Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To analysis the infective case of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)in women pregnancy system,in order to get evidence from medicine sensitive test in UU infection case.Method Use fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)to detect, then provide the medicine according UU-DNA value. After half month, apply the pills the patients stop medicine for 10 days to examine culture and sensitivity test. The positive patients is applied the medicine for half month, examine the UU-DNA after stopping medicine 10 days. Results After one treatment course,51.6% patients turn into negative in culture test.48.4% positive patients turn into negative after one medicine treatment course according to medicine sensitive result. Conclusion The FQ-PCR technique with culture and sensitivity test detect and treat infective case of UU combine is useful to clinical practice.
2.Detecting Chromosome Aberrance of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) in Cytogenetics.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
Objective Detect chromosome aberrance(number and construction) in OSCC cell .Methods Cell were treated with colchicines and microsometic fluid, and then were expanded with cold acetic acid and formalized with methyl alcohol. After Giemsa staining, the cell were observed under oil microscope and the chromosome karyotype was analyzed. Results The number of OSCC chromosome is between 63~66, and many type of chromosome contruction is aberrant, chromosome break and monocase of chromosome break. The number change is appear in increasing of NO 1、7、16、19、20 and lose in NO 6、9、10、18、21、22, the constructing change in NO 1、2、4、11. Conclusion Analysising chromosome aberrance will be useful in location in chromosome for relative oncogene and suppressor gene.

OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora.METHOD:IR, 1 H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and TLC were used to identify conpounds .RESULTS:Five compounds were elucidated as homopterocarpin,β-sitosterol,4',7-dimethoxyisoflavone,medicarpin and isoglabrol. CONCLUSION:The 4',7-dimethoxyisoflavone was first separated from this plant .
5.Management strategies for effective organization of research in translational medicine in China
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2011;24(3):151-153,159
As a new cross disciplinary study, translational medicine is expected to promote modern biomedical research to a new stage. In recent years, establishment of research structure of translational medicine has been completed or initiated in some areas where medicine is comparatively well developed, though this conduct is still at an exploratory stage. Referencing abroad experience,This paper discusses the innovative mechanisms and strategies for organization of traslational medicine with referrence to foreign expericences.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
To investigate the Th1/Th2 profile in peripheral blood of patients suffering from condyloma acuminatum (CA) with or without genital herpes. The levels of the intracellular cytokines (IFN ? and IL 4) of CD4 + T lymphocytes of peripheral blood were assayed by flow cytometry in 35 patients with CA (among them 15 patients were complicated by genital herpes) and 20 healthy volunteers as controls. The results showed that all the patients with CA had significantly higher percentage of Th2 cells and lower percentage of Th1 cells compared with heathy controls( P

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2016;33(1):8-13
Ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring can effectively reduce the risk and death rate of patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). The Body Sensor Network (BSN) based ECG monitoring is a new and efficien method to protect the CVDs patients. To meet the challenges of miniaturization, low power and high signal quality of the node, we proposed a novel 50 mmX 50 mmX 10 mm, 30 g wireless ECG node, which includes the single-chip an alog front-end AD8232, ultra-low power microprocessor MSP430F1611 and Bluetooth module HM-11. The ECG signal quality is guaranteed by the on-line digital filtering. The difference threshold algorithm results in accuracy of R-wave detection and heart rate. Experiments were carried out to test the node and the results showed that the pro posed node reached the design target, and it has great potential in application of wireless ECG monitoring.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(25):4989-4992
BACKGROUND: Along with the emergence of porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) technique, Ni-Cr alloy has been shown to be the most available non-novel metal alloy used for preparation of PFM materials. The metal margin of Ni-Cr based PFM crown possibly produces some effects on periodontal tissue for it is primarily contacted with gingiva. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influences of Ni-Cr alloy PFM crown on periodontal tissue. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A retrospective case analysis was performed. All cases were from Department of Stomatology, the 476 Hospital of Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Area Command of Chinese PLA between January 2006 and January 2007.PARTICIPANTS: Totally 23 maxillary incisors were included from 19 patients who averaged (32.5±10.8)years old and received tooth restoration using Ni-Cr based PFM crowns. Healthy contralateral corresponding teeth were used as controls. METHODS: All clinical operations were conducted by one dentist. Dental restoration principles should be strictly followed during preparation of dental prosthesis. A routine tooth preparation was performed. Specifically, gingival retraction cords were used for gingival recession, with a shoulder prepared 0.5 mm below the labial gingiva and concave shoulder thickness 0.5 mm. A temporary crown was made using silicon rubber. The normal physiological anatomical profile of complete crown should be recovered as possible while preparation. Dental axial crown overcontour should be increased within 0.2 mm. Finally, a permanent sticking was followed.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: At 6-9 months after wearing Ni-Cr alloy PFM crown, the gingival crevicular fluid was collected from affected and control teeth for quantitation and laboratory examinations (C reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor- a included),PARTICIPANTS: Alter placement of Ni-Cr alloy PFM crown which was clinically accepted, plaque index of affected tooth did not alter significantly, but gingival crevicular fluid volume, probing depth, sulcus bleeding index, and levels of C reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α were significantly greater in affected teeth than in control teeth (P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: Ni-Cr alloy PFM crown produces some harmful effects on periodontal tissue.
