China Pharmacist 2014;(4):627-629
Objective:To observe the curative effect of vinpocetine combined with Danhong injections in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia syndrome. Methods:Totally 120 patients with posterior circulation ischemia syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each. Both groups were treated by the conventional therapy, meanwhile, the treatment group was given vinpocetine and Danhong injections, and the control group was given vinpocetine alone. The treatment course was 14 days. The curative effect was observed, blood rheology and hemodynamics were also studied. Results:The to-tal effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75. 0%) with statis-tically significant difference(P<0. 05). After the treatment, the blood rheology (viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and reduced viscosity) and TCD ( LVA, RVA, BA and PI) in the two groups were significantly improved, and the treatment group showed more significant improvement(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Vinpocetine combined with Danhong injections in the treatment of posterior cir-culation ischemia syndrome has significant effect in the effective improvement of blood rheology and hemodynamics, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
3.Research progress on the role of hedgehog signaling pathway in gastric cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(23):1540-1543
Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway is critical during embryonic development. Recent studies have shown that Hh sig-naling plays an important role in oncogenesis and development of many malignant tumors. In particular, activation of the Hh signaling pathway is implicated in the aggressiveness and progression of gastric cancer. This review provides an overview of the research prog-ress on the role of Hh pathway in gastric cancer. Investigation of this pathway may reveal a novel target for gastric cancer therapy.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of Fibroscan to noninvasive detection of liver fibrosis in asymp‐tomatic carriers(ASCs)with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods Clinical data of 195 chronic HBV ASCs were retrospec‐tively analyzed ,including liver function ,HBV DNA quantitation ,liver stiffness(LS) ,color Doppler ultrasound results of the liver and spleen and histopathological findings of the liver.LS was evaluated by transient elastography(Fibroscan).Liver biopsy was performed in 80 carriers for histological examination. Results The LS value was(6.22 ± 2.50)kPa in 195 cases. There was no significant difference in the LS value between HBV DNA <500 copies/mL and HBV DNA≥500 copies/mL groups. The LS value in patients with HBV carrying duration>15 years was significantly higher than that in patients with HBV carrying dura‐tion≤5 years(P<0.01).It was (6.72 ± 2.33) kPa in patients(n=49)with liver tissue inflammation and necrosis

Objective To analyze the X ray findings of enema unreduced (including 4 perforations ) intussusception so as to improve the knowledge about the difficulty of reduction by air enema or the risk of perforation. Methods Of the 552 cases, 506 cases were successfully reduced by air enema. The range of air pressure was 6.67 to 14.67 kPa(60~110 mm Hg). Forty six unreduced cases were cured by operation. The films were taken before and during the reduction period. X ray findings were analyzed compared with that of the operative pathology. Results (1)Abdominal plain films showed total obstruction in 26 cases and asctis in 4 cases; (2) Air enema showed big and lobular masses in 36 cases and the location of masses in distal part of colon in 22 cases; (3)Operation pathology: ileoilecolic intussusception in 35 cases, 15 cases with intestinal necrosis (including 4 perforation cases). In 3 cases, perforations were in the intussusceptum, the other in the intussuscipiens. Conclusion 92% of intussusceptions can be reducted by pressure of air enema. Complex intussusception, with intestinal necrosis and primary intussusceptum, are difficult to reduce, and these patients ought to be operated on time.
7.Histomorphology,cellular biocompatibility and tensile force resistance property of fibrin-binding amniotic membrane in vitro
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the histomorphology, cellular biocompatibility in vitro and tensile force resistance property of fibrin-binding amniotic membrane(FBAM)and to explore its feasibility and superiority using as ocular surface graft. Methods After observing the morphology of FBAM under light microscope and scanning electron microscope,we did primary culture of corneal epithelial cells, taking monolayer fibrin-binding amniotic membrane as carrier, then observed cell growth overlay area. The elongation nature of FBAM was tested on electronic universal testing machine by calculating elastic modulus, using bilayer amniotic membrane(BAM)and monolayer amniotic membrane(MAM)as controls. Results The fresh FBAM was integrated as a whole, with structurally complete fibrin and amniotic membrane as well as tight binding of fibrin to amniotic membrane. The reserved FBAM was structurally complete, brittler than the fresh FBAM,while amniotic membrane still bound tightly to the fibrin, but under microscope the fiber reticular formation was fairly fuzzy.Single layer of epithelial cells was formed on FBAM after about seven-day culture in vitro.Disparity of cell growth overlay area was significant(P

Objective To investigate the bacteria distribution and drug resistance of lower respairory tract infection of re‐spairtory wards .Methods Sputum from patients with low respiratory tract infection was collected ,K‐B methods and minimun in‐hibitory concentration were used to make distribution and antibiotic resisitance .Results Five hundred and twenty‐nine strains were isolated ,of which gram negative organisms accounted for 416(78 .8% ) ,and gram positive organisms accounted for 88(16 .6% ) ,and fungi accounted for 25(4 .7% ) .In whtich ,the pseudomoas aeruginosa(25 .0% )and acinetobacter baumannii(13 .0% )accounted for the first and second one .Pseudomoas aeruginosa showed varying degrees of resistance to most commomly used antibacterials ,but there were still some alternatives .Acinetobacter baumannii had higher resistance to most commomly used antibacterial ,except for cefoperazone sulbactam .Cefoperazone sulbactam showed high susceptibility to most gram negative organisms and gram positive or‐ganisms .Conclusion In the respiratory wards ,gram negative organisms were predominant in low respiratory tract infection .Pseud‐omoas aeruginosa and acinetobacter baumannii play a main role .The later is resistant to most commonly used antibacterials and the former showes high resisitance except for a few antibacterials .

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
Using metabolic flux balance model , the metabolic flux balance of L- v aline synthesis was established in this paper by material balances and linear p rogramming method. The analysis results indicate that 62.8% metabolic flux ent er ed EMP pathway and 38.2% metabolic flux entered the HMP pathway. And only 9.2 % c arbon entered the TCA cycle. But comparing to the optimal flux distributions of 92.31, the production of L-valine should be improved from the genetic manipula ti on and fermentation control through reducing byproduct of amino acid and decreas ing the metabolic flux.
