Objective To compare the difference between traditional model teaching method and the system of internal circulation system with high simulation of the teaching method of the teaching method of the arm of the arm of the intravenous infusion in children. Methods The research objects were taken as the research object, and the model of the arm of the 2013 students in Kunming college was taken as the research object, and the traditional model was the control group. The difference between the two groups were compared between the 100 groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group's practice skill score (87.8 ± 6.9) points was higher than that in the control group (78.5 ± 7.4) (P <0.05);the teaching cost (2.64 ± 0.4 yuan) was higher than that in the control group (12.89 ± 0.6 yuan) (P <0.05);the success rate of puncture in the study group 82.8% was higher than that in the control group (62.3%) (P <0.05) Conclusion The internal circulation system of high simulation of pediatric intravenous infusion arm model teaching method in basic nursing practice teaching can improve the teaching effect, the students teaching goal, and mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning.

Objective To investigate the effects of mirror therapy supplemented with motor imaging training on the upper extremity functions of hemiplegic stroke patients and on their ability in the activities of daily living (ADL).Methods Forty-four stroke patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group with 22 patients in each. All were given routine rehabilitation treatment. In addition, the experimental group was given 30 minutes of mirror therapy daily supplemented with 15 minutes of motor imaging training. The control group was given routine occupational therapy. All the patients were assessed with Brunnstrom staging, the functional test for the hemiplegic upper extremity-Hong Kong (FTHUE-HK) and the Barthel index (BI) scale before therapy and after 6 weeks. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, both groups showed significant improvements in upper limb function, hand function, and ADL ability. There were significant intra-group differences and significant differences between the experimental and control groups in terms of Brunnstrom staging,FTHUE-HK scores and BI scores. Conclusions Mirror therapy supplemented with motor imaging training can benefit patients suffering hemiplegia in improving their upper limb functioning and their ADL ability.

OBJECTIVETo compare the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha(HIF-1α) and Semaphorin 4D(Sema4D) in colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissues, and to investigate their correlation and clinical significance.
METHODSThe expressions of HIF-1α and Sema4D were examined in 86 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 52 normal colorectal tissues by SP immunohistochemical staining. Correlation between these two expressions and association of the expressions with clinicopathological characters and prognosis were analyzed.
RESULTSThe positive rates of HIF-1α and Sema4D protein in colorectal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal colorectal tissues(58.1% vs. 7.7%, χ(2)=34.624, P<0.01; 60.5% vs. 11.5%, χ(2)=31.839, P<0.01). HIF-1α and Sema4D protein expressions were closely associated with colorectal carcinoma histological types(P=0.003, P=0.010), TNM staging (P=0.003, P=0.017) and lymphatic metastasis (P=0.003, P=0.020), and a significant correlation was observed between the expressions of HIF-1α and Sema4D protein (r=0.567, P<0.01). The 5-year overall survival rate was 37%. Univariate analysis showed that 5-year survival rates of patients with positive and negative HIF-1α protein expression were 24% and 56%(P=0.003), and those with positive and negative Sema4D protein expression were 23% and 59%(P=0.001). Multivariate Cox analysis showed that expression of Sema4D was an independent prognostic factor of colorectal cancer patients(P=0.026), while expression of HIF-1α was not(P=0.501).
CONCLUSIONCombined detection of HIF-1α and Sema4D has the potential to predict the development trend of colorectal carcinoma and prognosis of patients.
