0.05).The grade of antibiotics tended to decline with the increase in of dressing change freqnency so it could decrease the expenditure of antibiotics. The rate of fungal infection lowered while hospitalization did not appear to be prolonged.CONCLUSIONS After the analysis of the use of antibacterials for burn patients,we find that the proper use of antibiotics and the increase in dressing change would lower the grade of antibiotics and expenditure,at the same time they do not increase the rate of bacterial infection and fungal infection, and do not prolong the duration of patients hospitalization time.

AIM: To study the activation effects of maize pollen polysaccharides(PPM) on human thoracic cavity macrophage (hTM). METHODS: Activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in the hTM were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the level of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-?) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the hTM was analyzed by radioimmunoassay, after hTM were cultured with 0.312,0.625, 1.250, 2.500, 5.000 mg/mL PPM-RPMI 1640 for 24 and 48 hours in vitro. RESULTS: The activities of LDH and ACP increased in the hTM induced by PPM, and the levels of TNF-? and IL-6 in the hTM induced by PPM increased markedly too. And the induced expression effect of TNF-? and IL-6 is associated with the concentration of PPM, and time for PPM inducing. CONCLUSION: PPM can induce cytokines secretion in hTM,and activate hTM in vitro.

Chinese Journal of Surgery 2007;45(12):818-821
OBJECTIVETo summarize the diagnosis and treatment of acute rejection after lung transplantation and to discuss optimized immunosuppressive therapy.
METHODSBetween November 2002 and June 2006, 16 patients underwent operations on lung transplantation, 7 cases on single-lung transplantation and 9 cases on bilateral-lung transplantation. Immunosuppressive therapy was new triple drug maintenance regimen including tacrolimus (Tac), mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and steroids, and (or) daclizumab.
RESULTSEight cases in new triple drug maintenance regimen with daclizumab. There is no acute rejection in 6 months. Except 2 of the 8 cases died of early post-lung transplantation sever pulmonary edema and dysfunction, 3 of the rest 6 cases underwent acute rejection incident about 21.4% (3/14).
CONCLUSIONIn this group the new triple drug maintenance regimen including tacrolimus (Tac), mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and steroids, and (or) daclizumab acquired beneficial effect in preventing acute rejection after lung transplantation.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of capecitabine in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods Totally 160 elderly patients with stageⅣcolorectal cancer were enrolled in this study. After first-line combined chemotherapy,80 patients were treated with capecitabine monotherapy(maintenance group)and another 80 cases were not(control group). The survival rate was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier curve and the efficiency and incidence of adverse events were compared. Results (1) The Kaplan-Meier curve suggested that the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The response rate of maintenance group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). (3)The incidence of adverse events during capecitabine monotherapy was lower than that during combined chemotherapy(P < 0.05).(4)The incidence of adverse reactions during capecitabine monotherapy was similar to that of control group(P > 0.05). Conclusion Capecitabine monotherapy in patients with stage Ⅳ colorectal cancer after combined chemotherapy has a longer median PFS than those without maintenance but similar adverse reactions ,which was worthy of clinical promotion.

The study comprehensively puts forward several detection methods to arteriosclerosis and mainly discusses the method for pulse wave velocity (PWV for short) and ankle brachial index (ABI for short). On the basis of methods mentioned above, a portable system device for arteriosclerosis detection based on non-invasive PWV and limb blood pressure is introduced, and expectations for the subsequent engineering design and development direction are given for reference.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2020;44(2):136-140
In order to comprehensively evaluate the human body's functions of breathing, heart function and circulation metabolism under controlled conditions to diagnose respiratory and cardiac functions, a cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) system was developed. The system is divided into two parts:hardware and software. The hardware part includes measurement of six life information monitoring signals such as 12-lead ECG, respiratory mechanics, blood pressure, blood oxygen, carbon dioxide and oxygen. The software part realizes waveform display, storage and playback, et al. The experimental results show that the system is safe and reliable which provides reliable measurement parameters for evaluating human respiratory, cardiac function, circulation, metabolism and other functions. It has a good application prospect.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2019;43(5):345-347
This article describes the design of a portable blood oxygen simulation system that can be used to simulate various blood gas saturation states of the human body. The system can be used to simulate various states of blood gas saturation, and can also simulate large blood oxygen saturation dynamic range, pulse rate range and perfusion index range. It can be used for testing, but not for clinical examination instruments. Moreover, the system has the characteristics of small size and low cost compared with the commercial blood oxygen simulator. Although the simulation system is not directly used for the detection of blood gas saturation of patients, it is also an essential equipment in the production and testing process, so it has certain practical value.

OBJECTIVE:To improve the quality standard of M ongolian med icine Artemisia sacrorum ,and to provide scientific basis for comprehensive quality evaluation. METHODS :The appearance and microscopic characteristics of A. sacrorum were identified;scopoletin, chlorogenic acid ,caffeic acid ,scopoletin and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid were identified quantitatively by TLC;the contents of above 5 components were determined by HPLC. The water content ,total ash and extract were examined. RESULTS:The stem of A. sacrorum was cylindrical ,and its surface was purple or purple-brown or cyan-brown ;the leaves were ovate or oblong-ovate ,fragrant;the flowers were yellow ,head-shaped,subglobose or hemispherical. The powder was green or yellow-green,its pollen grain had three germination ;the parenchymal cell clusters with sharp edges and numerous threaded ducts , occasionally having marginal pitted ducts ;its wood fibers were in bundles mostly. Results of TLC showed that the spots of the same color were found in the corresponding positions of chromatogram for 5 substance control and samples. The linear range of scopoletin, chlorogenic acid , caffeic acid , scopolactone and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid were 85.60-428.00, 10.16-101.60, 10.20-102.00,40.84-408.40 and 40.80-408.00 μg/mL(all r>0.999 0). RSDs of precision ,stability, repeatability tests were all less than 3.00%(n=6). The average recoveries were 103.07%,99.66%,98.37%,97.78%,98.40%(all RSDs <3.00%,n=6). The contents of the above-mentioned 5 compounds in 10 batches of samples were 0.36%-1.23%,0.09%-0.51%,0.04%-0.13%, 0.61% -1.13% ,0.12% -1.11% ,respectively;the average com contents of water ,total ash and water soluble extract were 6.25%,5.86%,26.50%,respectively. CONCLU SIONS:O the basis of the original quality standard of A. sacrorum , microscopic identification,TLC identification ,content determination and examination items of water ,total ash and extract are added. The method shows good precision ,accuracy and stability ,which can provide reference for more scientific and standardized evaluation of the quality of this medicinal material.
