Eight-year medical education has been run in some of the unversities in China,which has made some effective trials in personnel training mode according to the training purposes sent by Ministry of Education,but there still exists weaknesses in curriculum provision and reasearch training.This article briefly analyzed the major construction of the eight-year medical education and displayed several views.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with lopidogrel in patients with transient ischemic attack.Methods Totally 92 cases of patients with transient ischemic attack in Xingyuan Hospital of Yulin City from January 2013 to August 2015 were divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with atorvastatin combined with lopidogrel,and patients in control group were treated with lopidogrel.The differences in short term effect,long-term effect,and adverse reaction between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05);After treatment,the levels of hs-CPR,Lp-PLA2TC,TG,and LDL,the recurrence rate of transient ischemic attack and the incidence of cerebral infarction of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group and before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),but the differences in PLT,PT,and APTT between two groups before and after treatment were not significant.Conclusion The clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with lopidogrel in patients with transient ischemic attack were remarkable,and the incidence of adverse events do not increase.

Based on the structure of TCM tongue image recognition system,digital image processing technology in tongue objectiveness research is analyzed,especially on the methods and principles of color correction,image segmentation,pattern recognition,etc.The future development is also discussed.

Recent advances in medical ultrasonic instrumentation are introduced in this review, including the progresses in transducer, diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Future development is also discussed.

Objective To study the optimum inclusion process for volatile oil from Tongketing capsules. Methods The study was carried out with orthogonal test at different levels. The utilization ratio of volatile oil was used as the index to optimize the inclusion process. Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were: oil: ?-cyclodextrin: water was 1: 4: 40 (V: V: V). The inclusion time was 10rain and inclusion complexes was dried at 70℃. Conclusion This optimized process is simple, efficient and can be used for the production of Tongketing Capsule on a large scale.

Objective To investigate the effect of pancreatic stellate cells on invasion and metastasis of human pancreatic cancer cell AsPC-1,and to determine the role of SDF-1 in this process.Methods PSCs were routinely isolated and cultured,and PSCs conditioned media(PSC-CM) was collected and concentrated.Different concentrations of PSC-CM,anti SDF-1 and their combination were used to treat AsPC-1 cells,and MTT assay was applied to detect the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells.Transwell chamber migration assay was employed to detect the migration of AsPC-1 cells.In vitro invasion assay was used to determine the invasion of AsPC-1 cells.Results A490 values of AsPC-1 cell in control group and 0.25,0.5,1 μg/lμl PSCCM group were 0.437 ±0.041,0.472 ±0.048,0.553 ±0.057,0.690 ±0.051,and PSC-CM promoted cell proliferation in a dose dependant manner.The difference between 0.5,1 μg/μl PSC-CM group and control group,and between 1 μg/l and 0.5 μg/μl PSC-CM group was statistically significant (P＜0.05).A490 values of control group,anti SDF-1 group,PSC-CM group and PSC-CM ± anti SDF-1 group were 0.407 ±0.028,0.416 ±0.030,0.629 ±0.048,0.481 ±0.049.The numbers of penetrating cells were 35.3 ±7.1,34.8±5.6,140.9 ± 12.7,56.5±5.9,and the numbers of invasive cells were 27.1 ±2.9,29.1 ±4.2,81.5 ±8.2,46.4 ± 4.4.The difference between anti SDF-1 group and control group was not statistically significant.The proliferation,migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells in PSC-CM group was significantly higher than those of control group (P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01).The proliferation,migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells in PSC-CM ± anti SDF-1 group was significantly lower than those of PSC-CM group,but they were significantly higher than those of control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions PSCs can promote proliferation,migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells AsPC-1,and the mechanism may be partly due to SDF-1/CXCR4 receptor ligand axis.

Restriction endonucleases are important molecular biology tools for DNA recombination.Because of the cleavage of DNA,their recombinant expression is difficult with low yields and complicated purification processes.In commercial productions,the technology that uses specific methylases to protect host DNA from digestion of the expressed restriction enzymes was cumbersome and practically limited.For solving this problem the expression of restriction enzyme Not Ⅰ was performed by using the DNA methylase M.Sss Ⅰ derived from Spiroplasma sp.MQ1 which specifically kept CpG sequence methylated.The methylated DNA was protected from the cutting of Not Ⅰ whose recognition sequence contained CpG.The gene of methylase M.Sss Ⅰ was introduced into Escherichia coli ER2566 and constitutively expressed,resulting in the CpG methylation pattern of the host DNA.Restriction enzyme Not Ⅰ was successfully expressed in this E.coli strain.Furthermore,by adding a purification tag to one terminus of the enzyme,recombinant Not Ⅰ was prepared as a highly purified and active product through two simple Ni-affinity and anion exchange chromatography steps.This expression system can be applied for the preparation of a series of restriction enzymes with CpG in their recognition sequences.

[Objective]To evaluate the value of clinical examination and magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing chronic anterior cruciate ligament injury.[Method]Sixty-five patients with the diagnosis of chronic anterior cruciate ligament injury were retrospectively analyzed about the course of diagnosis and treatment.To gain the primary diagnosis through clinical examination,8 patients were performed magnetic resonance imaging.Finally all the patients were carried out arthroscopic surgery to make a final diagnosis.[Result]Arthroscopy found 53 cases with complete anterior cruciate ligament tears,12 cases with partial anterior cruciate ligament tears.In the complete anterior cruciate ligament tears cases,79.2% patients had positive anterior drawer test,96.2% had positive Lachman test and 92.5 % had positive pivot shift test.In the partial anterior cruciate ligament tears cases,16.7% patients had positive anterior drawer test,50.0% had positive Lachman test and 33.3 % had positive pivot shift test.The accuracy of MRI in diagnosing anterior cruciate ligament tears was 100%.[Conclusion]Clinical examination and magnetic resonance imaging can diagnose chronic anterior cruciate ligament effectively.

Buprenorphine is a semisynthetic opioid derived from thebaine. It has been shown to nteract in vivo and in vitro with multiple opioid receptors with slow receptor binding kinetics. It can act as an agonist and/or antagonist when interacting with different classes of opioid receptors, which contributes to the distinctive pharmacological feature of buprenorphine. This review summarizes the recent research data on the pharmacology of buprenorphine, aiming to accurately understand the efficacy and safety of its clinical use.
