Radiofrequency ablation therapy not only causes the necrosis of localized tumor cells, but also produces immunogenic tumor associated antigens and a large number of inflammatory cytokines and a variety of immunogenic mediums, which promotes the local infiltration and activation of immune cells and stimulates the immune system to produce certain anti-tumor effect. But the intensity of anti-tumor effect is feeble and is insufficient to inhibit the growth of tumor cells.Radiofrequency ablation therapy combined with special immunotherapies, such as immune stimulants, adoptive immunity cells therapy, dendritic cell vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and so on,can maximize the clinical benefit, which is a good pattern about tumor comprehensive treatment containing immunotherapy.

Objective:To discuss the reconstuctive strategy of the defect of anterior rectus fascia and rectus abdominus muscle in the clinical practice. Methods:Between November 2009 and Janurary 2020, clinical data of 24 female patients that underwent 29 anterior rectus fascia and rectus abdominus muscle reconstructions of defect were reviewed retrospectively. The median age was 42.5 years (range, 35-60 years), including 20 breast reconstructions, 2 pelvic reconstructions, 1 thoracic defect after tumor resection and 1 abdominal defect after tumor resection. According to the location and size of the anterior rectus fascia and rectus abdominus muscle defect, three reconstructive methods were applied: 6 direct clousres were applied if the width of defect was less than half of the anterior rectus fascia, 21 polypropylene mesh onlay reconstructions were applied for which the width of defect was or more than half of the anterior rectus fascia, and 2 direct suture closure were applied for the simple rectus abdominus muscle defect. Results:All the patients healed eventfully without abdominal wound complications, such as infection, hematoma, dehiscence. The patients were followed up for a median period of 30 months (range, 5-126 months). 1 patient died of breast cancer recurrence and matastasis at 36 months postoperatively. No patient developed a mesh infection or required mesh removal secondary to infection or foreign body reaction. There was no abdominal wall hernia, 1 patient developed abdominal bulge without further treatment because of no abdominal wall discomfort. Conclusions:The key of successful operation is different reconstructive methods applied to reconstruct the integrity and stability of abdominal wall, based on the location and size of the anterior rectus fascia and rectus abdominus muscle defect.

Objective To explore the significance and correlation between MCP-1 and cardiovascular complication of diabetes. Methods 65 patients with diabetes and 64 patents with IGT and 60 healthy persons as control group are chosen from a population of 1231residents at Jiangnan community in Guangzhou city. Ultrasonic inspection of carotid artery was applied to the intimae media thickness (IMT),and the levels of-MCP-1 were detected by Elisa. Result There was significant difference in the levels of MCP-1 among the normal control group, IGT group and DM group (P=0.000).The levels of MCP-1 in IGT complicated with AS patients were significantly higher than that in IGT alone patients. The levels of MCP-1 in DM complicated with AS patients were significantly higher than that in DM alone patients. The levels of MCP-1 were positively correlated with IMT in these patients. A forward LR Logistic regression analysis showed that IMT was a dependent variable, gender, MCP-1 and age are independently correlated with IMT. Conclusion MCP-1 is correlated with diabetes and its cardiovascular complication and it may be served as the target of therapy.

Objective To study the assisted diagnostic value and significance in precise surgery of MSCT angiography in torsion of ovar-ian tumors in children. Methods The dual-phase enhanced MSCT images data of 15 children patients with ovarian tumor torsion which were confirmed by surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Showed the vascular changes around the ovaries and judged the ovarian tumors arise and torsion side with the vascular reconstruction methods of multi-planar reconstruction (MPR),maximum intensity projection (MIP),volume rendering ( VR) ,then compared with the operation situation. Results Among the 15 cases aged from 2 months to 11 years old who were de-tected with MSCT scanning and angiography, there were 11 cases of benign tumor (9 cases of ovarian teratoma and 2 cases of serous cystade-noma) and 4 cases of malignant tumor (3 cases of yolk sac tumor and 1 case of malignant mixed germ cell tumor). MSCTA displayed that o-varian vessels changes were abnormal thickening and twisting of distal feeding artery and tumor vascular network formation;and there were thickening, tortuosity, increased density and a few visible‘whirl sign’ in draining veins. Preoperative MSCTA displayed ovarian tumor blood supply arteries were found 5 cases of downlink of ovarian artery and 10 cases of asscending branches of uterine artery. There were 4 cases of ovarian tumor originated from the left ovary combined with reverse and 11 cases originated from the right ovary combined with reverse, which were consistent with intraoperative findings. Intraoperative MSCTA provide information which helped accurate chose of the surgical incision, precise abruption of tumor blood vessels and resection of the tumor and ovarian lesions, thus saved the operation time and reduced the blood loss. Conclusion MSCT angiography can not only provide diagnosis information of torsion of ovarian tumors in children, but also more impor-tantly,it has an important assisted significance in precision surgery.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating severe pneumonia complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction (GIDF).Method Sixty patients with severe pneumonia complicated with GIDF were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups were both given conventional Western medications. In addition, the treatment group was intervened by acupuncture, and the control group by oral administration of Mosapride citrate capsules and enteral nutrition via nasogastric tube. After 7-day treatment, the changes of GIDF score, intraabdominal pressure, bowel sound and gastric retention were observed in the two groups, and the clinical efficacies were compared.Result The total effective rate was 93.1% in the treatment group versus 78.6% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of GIDF and the indexes (intraabdominal pressure, bowel sound, and gastric retention) were significantly changed after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05). The scores of GIDF and the indexes in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in severe pneumonia patients, since it can significantly improve the intraabdominal pressure, bowel sound and gastric retention.

The intracellular trafficking and subcellular distribution of exogenous gene is very important for gene delivery. A successful gene vehicle should overcome various barriers including endosomal membrane barriers to delivery gene to the target organelle. Traditional nonviral vehicle is unable to avoid endosomal pathway efficiently, so the efficiency of gene delivery is low and the application of gene drugs is limited. In order to achieve efficient nonviral gene delivery, a lot of researches based on endosomal escape have been carried out and some agents with the function of endsomal escape have been found. These agents facilitate the endsomal escape via various mechanisms, such as fusion into the lipid bilayer of endosomes, pore formation in the endosomal membrane, proton sponge effect and photochemical methods to rupture the endosomal membrane. In this review, various reported strategies for endsomal escape are described according to the escape mechanisms, and their applications in intracellular gene delivery are also discussed.
