[Objective]To report the surgical managements and their outcomes in high pressure injection injuries of the hand(HPIIH) in 5 cases.[Method]Open wound technique and series debridement in all 5 cases were performed. The residual skin defects following debridement were repaired with cross-finger island flap in 1 case.[Result]From November 2001 to November 2005,5 cases of HPIIH were treated in our department and the wounds were healed satisfactorily. The flap was survived.Amputation of the finger was executed in 1 case.[Conclusion]The time of the first debridement after injury determines the prognosis.Aggressive wound debridement is a key point for good wound healing in HPIIH.

RibosomalS6kinase2(RSK2)isamemberofthep90Rsk,whichbelongstoSer/Thrkinasefami-ly.It is a downstream molecule of Ras/MAPK cascade and regulates a variety of cellular processes.RSK2 plays a key role in the cell proliferation, survival and transformation.Furthermore, the aberrant up-regulation of RSK2 was observed in dif-ferent malignancies. We here briefly review the structure and function of RSK2, the relationship between RSK2 and tumor, and the existing RSK2 inhibitors.

Objective To detect the expression of human epithelial growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) in advanced lung adenocarcinoma with epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation, and to explore the potential of HER-2 as a therapeutic target for drug resistance in patients with EGFR mutations. Methods HER-2 is commonly expressed in the advanced lung adenocarcinoma with EGFR mutations, mainly in the cell membrane. Results The overexpression rate of HER-2 protein in tissues of advanced lung adenocarcinoma with EGFR mutations was 33.3%(28/84). The overexpression rate of HER-2 protein in patients>50 years of age was 40.3%(27/67), which was significantly higher than that of patients ≤50 years of age [5.9 % (1/17)], the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.227, P=0.007). The overexpression rate of HER-2 protein in patients with high pathological differentiation [44.4 % (8/18)] was higher than that in patients with poor pathological differentiation [30.3%(20/66)], but the difference was not statistically significant (χ2=1.273, P=0.259). The overexpression of HER-2 protein in patients with EGFR 21 exon mutation [40.5 % (17/42)] was significantly higher than that of EGFR19 exon mutation [25.0%(10/40)], but the difference was not statistical significance (χ2=2.222, P=0.136). Conclusions The overexpression rate of HER-2 protein in advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients with EGFR mutation is high, which is related to the age and tumor differentiation. HER-2 is expected to be a potential therapeutic target for drug resistance patients with EGFR mutations.
4.Effects of learning and lifestyle behaviors during home confinement on depressive and anxiety symptoms among primary school students
Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(5):727-730
Objective:
To examine the changes of depressive and anxiety symptoms in school aged children during home confinement and to identify possible influence of learning and lifestyle behaviors on mental health changes.
Methods:
The population of this study were obtained from the "Tongji Mental Health Cohort". Two primary schools in Wuhan were selected through cluster sampling and students in grade 2-5 were surveyed. This study was divided into two stages. In the first stage (T1=during home learning), a total of 2 588 valid questionnaires were collected. In the second phase (T2=during school learning), 2 424 children were followed up successfully. Combining the results of the depression and anxiety symptoms of the two surveys of children respectively to classify the children s psychological outcomes. Association between home learning and lifestyle behaviors with the change of psychological symptoms in school aged children were estimated by disordered multi classification Logistic regression.
Results:
The prevalence of depressive and anxiety symptoms were 28.9% and 21.0% in school aged children at T1, 35.6% and 30.6% at T2, respectively. The aggravation and persistence of depressive and anxiety symptoms in children were partly related to their home learning and lifestyle behaviors. Concentration in class( OR=0.63,95%CI =0.45-0.89), frequent interaction with teachers ( OR =0.74, 95% CI = 0.57- 0.95 ), participation in physical exercise at home ( OR =0.60, 95% CI =0.41-0.87) was negatively associated with depressive symptoms in children. Time spent on playing video games ( OR =1.15, 95% CI =1.06-1.24) and fear of infection with coronavirus disease 2019 ( OR =1.83, 95% CI =1.39-2.42) were positively associated with anxiety in children. Boys( OR=0.70, 0.63 ) were more likely to suffer from depression and anxiety symptoms than girls.
Conclusion
The prevalence of depressive and anxiety symptoms among school aged children increased when they went back to school after home confinement, suggesting more attention are needed for mental health intervention among school aged children.
