1.Research Progress on Mechanism of Skeletal Muscle satellite cells into muscle
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(9):999-1003
Skeletal muscle is an important tissue of the human body .Besides the roles in the motion system , the respiratory system, and the circulatory system , skeletal muscle also can be a secreting tissue and participate in signal transduction .As the finding of satellite cell and its muscle formation , the viewpoint that skeletal muscle′s injure is irreversible has becoming an history .Using sat-ellite cells to form muscle can be used to treat injury of skeletal muscle .However , the process is affected by many factors , such as ex-tracellular matrix, regulation factors, age, disease, epigenetic and so on.This paper summarizes the latest study progress of satellite cell muscle formation .
2.Locking compression plate for treatment in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(11):1629-1631
Objective To evaluate the effect of locking compression plate for treatment in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods 48 cases of osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures were treated with open reduction and LCP fixation through volar approach. They were 8 men and 40 women aged from 58 to 77 years (range,63.7 years). They were all diagnosed by dual energy X ray absorptiometry before operation.According to AO/OTA criterion, there were 12 patients with type B2 fractures,10 cases with type B3,8 cases with type C1,13 cases with type C2,5 cases with type C3.All patients were performed locking plate fixations through volar approach and no bone graf. All patients were assessed from time of fracture healing, palmar tilt, radiographic measurements of ulnar inclination, radial height, and range of motion after 18 months,to evaluate the effect of clinical results and postopera-tive functional recovery. Results The patients were followed up for average 17.8 months (range,12 -24 months). All fratures united within 6 months (3 to 7 months),no infection in all patients, reduction loss in 2 cases after operation, traumatic arthritis in three.According to the Cooney criterion, the result was excellent in 35 pateints, good in 9 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case, and the excellence rate was 92%.Conclusion The valor approach with locking compression plate can provide firm fixation and allow early functional exercise and so is suitable for unstable distal radius fracture especially in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Modern medicine has a double characteristics of techniques and humanity in clinics especially in urology for new techniques and materials can be simply utilized by means of physical channel of urinal system. In the clinical practice of Uuology,we should consciously practice the medical ethics, such as autonomy right and respecting right, and offer humane care to patients indeed. These contributes to improving the quality of medical service, alleviating the contradictions between docters and patients, reducing medical disputes.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(04):-
The study was made on 3H-leucine incorporation into brain of offsprings born by their mothers who were fed in severe iodine deficiency area. Control group received an iodine-supplemented diet (1.7mg KIO3/kg food). Disintegration per minute (dpm) was used as an index to assess the 3H-leu-cine incorporation rate in comparision of the two groups. The results of 3H-leucine incorporation into brain showed that the dpm/mg of brain cortex and cerebellum was significantly lower in experimental group than that of control group at the time of 1-14 hours after injection of the preparation on 11-day offsprings (p

Objective To assess the imaging and clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal mucosa associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma with review of literatures. Methods Six cases of gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma (4 in stomach and 2 in intestine) proved by surgery and biopsy were examined with gastrointestinal barium meal examination (GI), CT or MRI scans. Results Gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma was an indolent disease that patients had a slow natural course, a high response rate to treatment and a long survival. Most cases of gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma had associated with Helicobacter pylori. GI showed thickened folds, multiple mucosal nodularity or polypoid filling defects, multiple point ulcers, and enlarged areae gastricae. CT and MRI revealed diffuse gastrointestinal wall thickening, polypoid lesion, and abdominal lymphadenopathy. Two or more findings and multiplicity of lesions might be the most important imaging features. Conclusions Based on the typical imaging findings combined with clinical characteristics, gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma could be suggested.

Objective To investigate the effects of static magnetics on adhesion of neutrophil and endothelium and expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) on human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC). Methods HUVEC were exposed to 0.05mT, 0.1mT, 1mT static magnetics adhesion of neutrophil was calculated after HUVEC was stimulated by LPS. Flow cytometry and ELSIA were used to study expression of ICAM-1 on endothelium with stimulating of LPS. Results The adhesion of neutrophil l on HUVEC was attenuated by 0.05mT, 0.1mT static magnetics(58% vs. 40%, 38%, P

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(3):327-330
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle knife, Governor-Vessel moxibustion plus medication in treating ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Method Forty AS patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by intravenous administration of Ossotide injection, while the treatment group was by needle knife and Governor-Vessel moxibustion in addition to Ossotide injection. Before and after the intervention, the symptoms and body signs, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI), and Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI) were observed in the two groups, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 75.0% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the symptoms and body signs (spinal pain score, Schober test, morning stiffness duration, chest expansion degree, and occiput-wall distance) were changed significantly in both groups (P<0.05). The BASDAI and BASFI scores were significantly changed after the intervention in both groups (P<0.05). The BASDAI and BASFI scores in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion Needle knife plus Governor-Vessel moxibustion and medication is an effective approach in treating AS.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Effects of the extracts from Lapemis hardwickii on RBCs count and Hb content were studied in the both of mice model of which was made by acetylphenyhydrozine (APH) for hemolytic anemia and of by Chinese rubarb for Xue Xu (debility due to blood deficiency). The results showed that counts of red blood cell (RBC) and content of hemoglobin (Hb) of experimental group in hemolytic anemia model mice were higher significatly than that of control gooup in hemoly ticanemia mice. The content of Hb was increased in Xue Xu mice model, but no marked effect on the counts of RBCs. The study showed that the extract could have a better profective effect on red blood cells of hemolytic anemia mice.

Objective: To evaluate happiness and the mental health of elderly who participate morning exercise in Wuxi area. Methods: 161 elderly who participated morning exercise and 111 elderly from urban area of Wuxi were investigated with Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH), Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), and general health status questionnaire. Optimal Scaling was used to study the relationship between Happiness and affecting factors. Results: The average level of happiness of the morning exercises groups was higher than that of control. Factors having influence on mental health included interpersonal relationship, children satisfaction rating, and attitude to retirement, house condition. Conclusions: Elderly participating morning exercise have better mental health status.
