Objective To discuss the clinical values of virtual endoscopy (VE) using multislice computed tomography (MSCT) in diagnosis of the aorta and iliac artery diseases. Methods MSCT angiography in 36 cases suspected of the aorta and iliac artery diseases and 40 cases underwent abdominal examination were performed, then all CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) were obtained at the vessel with suspected lesions on work-station, and the relations between the quality of images and scanning parameters were observed. Results All internal and dual-cavity were seen in 10 cases of aortic dissection; enlarged cavity of aneurysm were showed in 16 aortic aneurysms. Calcification plaques were displayed in 48 cases. One endograft and one postoperative aorta were seen the morphology and the location of stenosis. One case of iliac artery obstruction was displayed obstructive cavity on the image of CT virtual endoscopy. Conclusion The quality of CT virtual endoscopy is related to the scanning technique, scanning parameters, motion aritiact. CT vitrtual endoscopy is the important complementary to maximum intensity projection, multiplannar reformation, surface shadow display, and axial images, and has high value in the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of the aortic diseases

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect on the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head by core decompression with autograft of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).Methods Nineteen patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head, including 8 cases of phase I,6 cases of phase II and 5 cases of phase III based on ARCO classification, were treated with core decompression with autograft of MSCs.Results The patients were followed up for one year. The average ratio of necrosis zone diminished from 31.88% to 13.18%.The Harris hip score was increased significantly. Conclusion The treatment of core decompression with autograft of MSCs is safe and effective, and it deserves to application in early necrosis of femoral head.

This study was aimed to evaluate the biocompatibility of Hydroxyapatite/High density polyethylene (HA/ HDPE) nano-composites artificial ossicle. The percentage of S-period cells were detected by flow cytometry after L929 cells being incubated with extraction of the HA/HDPE nano-composites; the titanium materials for clinical application served as the contrast. In addition, both materials were implanted in animals and the histopathological evaluations were conducted. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P >0.05). The results demonstrated that the HA/HDPE nano-composite artificial ossicle made by our laboratory is of a good biocompatibility and clinical application outlook.

This study was aimed to evaluate the biocompatibility of metal powder injection molding (MIM) 316L stainless steel. The percentage of S-period cells was detected by flow cytometry after L929 cells being incubated with extraction of MIM 316L stainless steel, and titanium implant materials for clinical application were used as control. In addition, both materials were implanted in animals and the histopathological evaluations were carried out. The statistical analyses show that there are no significant differences between the two groups (P > 0.05), which demonstrate that MIM 316L stainless steel has good biocompatibility.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2015;21(6):719-721
Objective To compare the adverse reaction′s incidence of oxaliplatin with three different injection ways , to explore the most appropriate infusion .Methods A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups averagely: peripheral vein ( PV ) group, central venous catheterization ( CVC ) group and peripherally inserted central catheter ( PICC) group. The occurrence rate and degree of adverse reaction were compared among groups including peripheral neuritis , blood system , digestive system toxicity .Results The occurrence rates of peripheral neuritis were 37.50%, 21.43%, 10.00% in the PV group, CVC group and PICC group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6.628,P<0.05).The occurrence rates of toxic action of blood system and digestive system were respectively 53.13%, 53.57%, 50.00%and 78.13%, 92.86%, 73.33%in the PV group, CVC group and PICC group with no statistical difference (χ2 =0.090, 3.892,respectively;P>0.05).Conclusions The best method of oxaliplatin infusion among these three ways is PICC, followed by CVC, and PV is not recommended.

Objective To study the changes in biomechanical properties of human cornea after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and predict corneal stiffness after the LASIK surgery. Methods According to the measurement results from corneal visualization scheimpflug technology (Corvis ST), the corneal tangent stiffness coefficient (STSC) and energy absorbed area (Aabsorbed) were calculated. The change patterns of corneal stiffness and viscosity after refractive surgery were analyzed. Results The difference of corneal STSC and Aabsorbed before and after LASIK had a statistical significance (P<0.05). The obtained formula for predicting corneal stiffness after refractive surgery was: Sbefore surgery =1.055bIOPbefore surgery + 0.015CCTbefore surgery,Safter surgery =0.937Sbefore surgery +0.019CCTafter surgery. Conclusions LASIK surgery not only changes corneal thickness, but also reduces corneal stiffness and viscosity. Prediction of corneal stiffness after surgery can provide guidance for the design of clinical surgery and improve the safety of surgery.

Study of the mechanical properties of in vivo corneal materials is an important basis for further study of corneal physiological and pathological phenomena by means of finite element method. In this paper, the elastic coefficient ( ) and viscous coefficient ( ) of normal cornea and keratoconus under pulse pressure are calculated by using standard linear solid model with the data provided by corneal visualization scheimpflug technology. The results showed that there was a significant difference of and between normal cornea and keratoconus cornea ( < 0.05). Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that the area under curve (AUC) for , and their combined indicators were 0.776, 0.895 and 0.948, respectively, which indicated that keratoconus could be predicted by and . The results of this study may provide a reference for the early diagnosis of keratoconus and avoid the occurrence of keratoconus after operation, so it has a certain clinical value.
