1.Prevention of HBV Reinfection in Perioperative Period of Liver Transplantation
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the prevention of HBV reinfection in the perioperative period of liver transplantation on HBV-related diseases. Methods Published papers were collected and reviewed. Results HBV-related diseases were the main indications of liver transplantation. The prevention for HBV reinfection affects the survivals remarkably.Nowadays,a lot of medication have been used in the prevention of HBV reinfection, and the therapeutic regimens were different from each other. Conclusion Liver transplantation is an effective treatment for HBV-related disease.Appropriate prevention of HBV reinfection in the perioperative period of liver transplantation is important for the survivals of patients.
2.Expression and significance of Glut1 and HIF-1? in human hepatocellular carcinoma
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Background and purpose:Glut functioning as a vehicle for transferring glycose into cell, plays an important role in strengthening the glycometabolism process of malignant tumor.HIF-1?,a crucial transcriptional control gene in signaling cell to adapt to anaerobic microenvironment, can activate the expression of many anaerobic-responding genes which includes the expression of Glut1 gene,in order to supply energy for tumor under hypoxia. Our aim was to investigate the expression and clinical significance of Glut1 protein and HIF-1? protein as well as the correlation between them in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods :Immunohistochemical staining: EnVision method was used to detect the expression of Glut1 and HIF-1? in 45 cases with human hepatocellular carcinoma, and in 11 cases with normal hepatic tissue. Results :The positive expression rate of Glut1(66.7%) and HIF-1?(73.3%) in human hepatocellular carcinoma was higher than that in normal hepatic tissue(P
3.Prowess in surgery for hemangioma of liver
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;(1):13-15
Clinical manifestation of hemangioma of liver is unspecific, and its diagnosis mainly depends on imageology.Surgery is the most common and important treatment for hemangioma of liver. There is much controversy on the timing of operation, indication and surgical procedures of hemangioma of liver because of little evidences from laboratory and clinical analysis. In this paper, the current situation and progress of diagnosis and treatment for hemangioma of liver were summarized, and our experiences were introduced.
4.Discussion on the writing of standardized medical data through "set the duty to offer proof upside down
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
Medical dispute has become a hot issue in current China. As to the new rules carried out and the importance of medical data in edical disputes litigation,it is necessary that the medical data should reflect the reality of medical behavior comprehensive, authentic and without delay during the writing in order to avoid the occurrence of medical treatment disputes.
5.Law of brain death and liver trasplantation in China
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
China is one of the minority countries which have not passed through the law ot brain death in the world. After efforts of decades, the liver transplantation in China have got great achievements, however, owing to unimplementation of the law of brain death, the main source of grafts was the donor of cardiac death which resulted in the bad quality of grafts and poor curative effect after liver transplantation compared with the international advanced level. The implementation of the law of brain death will promote the improvement of liver transplantation level in China greatly.
6.Perioperative support of hepatic function in patients with liver neoplasms undergoing hepatectomy
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2011;10(4):247-249
Liver cancer is a common malignancy. Its incidence ranks sixth among malignant tumors, and it is the third most common cause of cancer death worldwide.Extended hepatectomy, hepatectomy following chemotherapy and repeat or staged hepatectomy are being widely used to prolong the survival time of patients with hepatic neoplasms.Although advances in perioperative management and operative techniques have improved the safety and extended the indications for hepatectomy over the past 2 decades, postoperative hepatic failure is still a severe complication which causes perioperative mortality. In this review, current advances in preoperative evaluation of the condition of patients, precise hepatectomy, postoperative assessment of the hepatic function and therapeutic strategies for postoperative hepatic failure are introduced.
7.Portal vein arterialization in liver surgery
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(2):109-112
Portal vein arterialization can prevent isehemia and damage of liver and fill portal vein with arterial blood. This article is a review about clinical applications and problems of portal vein arterialization which is used in liver transplantation and surgical therapy for portal hepatic tumor, portal hypertension and acute liver failure.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the effect of FK506 pretreatment on endotoxin shock induced by LPS. Methods 155 mice of the Kunming strain were randomly divided into LPS group (n=80) and LPS|FK group (n=75). An endotoxin shock model of mice was reproduced by an intraperitoneal injection of LPS (25ml/kg for each mouse). Beginning from 2 days before the reproduction of the model, each mouse of the LPS+FK group were given 20ml/kg of FK506 q 12 h, by gastric gavage while animals of the LPS group were given an equal amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution in the same way. The survival time of 20 mice of the LPS group and 15 mice of LPS+FK group was observed. 10 mice of each group were sacrificed at 0,0.5,2,4,6 and 8 hours after the injection of LPS, respectively. Blood samples were collected and serum TNF-? and IL-1?, contents, and activiry of ALT and AST were determined. The ratio of the wet weight and dry weight (W/D) of the lung was calculated, and the histopathology of the lung and the liver was studied. Results The mean survival time was longer and the 72h survival rate in mice of LPS+FK group was higher, but the serum ALT and AST activity and serum TNF-? and IL-1? contents were lower than those of LPS group at each time point. The W/D ratio of the lung in animals of both groups at 4,6 and 8 hours after the injection of LPS was greater than that at 0 hour (P

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(06):-
Objective To determine the value of detection of micrometastasis in peripheral blood to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) metastasis or recurrence. Methods Reviewed the related literatures, the methods and significances of the detection of HCC micrometastasis in peripheral blood were analyzed. Results Currently, there are mainly two methods, hematogenous dissemination cell detection and HCC specific mRNA biomarker detection, for detection of HCC micrometastasis in peripheral blood. Theoretically, although they are considered as early detections of HCC metastasis or recurrence, researches still not have a abroad agreeable conclusion from different studies. After adjusting and improving the methods and detection time, different studies also have not gotten a quite consistent conclusion. Conclusion There is a great significance in detection of HCC micrometastasis in peripheral blood to understanding the mechanisms of HCC metatasis and recurrence, and also to improving the clinical therapy. Theoretically and practically, the method should be improved for facilitating the mechanism research of HCC metastasis and recurrence, and the application of detection.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
To investigate the expression and significance of the ? glucuronidase(? G) gene in the patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCL), ? G gene was detected in the carcinoma tissue of 54 cases of HCL, 51 cases of cirrhosis tissue of HCL and 10 normal liver tissue by immuno fluorescence, immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization respectively. The results showed that the expression level of ? G gene in HCL was much higher than that in the normal tissue and the expression level of ? G gene in peri carcinoma tissue was much higher than that in the carcinoma tissue. The data also showed that the expression level of ? G gene was highly correlated with metastasis and differentiation, but not related to tumor size, pathologic type, AFP and serum HBsAg level. It suggested that ? G gene could be used as a predictor for diagnosis and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
