Dermcidin (DCD) was found in isolated human skin sweat glands with antimicrobial effect, and was defined as a kind of new small molecule antimicrobial peptide. It was a part of human sweat glands in the skin as the immune system's innate defense. With the studies of DCD, its extensive biological functions are gradually discovered. Since 2010, a number of studies have shown that DCD may be a new risk factor for atherosclerosis. And the role of DCD in ischemic heart disease has drawn increasing attention in particular its relationship with insulin secretion and glycemic control, nitric oxide (NO) synthesis and hypertension, platelet aggregation and acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In those experiments, it was also confirmed that aspirin had antagonistic and reverse effects on various biological functions of DCD. Further research on the role of DCD in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases may lead to the prevention, early warning, prognosis evaluation and treatment breakthrough of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of selective salpingography(SSG)and fallopian tube recanalization(FTR) for diagnosis and treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility with self-made simple coaxial microtube.MethodsSSG and FTR with self-made simple Coaxial Microtube were performed for 76 cases with 134 tubes of obstructive oviduct through wire-guided tubal recanalization,anti-inflammatory and anti-adhesion effect of recanalization fluid,and the patients were treated with anti-bacterial and hydrotubation after operations.ResultsSSG displayed that 81 tubes obstruction in interstitial tubal,25 tubes obstruction in isthmus,16 tubes obstruction in ampulla and 12 tubes obstruction in fimbria.The total recanalization rate of FTR was 76.1%,with the recanalization rate 96.3% in interstitial,the recanalization rate 68.0% in isthmus and the recanalization rate 43.8% in ampulla,and no serious complications occurred.All cases were followed up for one to two years postoperatively.Normal pregnancy pationes were 31 cases(40.8%),and 29 women were normal parturition,2 cases(2.6%) were extrauterine pregnancy.ConclusionThe advantage of SSG and FTR with self-made simple coaxial microtube is low cost,simplicity and excellent efficacy.It is worth popularizing in grass-roots hospitals.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of two different methods in treatment of liver cancer which sizes ranged from 3 to 6cm ,and provide the basis for clinical treatment methods .Methods A retrospective analysis of the curative effect of liver cancer patients whose tumor diameter were rang from 3 to 6 cm was done .All patients collected from the Forth Cadre′s Sanatorium and Health Center ,Military Region in Shandong province Taian zones at the time of December 2008 to December 2011 who carried out surgical resection or radiofrequency ablation .Results 41 cases of recurrence within a year in surgical group ,the recurrence rate was 32 .5% ,87 cases(69 .1% ) of recurrence ,103 cases(81 .7% ) of recurrence within 3 years ;41 cases of recurrence within a year in radio frequency ablation group ,the recurrence rate was 40 .8% ,51 cases(71 .8% ) of recurrence within 2 years ,60 cases(84 .5% ) of recurrence within 3 years ,a statistically significant difference were found between the two group at the same period time (P<0 .05);1 ,2 ,3 year survival rates were 84 .6% ,69 .8% ,56 .3% in surgical group ,radiofrequency 1 ,2 ,3 year survival rates were 85 .3% ,70 .9% ,53 .4 in radio frequency ablation group ,The difference was not statistically significant at the same period time (P>0 .05) .Conclusion For size between 3 to 6 cm liver cancer ,radiofrequency ablation can be used as the preferred method of treatment .

Objective To investigate whether the patients of stroke in basal ganglia have the selective deficit of recognition of disgust expression and to test the hypothesis that basal ganglia is involved in emotion processing, especially in disgust processing. Methods We developed six typical facial emotions (happiness, surprise, fear, sadness, disgust and anger) and a neutral facial emotion. Objective To verifying the characteristics of optical coherence tomography(OCT) in exudative age related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods The patients being investigated in this series included 16 cases (19 eyes) of exudative age related macular degeneration diagnosed by FFA and OCT examinations, among them 4 cases (6 eyes) were examined with ICGA. The color photographs of ocular fundi, FFA, ICGA and OCT were investigated by contrasting each other. Results As compared with the FFA and ICGA examinations, the characteristic findings found in OCT in patients with exudative AMD in this series were as the following:①serous detachment of neurosensory epithelium in 11 eyes,②retinal hemorrhage in 2 eyes,③serous detachment of retinal pigment epithelium in 5 eyes,④hemorrhagic detachment of retinal pigment epithelium in 10 eyes,⑤disciform scar in 4 eyes,⑥fibrovascular pigment epithelial detachment and occult CNV in 12 eyes. Conclusion OCT can supply a comprehensive survey of exudative AMD, in making the diagnosis as an important complementary examination of FFA and ICGA.

Objective To verify the pattern characteristics of optical coherance tomography (OCT) images in diabetic maculopathy (DM). Methods OCT were performed in sixty cases of DM and 30 cases of normal control group,and in 54 cases of DM,fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) was performed simutaneously.The results from 2 kinds of examinations were compared each other.
