

Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(12):1191-1194
Objective To investigate the expression of gastrin, cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and Ki-67 in dif-ferent gastric mucosal lesions and to assess the role of gastrin and COX-2 in the sequence of gastric carcinogenesis and its relationship. Methods 96 samples with different gastric mucosal lesions were obtained by gastroscope. The expression of gastrin,COX-2 and Ki-67 was examined with immunohistochemical staining technique(EnVision). Re-sults Positive rates of gastrin expression in chronic superficial gastritis (CSG), chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), intestinal metaplasia(IM),dysplasia(Dy) and gastric cancer(GC) were 58.8 % ,30. 0% ,57.9 % ,68.2% and 77.8% ,respectively, and there were significant differences between GC and CAG(P<0.05). Positive rates of COX-2 expression in CSG,CAG,IM,Dy and GC were 41.2 % ,45.0% ,68.4 % ,72.7% and 88.9% respectively, and there were significant differences between GC and CAG(P<0.05). Ki-67 proliferation index (PI) from CSG, CAG, IM, Dy to GC also had an increasing tendency. From CAG to GC,the expression of gastrin and COX-2 was positively correlated with PI (P<0.05). The expression between gastrin and COX-2 was correlated significantly in gastric pre-cancerous lesions (P<0.01). PI was increased significantly in group with co-expression of gastrin and COX-2. Con-clusion Gastrin expression is decreased in CAG. From CAG to GC, gastrin expression is increased gradually. COX-2 expression has an increasing tendency in the sequence of gastric cancerization. From CSG to GC, PI is gradually in-creased. Gastrin and COX-2 co-promote proliferation of gastric epithelial cells, and gastrin may take part in up-regu-lation of COX-2 expression in gastric precancerous.

Objective This study was designed to understand the characteristics of colonic polyps in aged people, and the relationship between the colonic polyps and the malignant change. Methods A total of 158 patients with colonic polyps diagnosed by endoscopy were retrospectively analyzed during the recent years. Among them, 120 patients had been followed up by endoscopy for 1 to 6 years(average 4 5 years) and were compared with 437 young patients. Results The detective rate and the malignant change rate of colonic polyps in the aged people were 30% and 23 4%, respectively, being significantly higher than that of the young (10 2%) and the middle aged people(6 9%, P

AIM: To study the effects of urocortin(Ucn) on the isolated heart tissues of spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR).METHODS: Effects of Ucn on contractile force and heart rate were observed in the SHR and Wistar rat right atrium, left atrium and right ventricle strip.RESULTS: Ucn(1-10 nmol/L) concentration-dependently increased the contractile force in the SHR and Wistar rat isolated right atrium.Ucn increased the contractile force in the SHR by(31.1?14.9)% at 3 nmol/L and by(65.7?22.4)% at 10 nmol/L,and its inotropic effect was significantly greater than that in Wistar rat(P

China Pharmacy 2007;0(35):-
OBJECTIVE:To explore the method and efficacy of occlusion with medicinal albumin gel for esophageal fistula. METHODS:Over the recent 5 years,a total of 11 patients with esophagus -respiratory fistula or esophagus-neck fistula confirmed by iodine imaging and / or gastroscopy were occluded with medicinal albumin gel under endoscope. RESULTS:The occlusion with medicinal albumin gel for esophageal fistula was successful in all the 11 cases, and 9 out of 11 were completely healed after one time occlusion treatment and the other 2 cases were completely healed after the second occlusion treatment. The average hospital stay was 27 days and the average cost was 24,500 yuan. There was no recurrence after follow-up of 3 to 6 months, nor was there any adverse complication. CONCLUSION:Compared to the conventional conservative treatment, occlusion with medicinal albumin gel for esophageal fistula under endoscope can reduce the length of hospital stay and the cost of hospitalization.
