1.Pharmacological characteristics and clinical application of trans-dermal fentanyl in cancer pain management
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2013;(24):1495-1497
Cancer pain seriously affects the quality of life of patients and could disturb normal cancer treatment. Therefore, ap-propriate drugs should be chosen to control the pain. Transdermal fentanyl is a type of potent opioid that is widely used in controlling moderate and severe cancer pains. This paper reviews the pharmacological characteristics of transdermal fentanyl and its clinical appli-cation in cancer pain management.
2.Long noncoding RNA in digestive system neoplasms
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2013;(15):938-940
Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) comprises a group of RNAs that are longer than 200 nucleotides. The lncRNA does not contain functional open reading frames and cannot encode proteins. RNA accounts for a large proportion in the total noncoding RNAs. The number, type, and function of lncRNA are unclear, so they have been called the dark matter of the genome. With the applica-tion of a new generation of gene sequencing technology, lncRNA is found to be involved in the mechanisms mediating the signal trans-duction pathway, regulating the cell cycle, and inducing cell apoptosis. In this article, the authors summarized the up-to-date research progress on lncRNA in digestive system neoplasms in China and overseas to provide new insights into the genetic diagnosis and treat-ment of digestive system neoplasms in clinics.
3.Molecular mechanism of long non-coding RNAs in tumor drug resistance
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(6):439-441
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs)are closely related to the tumorigenesis, proliferation, metastasis and clinical outcome, whihc play important roles in the process of drug resistance of many tumor cells.Recently, research indicates that many lncRNAs regulate drug resistance of tumor cells through a variety of signaling pathways both in vitro and in vivo.Furthermore,it is also found that after blocking the relevant tar-gets can reverse this chemoresistance.
4.An Improved Experimental Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion in Rat Model
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2007;0(01):-
[Objective] To improve the way of establishing myocardial ischemia reperfusion rat model.[Methods]30 SD rats,quality(220?20)g,male,randomly split into normal model group and improved model group, improved established model ligation with a 0.6mm diameter line, and drawn after 30min.Compare such a method with normal model.[Results] In the context of keeping experimental stability, the reduced heart rate, wake time and survival rate of the way of improved established model respectively are(50?20)/min,(15?5)min,86.67%,but it is just(120?20)/min,(80?20)min,66.67% of the normal model group.[Conclusion]The improved myocardial ischemia reperfusion model offers significant superiority to the former one.

[Purposes] To observe the effect of urotension Ⅱ in myocardium on electro-acupuncture "Neiguan" and "Shenmen" precondition acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion rat.[Methods] To select 80 healthy male adult SD rats, divided into four groups randomly: normal group, model group,electro-acupuncture precondition group and special antagonist group. To duplicate model with ligating the left coronary artery and in the progress. After duplicating model successfully, select 10 rats to analysis.[Result] The content of UII in myocardium in model group is obviously decreased than in normal group, and in electro-acupuncture precondition group is also decreased obviously but much better than in model group(P

Objective To explore a novel improved method of simplified fluid-supplement therapy during the diuresis stage after renal transplantation.Method We adopted an improved fluid-supplement therapy to treat 26 postoperative patients of heterologous kidney transplantation after returning Liger's liquid, 500ml of 5% glucose-salt liquid, and 500ml liger's Compound back to linical wards by means of replenishing 500ml of sodium lactate sodium chloride injection in turn for fluid supplement. In addition, the patients were given originally 10~20ml of 10% calcium glubionate within 12 hours after their operations. Results Based on the results of both blood and urine determination at the first day aftert kidney transplantation, we discovered 2 patients slightly decreased sodium in blood, one displayed hypokalemia,2 patients showed slightly hyperkalemia value than normal referance level. Meanwhile, all patients manifested blood chlorate value between 101?4. Besides, another 7 patients had slightly increased blood suger value. However, no hypernatremia, hypocalcia or hypomagnesemia were found. As a result, all specific gravity ratio value were from 1.010 to 1.015 aparting from hemobilinuria existed in some patients. Conclusion The succesessful use of the new fluid-supplement therapy could effectively avoid unnecessary repeated haemospasia analysis for mornitoring and adjusting the balance of electrolyte, which could remarkably simplify and faciliate the postoperative management of renal transplantation.

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To study the mutagenic effect of reclaimed water in Tianjin. Methods Reverse phase C-18 solid-phase extraction (RP-C18SPE) was used for the extraction of target compounds from water samples. Ames test was used to detect mutation. Results PAHs were detected in both low-water and high-water period, including fluorene, phenanthrene, naphthalene, acenaphthylene and acenaphthene. In the high-water period, the total concentration of 16 kinds of PAHs was 1 777.9 ng/L and 1 380.1 ng/L in untreated reclaimed water and treated reclaimed water respectively, in the low-water period,it was 2 225.1 ng/L and 1 827.1 ng/L respectively. Ames test showed that both untreated reclaimed water and treated reclaimed water could induce mutation of TA98 and TA100 strains with a dose-response relationship. Conclusion The reclaimed water used in Tianjin still contains PAHs of a certain level, which have mutagenic effect.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2002;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the angiogenic effect of leptin on grainy fat transplantation. Methods Grainy fat was obtained from the Wistar rat subcutaneous tissue in the abdomen. It was then mixed with 0.9 % NS and 20 ng/ml leptin and transplanted in the head subcutaneously. The transplanted tissue was taken out after 10, 20 and 40 days and was stained with AKP histochemistry and actin immunohistochemistry. The microvessel density was measured by medical imagine analysis system. The data were analyzed with SPSS software. Results The values of microvessel density in leptin groups were 0.12 ?0.04?m 2/?m 2 after 10 days and (6.83?1.86)?10 -2 ?m 2/?m 2 after 20 days. This was obviously high as compared with (1.49?0.88)?10 -2 ?m 2/?m 2 and (4.32?2.11)?10 -2 ?m 2/?m 2 in saline groups in the same observing periods ( P

Objective To investigate the ideal method of repair ing the abdominal defect after the TRAM flap transfer. Methods 24 cases of the abdominal defect after TRAM flap transfer were repaired by a polypropypene mesh. The anterior rectus sheaths on the pedicle were directel y sutured. Results Using of polypropylene mesh not only r epaired the abdominal defect but also achieved a superior abdominal aesthetic re sult. No ″abdominal compartment syndrome″ and infection happened d uring the ho spitalization. Mean patient follow-up was 1 year. No abdominal hernia, bulge an d laxity were encountered. The result of the abdominoplasty was continuous and t he functions of the abdomen were good. Conclusions It is an ideal method that using of polypropylene meth repairs the defect of abdomen . It keeps the integrity and the functions of the abdomen, decreases the complica tions, and at the same time gets the abdominoplasty effect.
