2.Tardive hemorrhoea cause of osteofascial compartment syndrome after trauma
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(08):-
[Objective]To analyze the reason for osteofascial compartment syndrome caused by tardive massive bleeding and to discuss the first-aid measure to treat continuing bleeding in operation.[Method]There were 5 cases in this study. Two osteofascial compartment syndrome with tardive haematoma were caused by secondary disturbances of blood coagulation. One iliopsoas muscle haematoma was caused by over-dose of warfarin(WARF).Vitamine K was applied to anti-warfarin and depressed haematoma by ultrasonic guiding puncturation aider a pause of warfarin. The other one suffered from continuing bleeding after a depression operation on right femoral bone haematoma. The bleeding could not be stopped until carbasus obturation and a supplementary of lood coagulation factor. The carbasus were taken out 36 hours later.Three traumatic pseudoaneurysm rupture happened to superior gluteal artec, arteriae tibialis posterior and deep femoral artery separately. The bleeding artery was ligated and removed the body of the blood tumor in these three cases. In addition, arterial embolism was applied in two of them before operation.[Result]No recurrence happened to the case with iliopsoas muscle haematoma after 16 weeks as a result of absorption and degeneration. As the patient with right femoral bone haematoma referred, the bleeding stopped after treated by carbasus obturation. The wound was closed 36 hours after the operation.A satisfactory sensory recovery, pulsation of dorsal pedal artery and arteria tibialis posterior were found.Rebleeding was found in 3 weeks after the wound closed. The pathobiology inspection of bone and muscle tissue around the fracture site showed osteoma sarcomatosum in right femoral bone. The author gave the patient to the operation of high amputation. No rebleeding, nervous symptoms caused by compression, limbs necrosis and ischemic contracture was found after 3 patients suffering from traumatic pseudoaneurysm rapture with followed-up from 8 month to 3 years.[Conclusion]Hemorrhea caused by secondary disturbances of blood coagulation or pseudoaneurysm can lead to osteofascial compartment syndrome.Embolism of the bleeding artery before removal of the aneurysm and haematoma can reduce bleeding in operation. It is the best choice for the doctor to stop operation immediately and stop bleeding by effective carbasus obturation.
3.The historical evolution of diagnosis and radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma
China Oncology 2006;0(09):-
Radiation therapy is the mainstay treatment modality of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). The treatment outcome of NPC using external beam radiotherapy has been substantially improved over the past several decades. MRI has demonstrated remarkable advantage in detecting the extent of the primary tumor, and has replaced CT scan as the primary imaging modality for both diagnosis and staging for NPC. Functional imaging may further allow more precise staging of the disease and prediction of the treatment outcome. The introduction of Cobalt-60 has substantially improved the treatment outcome for NPC as compared to that in the era of Kilo-Voltage X-ray. And intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) not only improved the prognosis after treatment as compared to conventional radiotherapy, but also improved the quality of life. In addition, concurrent chemoradiation therapy has been extensively studied and become the standard treatment for locally and/or regionally advanced NPC. However, progress in radiation biology and its clinical application was not observed. This article presented a comprehensive review of the historical evolution of the diagnostic and therapeutic technologies and techniques for the management of NPC.
4.Clinical Efficacy of Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor in Cancer Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical efficacy of domestic recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) on reducing absolute value of white blood cells (WBC) and neutrophil (ANC) in cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy and its adverse reactions.METHODS:Use of self-crossover,62 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into groups AB and BA.period A were treated with domestic rhG-CSF at 48 h after chemotherapy(treatment period) and chemotherapy alone was applied in the period B(control period).Group BA was directly opposite.Routine blood test was performed every other day and the changes of WBC and ANC were observed.RESULTS:Domestic rhG-CSF can improved chemotherapy-induced decline of WBC and ANC,recovery of WBC and ANC patients underwent chemotherapy, reduced duration of WBC and ANC decrease to guarantee progress of chemotherapy. The main adverse reactions represented as pain of injection site, skin rash, fever, muscle pain, weakness.CONCLUSION:The application of domestic rhG-CSF in cancer chemotherapy can effectively reduce the decline of WBC and ANC and shorten the recovery time of WBC and ANC to ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy.
5.Observation of In Vitro Interaction of Furosemide On Stria Vascularis Cultureds From Guinea Pig
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(03):-
Objective To observe the effect of furosemide on stria vascularis cultivated in vitro from guinea pig, to explore the probable mechanism of furosemide ototoxicity. Methods 20 healthy pigmented guinea pigs was randomly divided into two groups: Furosemide group (n=16), control group (n=4). The stria vascularis explant were cultured for 24 hours using the explant-culture technique. Experimental groups were added into imediately different final concentration of Furosemide (60ug/ml?300ug/ml?600ug/ml?1250ug/ml?2500ug/ml) differently, and continuously cultivated 30 minutes or 90 minutes , then observed structure feature of the cultivated stria vascularis .Results Furosemide group did not show pathological changes such as edema of stria vascularis, shrinkage of the intermediate cells and enlargement of intercellular spaces. No significant changes were found in the stria vascularis structure features between furosemide group and control group. Conclusion Furosemide did not induce remarkable edema on cultivated stria vascularis from guinea pig. These findings suggested that furosemide might induce ototoxicity by indirect mechanism.

Results:Self-confidence of the medical college students is strengthened, learning interest is improved, and learning effect is improved obviously through the teaching methods above. Conclusion:It can provide a good reference for teaching of medical junior college students through the methods of strengthen the school education of medical junior college students, and cultivate more qualified excellent medical talents for basic medical and health institutions.
8.Preparation of chitosan-5-fluorouracil nanometer particle and its drug-release characters
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
Objective To prepare the nanometer particles (NPs) of chitosan-5-fluorouracil (5-FU), and to study its characters of drug release in vivo. Methods Cross-linking polymer technique was employed to prepare the chitosan-5-FU NPs, and their characters were detected by scanning electron microscope and photon correlation spectroscope (PCS); the loaded capacity was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry; high-performance liquid chromatography was used to detect the characters of drug release in vivo. Results The chitosan-5-FU-NPs were found to be round or elliptic in shape, with 120 to 150nm in diameter and having a good dispersive ability. The loaded capacity was 31.000%?0.001%. The blood concentration of 5-FU was controlled at 76?g/L, and it was maintained for 48h. Conclusion As a vehicle, chitosan-5-FU NPs can change the behavior of pharmacokinetics and prolong the cycle time of 5-FU in vivo. Chitosan-5-FU NPs ran reduce the initial burst and prolong the releasing time.
