1.Observation of the effect of urokinase thrombolysis combined the guide wire fragmentation and low molecular heparin anticoagulation for the treatment of arteriovenous fistula embolization

Objective To analyze the curative effect used the common urokinase thrombolysis combined with topo-guide-wire fragmentation and low molecular heparin in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with arteriove-nous fistula embolization and explore the prospects of its application.Methods 30 hemodialysis patients with arterio-venous fistula embolization were divided into 15 cases of thrombolysis group and 15 cases of thrombectomy group ac-cording to the voluntary.The thrombolysis group was given simple urokinase thrombolysis,and the thrombectomy group was given thrombectomy combined with anticoagulant therapy.The curative effect and the difference in complication were compared.Results In curative effect,the recanalization rate,using time after recanalization,and dosage of uro-kinase of the thrombectomy group were better than those of the thrombolysis group[13cases vs.7cases,(22.13 ± 17.51)months vs.(11.05 ±10.55)months,(40.48 ±22.26)ten thousands IU vs.(60.29 ±15.81)ten thousands IU,χ2 =5.40,t=2.10,all P<0.05,t=2.81,P<0.01].In complication,there was no difference in the number of bleeding cases between the two groups(2cases vs.3cases,χ2 =0.24,P>0.05).For the thrombectomy group,there were fewer cases of re -embolization after recanalization (2 cases/13 cases vs.4 cases/7 cases,χ2 =3.85,P <0.05),but more cases of organ embolism(4 cases vs.0 cases,χ2 =4.62,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional urokinase thrombolytic therapy,the guide wire fragmentation combined with low molecular weight hepa-rin anticoagulant therapy has a higher fistula recanalization rate and a lower re-embolization rate.It does not increase the incidence of bleeding complications.Besides,it can extend the use of internal fistula.However,it may cause the serious organ embolism,so it is necessary to strictly grasp the indications,applying only to the patients who are in the poor efficiency of thrombolytic and unable to have another operation.

The limited-Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) treatment most preferred combined modality treatment,there are some scholars believe that nonbulky stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ of good prognosis HL patients,ABVD chemotherapy alone is acceptable,radiation therapy alone for stage Ⅰ or limited stage Ⅱ nodular lymphocytepredominant HL patients.Individual treatment by easing speed adjustment treatment in the future may make patients more benefit.
3.The Sythesized Examination of Acoustic Multilateral Analysis and EGG Curve for Voice Disaeses

In order to understand the vibration regularity and morphologic alteration of vocal folds objectively and directly without invading and disturbing the normal pronunciation, the voice acoustic multilateral analysis was conducted and electroglottograph was defecated for 59 cases of normal voice and 102 cases (136 times) of pathological voice by Dr. Speech software through computer' s multimedia technique. The results showed that except F0 there was no sexual difference in the parameters such as jitter, shimmer, NNE and SDF0; there was obvious difference in the parameters between normal and pathological voice. There was a falling tendency for the parameters between preoperation and postoperation. The Egg curve's variation can well reflect the morphologic alteration of vocal folds in voice diseases, and the abnormal ratio is 83.7 % and obvious lower in postoperation reexamined cases.

In recent years,PET-CT plays an important role in Hodgkin' s lymphoma (HL).It has emerged as the most accurate tool for staging,treatment monitoring,and response evaluation in HL.PET-CT has high sensitivity and specificity.It provides an opportunity to monitor the quality of response during treatment,permits separation of node from involved regions,and adds prognostic information.PET-CT has become integral to modern lymphoma management,but as a relatively new imaging technique it is still being studied and neither its full potential nor major limitations have been fully understood.The recent observations from clinical trials and clinical experiences with PET-CT in the 54th ASH annual meeting are discussed to explore its advantages and limitations.
5.A study on hyperthermia and endurance in adolescents and adults with hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia

Objective To evaluate exertional overheating and endurance during and after physical exercise on individuals with hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia(HED) ,to assess protective effects of skin cooling device ,and to provide theoretical basis for ex-ternal cooling devices .Methods 12 HED patients and 12 age-matched healthy controls were studied during standardized exercise on a treadmill at ambient temperatures of 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ .Body core temperature ,performance ,heart rate ,respiratory rate ,blood pres-sure and serum lactate were investigated during and after exercise .Results HED subjects experienced a significantly greater rise in body temperature after cycling than healthy controls ,and their body temperature remained elevated longer(P<0 .05) .HED subjects had a lower endurance time(F=9 .985 ,P=0 .005) and increasing speed value(F=7 .158 ,P=0 .014) .However ,serum lactate value of the HED subjects found to be higher than the controls (F=5 .204 ,P=0 .033) .Maximum heart rates ,respiratory rate and blood pressure did not differ significantly between HED and the control groups .However ,compared with controls ,body temperature and endurance time of HED patients equipped with skin cooling device had no statistical significance .Conclusion HED subjects showed a significantly greater rise of body temperature during exercise than the control groups ,and their body temperature remained elevat-ed longer than in healthy subjects ,and had a lower performance .External evaporative skin cooling attenuates exertional overheating in HED patients and may facilitate their participation in athletic activities and professional life .

Objective To study the feasibility and surgical techniques of C57BL/6 mice intracarotid injected Lewis lung cancer cell line 3LL to establish a kind lung cancer brain metastasis animal model .Methods Green fluorescent protein(GFP) positive 3LL cells were intracarotid injected into C57BL/6 mice to establish lung cancer brain metastases animal models ,then tumor growth and survival time were analyzed .Results The intracarotid injection animal model could establish brain metastases animal model success-fully .Conclusion The intracarotid injection is an effective method to establish cancer brain metastatic animal model .

8.Functions of semaphorin 4D in tumor progression

Semaphorin 4D (SEMA4D), also known as CD100, is a protein that belongs to class IV semaphorin. Its physiologic role in the nervous system has been extensively explored. However, the roles of SEMA4D have extended beyond the traditionally studied territories. Collective data proved that SEMA4D has an important role in the regulation of immune system, angiogenesis, and tumorigenesis, among others. Specifically, SEMA4D enhanced the angiogenesis in malignant diseases. This review summarized the latest progression in the research on SEMA4D, including the structure, receptors, mechanism, and biological functions in tumor angiogenesis and progression.
