or ≤50 in each patient. 5-year survival curves were estimated with the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by the log-rank test. ResultsWT5”BZ Analysis revealed that among node-negative patients, the 5-yerar's survival rate was 23% higher in patients with more than 50 nodes removed than those with less than 50. For node-positive patients, the difference of 5-year′s survival rate between the related two subgroups reached 36%.WT5”HZConclusion The number of lymph node resected has great impact on the long term survival of patients with colorectal cancer.

Objective To establish the models with human rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovial fibroblasts (RASFs)-cartilage-severe combined immune deficient (SCID) mice for the study of the RASFs in the pathogenesis of RA.Methods The 4th passage RASFs were marked with 5-bromodexyuridine (5-Brdu)and injected into a cavity of inert sterile gel sponge, then with the normal human cartilage co-implanted in the back subcutaneously of SCID mice to set up a novel model of RA.Osteoarthritis synovial fibroblasts (OASFs)were injected as control group.Thirty days after the surgery, the mice were killed, the grafts and the knee joints were proceed with histological study and immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of 5-Brdu and Vimentin in synoviocytes. The serum level of interleukin (IL)-6 and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-3 were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results Twenty-three mice survived except for one mouse in the RASFs group died of anesthesia.① Only in one case in the RASFs group, the IL-6 was detected, the others were unable to be detected. The MMP-3 in the OASFs group was (40±17) pg/ml,but in RASFs group only one case was detected.② There were 4 and 3 implanted cartilages loss in the RASFs group and OASFs group respectively. The histological scores of cartilage invasion by synoviocytes and cartilage degradation in grafts were higher in RASFs groups than in OASFs groups (0.6±0.7 vs 0.3±0.5,2.3±0.8 vs 1.7±1.0 respectively).③ The histological scores of synovial hyperplasia and cartilage invasion in the knee joints was significantly higher in the RASFs group than in the OASFs group (3.1±0.8 vs 1.7±1.0,P<0.01,1.6±1.7 vs 0.6±1.4,P<0.05 respectively).④ During the grafts,a lot of 5-Brdu and Vimentin markers positive synovio-cytes were found in the mice subcutaneous tissue, but manipulus positive synoviocytes were found on the area of cartilage invasion in both groups. In knee joints, single positive synoviocytes could be detected in bone marrow and hyperplasic area of the synovial tissue in both groups. Conclusion The isolated RASFs can survival and have the ability to invade and degrade the cartilage in vivo without the limitation of immunity induced inflammations, and can also migrate to the synovial joints in distance and induce arthritis.

Vitreous hemorrhage in children is caused by trauma or non-traumatic factors.Long-term vitreous hemorrhage not only affects children's vision, but also can lead secondary glaucoma, traumatic retinal detachment and other serious complications.Ocular trauma, some ocular and systemic diseases are the common etiology leading to vitreous hemorrhage in children.A small amount of vitreous hemorrhage can be treated by observation and conservative treatment. However,if the vitreous hemorrhage has no obvious absorption or serious complications appeared,it needs to be treated by surgery. The choice of treatment time and methods need to be further studied.

Objective:To explore the status quo of the independent work readiness of newly recruited pediatric nurses and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for improving the independent work readiness of newly recruited pediatric nurses. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From July to December 2021, 600 newly recruited pediatric nurses from 18 ClassⅢ children's hospitals in China were selected as the subject by convenience sampling. The nurses were investigated by using the General Information Questionnaire, Self-assessment New Nurses' Independent Competence Questionnaire, Chinese version of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) , and Chinese version of Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) . Hierarchical regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of the independent work readiness of newly recruited pediatric nurses. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 587 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 97.8%.Results:Among 587 newly recruited pediatric nurses, the total score of the Self-assessment New Nurses' Independent Competence Questionnaire was (141.61±13.28) , and the average score of the items was (2.83±0.39) . Pearson correlation showed that the total score and each dimension score of the self-assessment New Nurses' Independent Competence Questionnaire were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension score of the UWES and the PCQ, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Hierarchical regression analysis showed that work engagement and psychological capital were the influencing factors of the independent work readiness of newly recruited pediatric nurses with a statistical difference ( P<0.05) , among which work engagement and psychological capital could independently explain 29.9% of the variation of the independent work readiness of newly recruited pediatric nurses. Conclusions:The readiness for independent work of newly recruited pediatric nurses is at a medium low level. Work engagement and psychological capital are the influencing factors of independent work readiness of newly recruited pediatric nurses. The work engagement and psychological capital of newly recruited pediatric nurses can be improved to increase their independent work readiness.

In order to understand the potential target and related mechanism of action of Termina-lia Chebula treatment, network pharmacology and molecular docking methods were used in this experiment, and the challenge test of Salmonella from yak was performed. The active ingredients and potential targets of Terminalia Chebula were screened through HERB cluster identification database,TCMSP database and SwissTargetPrediction web page tool, and"gastroenteritis"was searched through OMIM and GeneCards database.Cytoscape and STRING databases were used to construct the Terminalia Chebula PPI network to screen out key targets, the intersection targets between Terminalia Chebula and enteritis were obtained through Venny platform, and gene ontol-ogy(GO)and Kyoto encyclopedia database of genes and genomics(KEGG)were enriched through DAVID database. The core target of screening was verified by molecular docking. After that, the gastrointestinal inflammation model of mice was established, the pathological changes of gastroin-testinal tract were observed, and the effect of Terminalia Chebula on the target protein was veri-fied by Western blot test. The results showed that:after analyzing and sorting out 8 main active in-gredients of Terminalia Chebula,118 targets of Terminalia Chebula were screened,11 161 targets of gastroenteritis and 100 targets of intersection were obtained;the core targets of PTGS2,CASP3,SLC3A2,Bax,Bcl-2 and TP53 of Terminalia Chebula and enteritis were obtained through PPI network.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis collected 337 items and 138 items, respectively, mainly related to chemokine pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, apoptosis related pathway,i-ron ion transport related pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway, etc. The results of molecular docking showed that chebulidic acid, the first active component of chebulidic acid, can bind to Bax,Bcl-2,PTGS2 and SLC3A2 through hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic action,π-π packing force and other intermolecular forces. The pathological tissue sections showed that Terminalia Chebula could sig-nificantly recover gastrointestinal tissue injury.Western blot test results showed that Terminalia Chebula can regulate the process of apoptosis and iron death through Bax/Bcl-2 and PTGS2/SLC3A2 pathways to achieve the effect of treating intestinal inflammatory damage. The results showed that Terminalia Chebula can regulate the occurrence and development of enteritis by regu-lating apoptosis and iron death through Bax/Bcl-2 and PTGS2/SLC3A2 pathways.Terminalia Chebula has the characteristics of multi-target and multi-pathway in the treatment of enteritis.
