Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(4):449-451
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of exercise cupping plus acupuncture in treating acute lumbar sprain. Method Sixty-four patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 32 cases each. The treatment group received exercise cupping plus acupuncture and the control group, acupuncture alone. After one treatment and one course of treatment, the therapeutic effects were evaluated using the VAS for pain, lumbar joint activity and the clinical effect assessment. Result After one course of treatment, the total efficacy rate was 96.9% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 84.4% in the control group (P<0.05). After one treatment and one course of treatment, the VAS score was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05) and lumbar joint activity improved significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise cupping plus acupuncture is more effective than acupuncture alone in treating acute lumbar sprain.
3.Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Matlab Course of Biomedical Engineering Profession
Journal of Medical Informatics 2017;38(7):91-94
In view of the main problems of Matlab teaching of biomedical engineering profession, the paper proposes main measures for teaching reforming, including the adjustment of teaching hours, teaching content, teaching materials and other aspects,as well as reform of teaching methods and examination. The investigation result shows that the reform has a positive meaning on the improvement of students' learning quality.

Objective: To summarize the experience in the treatment of candidiasis albicans. Methods: 95 cases aged 5 months~78 years old with candidiasis albicans were treated by fluconazole and polyactin A etc, the Candida albicans were examined by smear examination. Results: The rate of cure was 35.79 %, that of improvement was 57.89%, the clearance rate of Candida albicans was 80.59%.Conclusion: The Cadida albicans is opportunistic pathogen. Fluconazole is effective in the treatment of candidiasis albicans.

Bm04862 is a novel hemocyte-specific gene, which has been identified and cloned through the microarray data in silkworm, Bombyx mori. Initially, we successfully obtained the full-length cDNA sequence of Bm04862 via the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The sequence consists of an open reading frame (ORF) with 819 bp, which could encode 273 amino acid residues. The bioinformatics analysis predicted that Bm04862 was a transmembrane protein. Furthermore, qRT-PCR analysis revealed that the expression of Bm04862 was specifically detected in hemocyte and reached a peak at L4M and PP2 stage. Bm04862 was overexpressed in Sf9 insect cells, and the cellular localization indicated that Bm04862 was specifically located in cytoplasm and nuclei membrane. Interestingly, the expression of Bm04862 increas'd dramatically after challenged with Escherichia coli for 24 hours, which predicted its potential role in the innate immune system. Overall, this study could provide the fundamental knowledge for further research.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2014;23(5):451-453
Objective To explore the differences of occupation burnout of the soldiers in southern and northern Xinjiang and explore its related influencing factors. Methods Using stratified randomization sampling method,500 soldiers from south and north of xinjiang military were selected and investigated by Military Job Burnout Scale and Military Social Support Rating Scale. Results ① The military of northern soldiers'accomplishment, somatization, interpersonal relationship, social support score (5.57±3.29,5.53± 3.35,3.38±2.75,9.62± 10.15) was significantly higher than the soldiers who live in south of xinjiang (5.26±3.25,5.13±3.45,2.94±2.39,6.25±5.24) (t=2.091,-2.539,-4.011,7.227,P<0.05).②Every dimensions of occupation bumout has significant correlation with social support, age, length of military service, marriage, level, working hours, income and job satisfaction (r=0.124,0.220,0.275,0.198,0.192,0.206,0.188,-0.383,P<0.05).The total score of Military Job Bumout Scale has positive correlation with social support and level (r=0.122、0.410,P<0.01).③Social support, working hours, job satisfaction and length of military service has forecast effect on the northern military occupation bumout.Social support and level can predict the southern military occupation burnout. Conclusion It is no obviously differences on the general occupational between the north and South Xinjiang Military.Social support is closely related to the job burnout of South and the North military.

After the application of associated data in digital library and in library resources integration was described, the necessity of library resources integration was analyzed, the semantic association process of library resources and the problems of library resources in research on semantic association were studied in terms of system construction, technical implementation and discovery algorithm. The semantic integration of library resources was achieved by de-signing the integration framework, ontology and associated data.

ObjectiveTo study the correlation with Genes Coding forESBLs and ClassⅠIntegron in ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli from children.MethodsPCR was used for gene typing detection of 100 strains of ESBLs-producingEsche-richia colistrains. While detection of class I integrase gene in the 100 strains ESBLs-producingEscherichia coli and 100 strains of non-ESBLs producingEscherichia coli were separately performed by PCR. It provides the solid base not only to reveal the relationship between class I integron and drug resistance, but also the relationship between class I integron and ESBLs-producing. ResultsThe most frequently genotyping from ESBLs-producingEscherichia coli in children isCTX-M (84%), followed by TEM-1(63%). The predominant distribution of genotype in ESBL- producing strains isTEM-1 +CTX-M (45%), followed by CTX-M (34%). Class I integrase gene detected in ESBLs- producing and non- ESBLs producing strain were 100 cases (100%) and 25 cases (25%) separately, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); drug resistance in class I integron positive strains were signiifcantly higher than in class I integron negative strains, especially in Ciprolfoxacin, Levolfoxacin, and Amino-glycoside (86.4%, 88%, and 80%).ConclusionsThe distribution of Class I integron in ESBLs-producingEscherichia coli is signiifcantly higher than that in non-ESBLs-producing strains, It is rational that Class I integron highly correlate with strong drug resistance in ESBLs-producing strains.
