Objective To investigate the expression of p 120-catenin in human bladder cell line BIU-87 and T24.And to explore the effect of down-regulation of p120-catenin on proliferation, invasion and adhesion of BIU-87 cell line. Methods The study was from Aug .2010 to May.2011.Real-time RT-PCR and Western blot were used to examine the expression of p 120-catenin in human bladder cell line BIU-87 and T24.There were three study groups:non-transfected group , the group transfected with p 120-catenin siRNA and the group transfected with control siRNA .p120-catenin siRNA was used to decrease the expression of p120-catenin.MTT assay and colony formation assay were used to study the BIU-87 cell growth and cell pro-liferation.The invasion of BIU-87 cells was measured by Transwell chamber assay .Cell adhesion artificial re-constituted basement membrane assay was used to examine the change of BIU-87 cell adhesion capacity . Results In both BIU-87 and T24 cells there were the expressions of p 120-catenin.But the expression in BIU-87 cells (0.11±0.39) was more than that in T24 cells (0.48±0.17).The decreased of p120-catenin ex-pression could enhance the proliferation (182.7±13.4%) and the invasiveness (217.5±15.9) and decrease the adhesion capacity (57.3±6.4%) of BIU-87 cells. Conclusions There is higher expression level of p120-catenin in lower-grade malignant bladder cancer cells .The down-regulation of p120-catenin promotes the bladder cancer proliferation and invasiveness of bladder carcinoma cells , and inhibited the bladder canc-er cell adhesion .

Objective To investigate the regulating function of p120-catenin (p120ctn) on proliferation and invasion of human bladder cancer cell T24.Methods Special siRNA was used to silence the expression of p120ctn in T24 cells.MTT assay was used to examine the T24 cell growth rate.The invasion of T24 cells and the control cells were measured by transwell chamber assay.Results The silencing of p120ctn could improve the proliferation and the invasiveness of T24 tumor cells.Transwell chamber assay showed that the in vitro invasion function of T24 cells was significant increase after p120ctn-siRNA.Conclusion p120ctn inhibited the bladder cancer proliferation and invasiveness of bladder carcinoma cells.

The developing tendency of the federal unified acupuncture education, management, professional qualification and examination system of U. S. A. were discussed and analyzed as well.

Objective To compare the curative effect of tension-free hernioplasty and transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy(TAPP)in adult patients with inguinal hernia.Methods A prospective randomized controlled study.A total of 240 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into TAPP group and tension-free hernioplasty group(open group),120 patients in each.Results In both the groups,the surgical treatments were completed.The mean operation time in TAPP group was significantly longer than that in open group [(77?15)min vs(48?9)min,t=18.147,P=0.000],and the average cost for surgery in TAPP group was significant higher than that in open group [(7363?351)yuan vs(4635?242)yuan,t=72.663,P=0.000].However,the patients in TAPP group returned to activity and was discharged earlier than those in the open group [(6?1)h vs(10?2)h,t=-19.385,P=0.000;and(3?1)d vs(5?1)d,t=-15.300,P=0.000;respectively].No significant difference was detected in the severity of postoperative pain,complications,and recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusion Both TAPP and tension-free hernioplasty are worth being wildly used.

Conclusions Volume of infarction and hs-CRP are very important determining factors in both NDS score 1 at the beginning of the treatment and NDS score 3 at the end of 1 month treatment. However, in determining NDS score 3 at the end of 1 month treatment, the impact of FG is greater than hs-CRP. The other influencing factors include FBS, TC and so on. Therefore we conclude that it is helpful to recover from neurologic deficit through lowing these influencing factors directly by medication.

Objective To study the function difference of T helper cells(Th)and dendritic cells (DCs) in patients with different hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotypes. Methods IL-12,IL-2 and IL-4 released by Th was measured in 30 patients with different HBV genotypes. After DCs were differentiated and proliferated, DCs’ configuration and amounts were observed, and IL-12 released by DCs was measured in 20 patients. Then the data were statistical analyzed. Objective To explore the diagnosis and therapies of the lateral patellar compression syndrome.Methods This group included 21 cases(30 knees) of lateral patellar compression syndrome,with the average 45 years old(2 males and 19 females of 36～58 years old).All of the patients had obvious Clinical sings and symptoms,whose auxiliary examination was negative.It was almost as same as the Merchant classificasion of the lateral patellar compression syndrome.We adopt the lateral retinaculum release and debridement cartilage defects and drilling.Results All of the definitely diagnosised patients were reviewed with an average of 4 years follow-up visiting(range from 0.5 to 15 years) after operation.The rate of fineness is 96.7% in accordance with Ye Qibin's synthesis estimation for the ailing knee.Conclusion The lateral patellar compression syndrome is a common disease.The lateral retinaculum release and debridement cartilage defects and drilling is a good therapy with minor injury and significant effects for the severe or recurrent attacking lateral patellar compression syndrome.

Objective Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor( PNET) is a rare kind of tumor with slow growth for which surgery is the main treatment.The histological grading of PNET was closely related to the choice of operation mode and the comprehensive treat-ment after operation.Imaging examinations such as enhanced CT and MRI are of great value in the preoperative diagnosis of PNET. The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristic features of CT and MRI in the PNET. Methods Preoperative imaging data of 80 patients with PNET confirmed by pathology were reviewed, including CT and MRI, and the image features of each PNET were an-alyzed and the statistical analysis was performed. Results There were significant differences in the lesion morphology between the G1 and G2 levels of PNET.The majority of forms of the G1 stage PNET lesions presented round-like regular shape, but the G2 stage did not show regular shape.CT examination showed that regular morphological lesions accounted for 91.30%(21/23) in the G1 level, and 52.00%(13/25)in the G2 level,χ2 =8.857,P=0.003.MRI examination showed that regular morphological lesions accounted for 88.48%(22/27)in the G1 level, and 55%(11/20) in the G2 level, χ2 =3.862,P=0.050.The difference of scan density in PNET lesions was statistically significant.Low density lesions accounted for 73.91%(17/23)in the G1 level, and 32%(8/25)in the G2 level.Equidensity lesions accounted for 26.09%(6/23)in the G1 level, and 68.00%(17/25)in the G2 level,χ2 =8.842,P=0.004.The difference of bile pancreatic duct expansion in the G1 and G2 level lesions was statistically significant by MRI examination. Lesions with expanded pancreatic duct accounted for 7.41%(2/27)in the G1 level,and 40%(8/20) in the G2 level, χ2 =7.287, P =0.007.There was significant difference in the peak time after en-hanced scanning between the G1 and G2 levels.Lesion enhancement peak at the arterial phase by CT examination of accounted for 21.74%(5/23) in the G1 level,and 64%(16/25) in the G2 level,χ2 =8.694,P=0.003.Lesion enhancement peak at the arterial phase by MRI examination accounted for 29.63% (8/27) in the G1 level, and 70% (14/20) in the G2 level, χ2 =7.521,P=0.006. Conclusion The lesion morphology, density of CT plain scan, CT or MRI enhancement peak time, and expansion of the bile duct and pancreatic duct can provide reliable information to distinguish the G1 and G2 stage in PNET.

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs)are special kind of tumor cells in the peripheral blood of patient with tumor.Now CTCs detection has been used in the survival time prediction,post-operational recu-rrence detection,individualized treatment and other aspects in the patients with gastric cancer.As the research going,CTCs will provide new help for the comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer.
