Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(3):179-182
Colon cancer stem cells(Co-CSCs)are a small fraction of subgroup cells, which show the capabilities of self-renewal,proliferation and differentiation in colon cancer.Co-CSCs are tumorgenic, and they play an important role in the genesis development and metastasis of tumor. These studies of Co-CSCs may help developing effective targets and novel strategies for clinical tumor therapy.
2.Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids and Obesity
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Epidemiological and animal studies have demonstrated that dietary lower intake of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) and(or) higher intake of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-6 PUFAs) leading to imbalance of their ratios are closely related to obesity. The mechanisms underlied are involved in PUFA′s effects on fatty acid synthesis and oxidation, adipocyte proliferation and differentiation and leptin expression. At transcription level,PUFAs can regulate the activities of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors and CCAAT enhancer bin-ding proteins.

Objective To investigate the relationship between mammary ductal hyperplasia and ductal carcinoma by detecting the expressions of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 in various histotypic mammary ductal diseases. Methods A total cases of 44 normal ductal tissues,44 usual ductal hyperplasias.40 atypical ductal hyperplasias,42 ductal carcinomas in situ and 51 invasive ductal carcinomas were included in this study.Expressions of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results There was significant difference of expression of Notch1 among the five subgroups of this study(P<0.01);there were significant differences between every two subgroups(P<0.05)except for normal ductal tissues versus usual ductal hyperplasias and ductal carcinomas in situ versus invasive ductal carcinomas(P>0.05).There was also significant difference of expression of CychnD1 amongthe five subgroups of this study(P<0.01),and there were significant difference between every two subgroups(P<0.05)except for normal ductal tissues versus usual ductal hyperplasias and normal ductal tissues versus atypical ductal hyperplasia(P>0.05).The correlation between Notch1 and Cyclin D1 was negative (r=-0.428,P<0.01).Conclusions There is a relationship between mammary ductal hyperplasia and ductal carcinoma.Decrease of Nowhl or increase of Cyclin D1 expressions may promote nmnmmry ductal hyperplasia advancing to manunary ductal carcinoma.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(4):47-49
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of patients with Stanford type B aortic dissections treated with endovascular graft exclusion.Method The clinical data of 22 cases undergoing thoracic endovascular aortic repair from February 2011 to August 2013 were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing experience. Results Twenty-two patients survived successfully through operation. One case had retrograde type A dissection after operation, another 15 had hyperthermia, and all of them were cured and discharged due to symptomatic treatment. The postoperative 3 months follow-up showed no type I endoleak. Conclusion Preoperative psychological nursing, postoperative blood pressure control, nursing of complications, strengthening instruction of diet and physical activity, are critical for the promotion of early rehabilitation of patients after discharge.
6.Experimental study of three kinds of intravenous stents with different materials and different types
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To select a kind of stent with better property and spread its clinical application. Methods Three kinds of stents including “Z” type stainless steel stent(SSS), mesh Ni Ti alloy stent(AS), and gild stent(GS) were placed into dogs′ vena cava. Angiography was performed 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 months, and 9 months after stent placements (according to the grouping time), then the animals were sacrificed to get the veins with stents for histopathology examinations (including macro pathology, microscope and scanning electron microscope). Data of displacement rate, expand rate, patency rate of stents, patency rate of tributary veins, endothelial thickness, and course of endothelialization were acquired to indicate stent application property. Measurement data were analyzed by analysis of variance and q test. Enumeration data were analyzed by ? 2 test. Ranked data were analyzed by Ridit analysis. Results The displacement rates of SSS, AS, and GS were 13 3%, 13 3%, and 7 7%, respectively(? 2=0 281, P =0 869); The incomplete expanding rates of SSS, AS, and GS were 6 7%, 46 7%, and 0.0% respectively. There was statistical difference(? 2=12 194, P 0 05); The patency rates of SSS, AS, and GS were 93 3%, 66 7%, and 84 6%, respectively. There was no statistical difference among the rates(? 2 =3 649, P =0 161). Endothelialization reached about 100% 4 weeks after the stents placements. Desquamating of GS plating layer was found 4 weeks after stent placement, surface erosion of SSS wire and AS wire was not found in 9 months. Conclusion Z type stainless steel stent has better anticoagulative capability, anticorrosive capability, and biocompatibility, and it is now an ideal intravenous stent.
9.Transdifferentiation of epidermal stem cells into corneal epithelial cells in vitro
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(07):-
Objective To explore the plasticity of transdifferentiation of epidermal stem cells (ESCs) into corneal epithelial cells. Methods Epidermal stem cells enriched by adhering to type Ⅳ collage were induced in vitro by coculture with corneal stromal fibroblasts. The method of HCC were used to show the expression of K12 which is expressed specially in corneal epithelial cells. Results ESCs with greater proliferation potential strongly expressed K19 and ?_ 1 - integrin. After two-week induction, the K12 positive cells could be detected. Conclusion The data suggested that the epidermal stem cells have the potential to transdifferentiate into corneal epithelial cells in vitro.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2017;37(3):344-347
Objective To evaluate the value of probe sterile protective film when applied to ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block. Methods Ninety American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱpatients who required ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus block, aged 18-60 yr,weighing 55-85 kg,were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=30 each):sterile protective film group (group F),traditional physical method group (group TP) and traditional chemical method group (group TC).The probe was sterilized using a sterile protective film in group F,using a sterile glove in group TP,and using 70%-80% alcohol in group TC.Microbiological detection of probe was carried out subsequently, and the relative sterility was defined as the total number of colonies was less than or equal to 5 cfu/cm2.The time spent in sterilizing probe and in performing lumbar plexus block was recorded. The sterile qualified rates of scanning surface and handle of probe were calculated. The ultrasonic image quality was assessed by using a 4-point scale, and the number of display areas was recorded by Moro method. Results Compared with group TP,the time spent in sterilizing probe and in performing lumbar plexus block was significantly prolonged, the sterile qualified rate of probe handle and ultrasonic image quality were increased, and the number of display areas was increased in group F (P<0.05).Compared with group TC,the time spent in sterilizing probe was significantly shortened, and the sterile qualified rates of scanning surface and handle were increased in group F (P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The probe sterile protective film exerts simple operation, strict sterile effect and little influence on ultrasonic image, the efficacy is superior to that of traditional methods, and it is more suitable for probe sterilization when applied to ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block.
