1.Imaging-guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of tumors:its current status and progress
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Imaging-guided radiofrequency ablation(RFA) is a safe and minimally-invasive interven-tional therapy with satisfactory short-term efficacy and less complications.Nowadays,RFA has been widely and successfully applied in the clinical practice for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinomas, lung cancers, adrenal malignancies, bone tumors and hypersplenism. For recent years,a combination of RFA with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, chemical ablation or percutaneous vertebroplasty has become a new interventional therapeutic pattern for treating the tumors comprehensively, and it can be anticipated that by combining RFA with other therapeutic programs the effectiveness for tumors will be further improved.
2.Advance in Inflammatory Cytokines in Post-traumatic Knee (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(6):501-504
Tissues around the post-traumatic knee, including the capsule, synovial, articular cartilage, meniscus, etc., can produce inflammatory mediators. This suggested that post-traumatic knee pain and stiffness are related with local inflammation and inflammatory cytokines. These inflammatory cytokines included the inflammatory response factor of advancement and acceleration, such as tumor necrosis factor, interleukin-1, interleukin-2, interleukin-6, cyclooxygenase, etc. This article reviewed the researches about some inflammatory cytokines surrounding tissue of post-traumatic knee, analyzed current research shortcomings, and established the foundation for further study.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Radiofrequency ablation(RFA) is a local and minimally-invasive therapy. In recent years,RFA has been increasingly practiced in the clinical treatment of bone tumors.RFA is very safe and effective in relieving pain caused by inoperable metastatic bone lesions and in reinforcing the ablated vertebra when combined with bone cement injection, which is helpful in preventing pathologic fracture.RFA offers an ideal and effective alternative for patients with inoperable metastatic bone tumors.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(11):-
Orthopaedic rehabilitation mainly focuses on the improvement and reconstruction of the musculoskeletal dysfunctions of patients with chronic diesaes and trauma of bones, joints, muscles and nervous system. It involves a multidisciplinary team approach in which the orthopaedic surgeon is considered as a main part. The therapeutic strategies of orthopaedic rehabilitation comprises three subspecialties, including kinesiotherapy, prothetic and orthotic management, and operative methods. The principal aim of this report is to present the current status and trends in bone and joint rehabilitation of limbs.

[Objective]To evaluate the comprehensive clinical management of posttraumatic knee joint dysfunction(PKJD).[Method]From 2001 to 2005,40 patients(42 knees) with posttraumatic knee joint dysfunction were treated with conservative procedures including training of muscle strength, range of motion(ROM),proprioception or neuromuscular control, general physical condition;and surgical procedures including Thompson's procedures, improved Judet's technique,extra-articular mini-invasive quadricepsplasty + intra-articular arthrofibroticlysis,Ilizarov technique.[Result]All of the 42 cases did not receive systematic rehabilitation therapy before they came in hospital. At our center,30 of them were managed conservatively and 12 of them surgically. The average ROM of the involved knee was 0?-9.2?-58.1 at the time of admission, and 0?-4.9?-88.9? when they were discharged, the difference is significant statistically(P

Journal of Clinical Surgery 2001;0(04):-
Objective To study the clinical use of intramedullary interlocking nail in treatment of femoral and tibial fractures. Methods104 cases of femoral or tibial fractures were treated with intramedullary interlocking nails. Results The close and open reduction fractures had healed 6 10 and 8 12 weeks after surgery, and the fixation nails were taken out after 48 weeks. No broken nail, no delayed or nonunion, no infection, no fat embolism, no stiff joint occurred, All cases were followed up and the average following was 20 months without fracture. Conclusion The intramedullary interlocking nail had obvious advantage of reliable fixation, rotation and separation prevention, no need of external fixation support, high rate of fracture healing and allowance of early walk without support.
7.THE EFFECT OF A NEW CARDIOTONIC AGENT QIANGXINIMIDINE (MD) ON ISOLATED GUINEA PIG ATRIA

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
The cardiotonic activity of MD, a domestic product of AR-L115, BS, was tested and verified in isolated guinea pig atria, compared with that of isopreraline (ISO). The electrically paced left atria was used to determine their positive inotropic action, while the spontaneously beating right atria was used to determine their positive chrono-tropic action. The results demonstrate: (1) MD showed a strong positive inotropic action comparable to ISO. (2) MD also showed some positive chronotropic action, although this is much weaker than that of ISO. (3) The single dose of MD showed that the positive inotropic action developed quite slowly and strengthened gradually for a long time, while the action of ISO developed so steeply that its peak effect can reached within a few minutes. (4) Propranolol can definitely block both inotropic and chronotropic actions of ISO but scarcely those of MD. This suggests that MD is not a ?1-receptor agonist. The experimental results described above are similar to those reports abroad.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
?-tumor necrosis factor can enhance tumor cells autolysis and the expression of HLA antigenes. So we infected Human Hepatoma Cell Line (HHCL)with recombinant retroviral vector containing an insert of human tumor necrosis factor-? cDNA. The transduced tumor cells were isolated by G418 selection. After being irradiated by different doses of 60Co, their expression of TNF in 24 hours were tested. Observations of the relationship between the doses of irradiation and the expression levels of TNF were done. We also preserved the irradiated HHCL-TNF cells into liquid nitrogen, after recovering, tested their expressions of TNF again. This paper shows that: (l)following irradiation by 60Co, the production of ?-TNF persisted for about four weeks, and there is no difference among the different irradiated doses(40G~100G); (2)After being irradiated and kept into liquid nitrogen, the recovering HHCL-TNF cells constitutively secrete ?-TNF for about three weeks. These findings provide a logical basis for designing protocols for active immunotherapy in humans.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To explore the reverse effect and mechanism of progesterone(Prog) on a human tongue cancer drug-resistant cell line Tca8113/BLM in vitro. Methods The reverse effect of Prog on Tca8113/BLM was determined by MTT. The effects of Prog on the intracellular ADM congregation, cell cycle distribution and the expression of P-gp in the cell membrane were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results The value of IC50 of Tca8113 and Tca8113/BLM cells without Prog was 9 56 and 120 1,respectively. After treated with Prog(2umol/L),The value of IC50 of Tca8113 and Tca8113/BLM cells was 9 56 and 12 1,respectively. The potent fold of BLM in Tca8113/BLM cells was 9 92, the concentration of intracellular ADM in Tca8113/BLM cells significantly increased(P
