3.Microscopic and ultrastructural observation of primary pulmonary cryptococcosis
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the ultrastructural features of primary pulmonary cryptococcosis (PC) and its roles in the pathologic diagnosis. Methods Two cases of PC were observed by light and electron microscopy and histochemical staining. Results The histopathological examination found cryptococcosis granuloma formation in the 2 cases, and the cryptococcous neoformans (CN) were detected in mucicarmine (MC), periodic acid-Schiff (PAS), and Grocot's methenamine-silver (GMS), respectively. Electron microscopy revealed that most of CN had a simple structure and a few organells. The cell wall, cytoplasm, and capsule could be seen, and part of them had nuclei. Conclusion The ultrastructure of CN is simple. Electron microscopic observation is helpful for the correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PC.
4.Study on stability of compatibility of Qingkailing and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(4):357-358
Objective To study the stability of Qingkailing injection, Qingkailing and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection in compatibility of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection. Methods Such changes as appearance, pH, and insoluble particulate were observed at the room temperature after mixing together of the Qing Kai Ling Injection, Qingkailing and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection with 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection. Results Dexamethasone sodium phosphate did not affect the stability of the Qingkailing. The PH value of Qingkailing stayed at 6.4~7.0 after being mixed with four kinds of solutions. The compatibility solutions had no significant change in appearance, met to the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia insoluble particle detection specification Conclusion Qing Kai Ling Injection, Qing Kai Ling and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection can be used together with solvent compatibility of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection within 8 h.
5.Inhibition mechanism of vitamin D in lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(8):594-597
In recent years a large number of studies have been conducted to investigate the role of vitamin D and its metabolites in cancer. However, the picture for lung cancer is not clear at the present time. There are three integral components of the vitamin D pathway:the vitamin D receptor(VDR),CYP27B1 and CYP24A1.Besides,vitamin D inhibits the carcinogenesis of lung by indirectly influencing IGF signaling,TGF-β signaling, and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.Their differential expressions in normal lung tissue and lung cancer offer clues and lay the foundation for research of the inhibitory function in lung cancer pathogenesis.
6.Effect of ego depletion and emotion regulation on students' health consumption choice
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(5):676-678
Objective · To test the effect of ego depletion and emotion regulation on students' health consumption choice, according to online social network. Methods · The undergraduate students in a university in East China were taken as the researchobject. Public health psychology experiments were designed, using Stroop priming the extent of ego depletion, and SSEIT measuring the extent of emotional regulation. Results · When participants experienced high level ego depletion, for those who possessed weak emotional regulation capability, they were more inclined to select less healthy food(77% vs 18%, χ2=15.40, P=0.000). For those who possessed strong emotional regulation capability, there was no significant difference on food choice between those who experienced high level ego depletion and those who experienced low level ego depletion (40% vs 27%, χ2=0.91, P=0.340).For participants who experienced high level ego depletion, compared to those who overcame ego depletion and those who experienced low level ego depletion, were moreinclined to select less healthy product (69% vs 23%, χ2=11.10, P=0.001), while there was no significant difference between those who experienced low level ego depletion and those who overcame ego depletion (32% vs 23%, χ2=0.51, P=0.470). Conclusion · When students experienced different level ego depletion, they chose different healthy consumption choice because of the different capability of emotional regulation. For students who possessed weak emotional regulation capability, they should be encouraged to choice healthy consumption, and interesting show should be organized to bring them positive emotion. They should also be encouraged to do long-term physical training to overcome the sensitivity tofatigue. Finally, They should be informed to realize the healthy consumption by active communication and interaction such as like, share and comment in social media.
7.Perinatal care of 5 pregnant patients with hypoparathyroidism
Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(3):12-15
Objective To explore the experience of nursing the patients with hypoparathyroidism. Methods Five pregnant patients with hypoparathyroidism hospitalized in our hospital during January 2009 to December 2015 were included in the study. The nursing intervention included performance of health care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum nursing. Results The thyroid function of the 5 patients became normal after medication and delicate care. All underwent cesarean resection and all the infants were normal in terms of thyroid function. Conclusions Pregnancy combined with hypoparathyroidism is of high risk and harmful for mothers and neonates. So they should be under management of high risk pregnancy. The prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum nursing measures should be implemented to ensure the safety of delivery.
8.Analysis of Ethical Absence of Clinical Admission Assessment on the Limitative Medical Technologies
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Clinical admission assessment on the limitative medical technologies is important content of med-tech admission system. However, current relevant research in China is quite backward, especially those on the ethical assessment research on clinical admission of the limitative medical technologies, which is even vacant at all.The article will analyze the harm of recent ethical absence of clinical admission on the limitative medical technologies from four aspects, including the recognition absence of ethical review, the absence of assessment subjects and their ethical cultivation, the absence of assessment standard, and the absence of a whole-range assessment. It is concluded that a scientific, reasonable, and realistic indexing system of the ethical assessment for clinical admission of the limitative medical technologies is also urgently called for.

10.Latency of herpes simplex virus 1 in the ciliary body of normal human eyes
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(05):-
Objective To investigate whether there is latency of herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) in the ciliary body of normal human eyes. Methods Parts (1/3) of the 15 fresh eyeballs from normal healthy donors were used for immunohistochemical staining to exclude from acute infection of HSV-1. After the residual ciliary bodies were taken out, 1/3 was centrifugated for co-culture with Vero cells, and DNA was extracted from the other 2/3 for PCR and gel electrophoresis for the detection of HSV-1 DNA and latency associated transcript (LAT). Results All the 15 samples were negative of immunohistochemical staining and the results of co-culture of Vero cells with the supernatant containing the ciliary body tissues were also negative. No pathological changes in the cells were observed. In the 15 samples, no. 4, 5, 7 samples were positive of HSV-1 DNA but negative of HSV-1 LAT, whereas the other 12 samples were negative of HSV-1 DNA and HSV-1 LAT. Conclusion HSV-1 DNA exists in the normal human cilicary body.
