In Order to resolve the failure of PCR to amplif y 8-receptor, the influence of PCR amplification the different concentration of DMSO was observed． The result show that the centain concertation of DMSO can greatly enhance the specificity and efficiency of PCR amplification

Objective　To study the clinico-pathological features of primary adrenal lymphoma (PAL).　Methods　2 cases of PAL were reviewed and studied.　Results　The age of the 2 patients was 45 and 57.The presenting symptoms were nonspecific.Histologically,the neoplasm was composed of numerous medium-sized cells with round nucleus,usually 1-2 in number and with relatively abundant basophilic cytoplasm.The neoplastic cells showed frequent mitosis.Immunohistochemically,the tumor cells were strongly positive for LCA,L26 and CD74 while negative for UCHL-1,S-100 protein and CK. One case was discharged 3 months after operation because of dyscrasia and the other was lost on follow up.Prognosis of PAL was poor.　Conclusions　PAL is extremely rare with a high grade of malignancy.The diagnosis could be made on histopathological studies and immunohistochemical studies.

Objective To observe the influence of bony extracts of Myospalox fontanierii(MF)on immune function in rats with hypersensitive reactive inflammation induced by Freund's complete adjuvant(FCA).Methods Levels of lymphocyte transferring factor(TF)and interleukin-1(IL-1)were detected by immunological methods.Results Extracts of MF reduced the levels of IL-1 and TF in rats with hypersensitive reactive inflammation induced by FCA;it could also depressed the lymphocytic transformation rate.Conclusion Extracts of MF exert inhibitory effect on rats with hypersensitive reactive inflammation induced by FCA and its mechanism may be related with immunosuppressive action and the inhibition of IL-1 formation.

Objective: To summarize the experience in the treatment of candidiasis albicans. Methods: 95 cases aged 5 months～78 years old with candidiasis albicans were treated by fluconazole and polyactin A etc, the Candida albicans were examined by smear examination.Results: The rate of cure was 35.79 %, that of improvement was 57.89%, the clearance rate of Candida albicans was 80.59%.Conclusion: The Cadida albicans is opportunistic pathogen. Fluconazole is effective in the treatment of candidiasis albicans.

Recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) is a novel isothermal DNA amplification technology first re-ported in 2006 by Piepenburg et al.This technology has been shown to typically work at temperatures ranging from 25 to 43℃and can detect products within 5-20 min.RPA technology requires little instrumentation for the nucleic acid amplifi-cation reaction and can be performed not only in PCR tubes , but also in simple devices′such as paper .Combined with probe-based detection methods or lateral flow dipstick assay , it can perform quantitative or visual detection respectively . RPA is a technology that is potentially ideal for point-of-care diagnosis and disease prevention and control ,characterized by high sensitivity, high efficiency, high specificity and user-friendliness.This paper introduces the advantages and develop-ment of RPA technology in reaction conditions and product detection ,summarizes the current applications of this technolo-gy,and predicts the trend of application of RPA technology in point-of-care diagnosis and disease prevention and control .

Objective To investigate the relationship between gastrin expression and the development of coloreetal neoplasm and cell proliferation.Methods 15 samples of normal coloreetal mucosal tissue,21 samples of coloreetal adenomas and 70 samples of colorectal cancer were selected for evaluation of the expression of gastrin and Ki67 with immunohistochemieal method.Results In normal colorectal mucosal tissues.colorectal adenomas and coloreetal cancer,the positive rates of gastrin expression were 0.28.6%and 25.7%,respectively-which were signff-ieantly hisher in coloreetal cancer and adenomas groups than in the normal colorectal mucosal tissues(P<0.05).But there was no significance between colorectal cancer and adenomas(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of Ki67 with the obove samples were 40.0%,76.2%and 82.8%-respectively,with statistical results identical with results of gastrin(P<0.05).There was significant correlation between gastrin and Ki67[P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrin and Ki67 are highly expressed in eolorectal neoplasm.Gastrin miight play an important role in the carcinogen-esis and development of colorectal neoplasm,and might promote tumor cell proliferation.

Objective To compare the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy versus open Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy.Methods From October 2011 to June 2013,37 patients underwent laparoscopic Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy (observation group) and 42 underwent open Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy (control group).We retrospectively compare the two groups in terms of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,incision infection rate and the incidence of biliary fistula after surgery.Results In observation group operation time was (275.43 t 12.28) min,higher than that of control group (189.12 ± 19.35) min (P =0.031),intraoperative blood loss was (83.13 ±6.34) ml,incision length (5.76 ±0.7) cm,postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal tract of (43.33 ±3.15) h,postoperative hospital stay (12.65 ± 2.19) d,were in favor of the observation group which were respectively (180.37 ±9.67) ml,(18.51 ±1.9) cm,(70.45 ±4.97) h and (22.16 ±4.61) d (t =33.17,36.73,33.17,P ＜ 0.05).Postoperative incision infection rate in observation group was 5.4％,lower than the control group (19.07％) (chi-square =22.12,P ＜ 0.05).Between the two groups there was no significant difference in the incidence of biliary fistula.Conclusions Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y hepatojejunostomy is safe,effective,and less traumatic procedure.

Bm04862 is a novel hemocyte-specific gene, which has been identified and cloned through the microarray data in silkworm, Bombyx mori. Initially, we successfully obtained the full-length cDNA sequence of Bm04862 via the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The sequence consists of an open reading frame (ORF) with 819 bp, which could encode 273 amino acid residues. The bioinformatics analysis predicted that Bm04862 was a transmembrane protein. Furthermore, qRT-PCR analysis revealed that the expression of Bm04862 was specifically detected in hemocyte and reached a peak at L4M and PP2 stage. Bm04862 was overexpressed in Sf9 insect cells, and the cellular localization indicated that Bm04862 was specifically located in cytoplasm and nuclei membrane. Interestingly, the expression of Bm04862 increas'd dramatically after challenged with Escherichia coli for 24 hours, which predicted its potential role in the innate immune system. Overall, this study could provide the fundamental knowledge for further research.
