The region of about 4.0 kb upstream of Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus (SpltNPV) chiA gene was sequenced, in which six open reading frames(ORF1~6) were found. These ORFs are 156, 297, 540, 369, 1281, and 228 nucleotides long, encoding the proteins of 51, 98, 179, 122, 426, and 75 amino acids with the molecular weight of 6.15 kD, 11.46 kD, 21.70 kD, 14.69 kD, 47.59 kD, and 9.09 kD respectively. One early promoter motif CAGT in ORF1 and ORF3, two early promoter motifs CAGT in ORF2, one late promoter motif TAAG in ORF4 and two late promoter motifs TAAG in ORF5 were found in 5′noncoding regions of these ORFs. The polyadenylation signals, AATAAA, are located downstream of the translation stop codon of ORF1, ORF4 and ORF5. ORF4 is the homologous gene of AcMNPV ORF53, BmNPV ORF42, OpMNPV ORF56 and LdMNPV ORF54. Compared with all genes from baculoviruses, ORF1, ORF2 and ORF6 have no homologous genes. It is suggested that ORF1, ORF2 and ORF6 may be three novel baculovirus genes.

Objective To screen the presciption of Blumea gynecological lotion and investigate the inhibitory effect through inhibition rate test; To provide a basis for clinical application. Methods Consumption of Tween-80, SLES, hydrogenated castor oil (RH-40), and clarity of the solution were selected as the evaluation indexes to optimize the solubilizing agents. By using the filter paper method and the inhibition zone size as the evaluation index, the antimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus. Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was studied to screen the best antibacterial agent from 2 g/L GM-BP, 2 mL/L PHMB, 2 mL/L A.SAP. With Blumeapowder dissolution percentage as the evaluation index, orthogonal test was used to screen additives in the lotion. Finally, the bacteriostasis effect and stability of the obtained lotion were investigated in vitro. Results The order of solubilizing effect was RH-40>SLES>Tween-80, and that of inhibition zone size was PHMB>A.SAP>GM-BP. The best prescription as follows:0.6 mg/mL Blumea powder, 0.04 g/mL SLES, 0.01 g/mL CAB-35, 10% propylene glycol. Bacteriostatic rates of Blumea gynecology lotion sample were more than 90%, and bacteriostatic rates remained more than 80% after 3 months. Conclusion The prescription of Blumea gynecology lotion is reasonable and practicable, with simple preparation process, available materials and good inhibitory effect and stability.

Objective To explore the attentional biases in individuals with different types of obsessivecompulsive symptom and the correlations between the attentional bias of high obsessive compulsive symptom (HOC) and symptoms. Methods 22 individuals with HOC and 38 individuals with low obsessive compulsive (LOC) symptom completed the Chinese Emotional Stroop task that assessed the attentional bias. Comparisons were made between HOC and LOC and in different types of HOC, and the correlations between the attentional bias of HOC and symptom severity scores were searched for. Results The comparison between HOC and LOC on the reaction time of neutral, negative and disgust-related words were not significant. The contamination/washing subtype in HOC showed faster reaction time on negative and disgust-related words compared to that of neutral words, and its attentional bias exhibited significant correlation with symptom severity scores( r= -0. 648, P=0. 031 ). Conclusion Such information point out the contamination/washing subtype may have a different neural mechanism compared to the other subtypes of OCD.

Intracorporeal anastomosis in laparoscopic right hemicolectomy of colon cancer is becoming a hot spot in colorectal surgery. A number of retrospective studies have suggested that intracorporeal anastomosis has potential advantages in promoting postoperative recovery and reducing postoperative complications compared with conventional extracorporeal anastomosis. Several randomized controlled trials published recently have also confirmed that intracorporeal anastomosis can promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and reduce postoperative pain, but there is still insufficient evidence to draw a conclusion about the incidence of complications, especially the anastomotic leakage rate. Heterogeneity of surgical techniques and unclear definition of anastomotic leakage are the main difficulties in current studies. Several high-quality prospective randomized controlled trials are currently under way, and high level of evidence is needed to objectively evaluate the laparoscopic right hemicolectomy of colon cancer. The authors review the relevant literatures at home and abroad, systematically elaborate the research status and prospects of digestive tract reconstruction after laparoscopic right hemicolectomy of colon cancer, in order to explore a new direction for the clinical research of colorectal surgery in China.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of decision-making impairment in male patients with heroin dependence in methadone maintenance treatment(MMT). Methods A total of 45 male patients in MMT were compared with matched 32 health controls on the Iowa Gambling Task. Results Participants with anxiety or depression had to be excluded, MMT subjects were required to have negative urine toxicology screening tests. The MMT group selected more net disadvantageous cards (number of cards selected from the disadvantageous decks minus number of cards selected from advantageous decks) than health controls( (9.11 ± 19.60, -4.25 ±10.27 respectively), t=3. 884, P<0.01). A 2(group) ×5(block) ANOVA (analysis of variance) on the cards of net disadvantageous from the gambling task revealed a significant main effect of group( F= 12.414, P<0.01 ).The ANOVA also revealed a significant main effect of block( F=6.871, P<0.01 ). The study indicated the totalnumber of net disadvantageous cards for MMT subjects was negative correlation to the age of initial drug use ( r=- 0. 320, P < 0. 05 ). Meanwhile, methadone dose and the time of enrollment MMT did not reveal a significant main effect on decision-making biases. Conclusion The deficit of decision making for male heroin dependent patients might be attributed to the dysfunction of the ventromedial prefrontal cortex, and this effect does not resolve with abstinence, even very long term abstinence. Methadone may not get worse this impairment in male patients who have a history of heroin use during maintenance treatment intervention.
