1.Numerical analysis of the effect of capillary geometry on oxygen transport in the microcirculation by MATLAB
Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2009;24(4):263-269
Objective Delivery of oxygen in tissues is limited in the space where oxygen must diffuse between the vascular and the surrounding tissues. Normal capillaries are relatively straight and well spaced, in contrast, the tumor vascular networks usually display more irregularity and the vessel wall shows higher permeability and less elasticity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of capillary elasticity and tortuosity on the oxygen distribution and make further investigation on the mechanism of the formation of hypoxic regions in tumor. Method One-dimensional capillary model was coupled with the oxygen diffusion model. Oxygen transport was investigated in a Krogh and tortuous tissue model. The capillarygeometrywas obtained bythe one-dimensional model and transferred to the tissue model. Finite element method was employed in the analysis. Result The capillary radii along the flow direction under pressures were obtained for different initial radii and the oxygen distribution in the Krogh cylinder tissue model and the model with a tortuous capillary were computed. Conclusions when the capillary radius is small, the effect of vessel elasticity may have not significant effect on the oxygen distribution. However, with the capillary radius increasing, the effect on the oxygen transport becomes obvious. Moreover, with the tortuosity of the capillary increasing, the oxygen distribution becomes more heterogeneous, which is in agreement with the result in available reference. This work will be helpful to the investigation of oxygen transport within tumor.
2.Avian Influenza and Swine Influenza:New Understanding of Crossing Species Barrier
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(05):-
This year an outbreak of influenza in Mexico comes from a new epidemic of influenza viruses:A/H1N1 influenza virus. This virus is a kind of virus mixture, including human, avian and swine influenza virus gene fragments. The pathogenic mechanism of avian, swine and human influenza virus in its natural host were compared. The main purpose is to assess the risk of which pigs and poultry has the possibility to become one of zoonotic disease and to assess the possible role in process of avian flu transmission from pigs to people. As zoonotic disease, avian influenza and swine influenza virus have the key role in the process of human infection. But the influenza virus spread of crossing species barrier is not sufficient to cause a large outbreak of human influenza.Animal influenza viruses must have a significant genetic variation before they could live for a long term in the crowd.
3.Significance of Public Governance in the Construction of Supply System of Essential Drugs
China Pharmacy 2005;0(14):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the importance of essential drug supply system for national drug policies and the role of public governance theory in the supply of essential drugs.METHODS:In view of the status of the construction of medical insurance system in China for residents in city and countryside, some strategies for the improvement of the health service system were put forward from aspect of public governance.RESULTS:Taking service as orientation, changing the government administration to service administration, introducing non-profit organization and bringing the function of non-public ownership into full play can help improve the national essential drug policy and drug supply ensuring system and guarantee the people's accessibility to essential drugs and medication safety.CONCLUSION:It is urgent to establish the supply and marke-ting system of essential drugs.

The main techniques and methods includeed bilateral isokine-matic training, mirror neuron system, gymnastics rods training, music therapy, motor imagery, upper limb rehabilitation robot, virtual reality, constraint induced movement therapy, functional electrostimulation, electromyographic biofeedback therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, neurophyisological therapy and so on.
5.THE CLINICAL FEATURES AND DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS OF 30 CASES WITH REFRACTO-RY MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIA
Modern Hospital 2015;(4):63-64,67
Objective To study the clinical features and diagnostic analysis of 30 cases with refractory myco-plasma pneumonia. Methods 60 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital during 2012.03 to 2014.03 were selected, and 30 cases were diagnosed as normal mycoplasma pneumonia and the others as refractory mycoplasma pneumonia. The clinical manifestations, percentage of neutrophils, peripheral blood leukocytes , C -re-active protein (CRP) level, and chest radiographic were retrospectively analyzed , and the clinical judging indicators of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia were obtained by multivariate logistic regression analysis .Results Considering the time of fever, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (χ2 =12.27, p <0.01).The differ-ence of percentage of neutrophils , peripheral blood leukocytes and CRP between the two groups were all significant (p <0.05); Logistic regression analysis showed that time of fever >10 d, CRP >40 mg /L, appearance of large high -density lung opacities were the judging indicators of mycoplasma pneumonia refractory .Conclusion Time of fever, CRP level and imaging Findings are the judging indicators of mycoplasma pneumonia refractory .

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2013;33(12):1131-1134
Based on research of the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM), the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and the related public websites of acupuncture educational institutions, the first hand information was studied, summarized and sorted on the status quo of the educational qualification or the relative authentication of education programs of ACAOM as well as the status of professional qualification and examination of NCCAOM. The education curriculum of the Master degree of Acupuncture, Master degree of Oriental Medicine Science as well as the Doctor degree of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine were also introduced in this article including student enrollment and graduation in recent years. The developing tendency of the federal unified acupuncture education, management, professional qualification and examination system of U. S. A. were discussed and analyzed as well.

Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effect of pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC) on the proliferation and expression of IL-8 of SKOV3 cells in acid environment, and the role of nuclear factor ?B (NF-?B) in the process. Methods SKOV3 cell lines were divided into 5 groups: normal culture group, acid environment group, acid environment plus PDTC groups (25,50 and 100 mol?L-1 PDTC).All the SKOV3 cells were cultivated for 12 h.The effect of PDTC on the proliferation of SKOV3 in the acid environment was determined by MTT,the content of IL-8 protein in the culture supernatant was detected by ELISA and the expression of NF-?B protein was measured by Western blotting. Results The IL-8 expression level in the acid environment was(1 384.211?42.320) ng?L-1.there was significant difference compared with normal group(617.505 ng?L-1?47.850 ng?L-1)(P

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(11):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Prostant TM and the patients’ compliance with the treatment of chronic prostatitis of different types. Methods A multi-central,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled clinical trial was conducted between June 2002 and December 2002.A total of 125 patients who had been diagnosed as chronic prostatitis and classified according to NIH classification system for prostatitis were divided into two groups: the trial group treated with Prostant TM anally one pill per night for 30 days and the control group given placebo in the same way.The efficacy was evaluated by the NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI) and the WBC count in EPS after the treatment. Results Based on leukocyte and culture results,124 evaluable patients were stratified, with 48 cases of categories Ⅱ(38.7%),45 cases of Ⅲa(36.3%) and 31 cases of Ⅲb(25.0%)with chronic prostatitis. The overall NIH-CPSI scores were averagely reduced by 10.37 points in trial group and 6.65 in control group, and the symptom scores were averagely reduced by 7.34 in trial group and 4.72 in controll group, compared with pre-treatment.Significant differences of reduction were found between the two groups(P
