Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of selective salpingography(SSG)and fallopian tube recanalization(FTR) for diagnosis and treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility with self-made simple coaxial microtube.MethodsSSG and FTR with self-made simple Coaxial Microtube were performed for 76 cases with 134 tubes of obstructive oviduct through wire-guided tubal recanalization,anti-inflammatory and anti-adhesion effect of recanalization fluid, and the patients were treated with anti-bacterial and hydrotubation after operations.ResultsSSG displayed that 81 tubes obstruction in interstitial tubal,25 tubes obstruction in isthmus,16 tubes obstruction in ampulla and 12 tubes obstruction in fimbria. The total recanalization rate of FTR was 76.1%,with the recanalization rate 96.3% in interstitial, the recanalization rate 68.0% in isthmus and the recanalization rate 43.8% in ampulla, and no serious complications occurred. All cases were followed up for one to two years postoperatively.Normal pregnancy pationes were 31 cases(40.8%),and 29 women were normal parturition,2 cases(2.6%) were extrauterine pregnancy.ConclusionThe advantage of SSG and FTR with self-made simple coaxial microtube is low cost, simplicity and excellent efficacy. It is worth popularizing in grass-roots hospitals.
3.A novel protein peptide associated with ischemic heart disease: dermcidin
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2017;29(6):568-571
Dermcidin (DCD) was found in isolated human skin sweat glands with antimicrobial effect, and was defined as a kind of new small molecule antimicrobial peptide. It was a part of human sweat glands in the skin as the immune system's innate defense. With the studies of DCD, its extensive biological functions are gradually discovered. Since 2010, a number of studies have shown that DCD may be a new risk factor for atherosclerosis. And the role of DCD in ischemic heart disease has drawn increasing attention in particular its relationship with insulin secretion and glycemic control, nitric oxide (NO) synthesis and hypertension, platelet aggregation and acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In those experiments, it was also confirmed that aspirin had antagonistic and reverse effects on various biological functions of DCD. Further research on the role of DCD in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases may lead to the prevention, early warning, prognosis evaluation and treatment breakthrough of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
4.Relativity between alexithymia and cognitive function in somatoform disorders
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2014;13(1):60-62
To explore the relativity between alexithymia and cognitive function in somatoform disorder patients.A total of 40 patients aged 18-65 years fulfilling the criteria of ICD-10 for somatoform disorders were recruited as research group. And 40 normal healthy subjects were selected as control group.Toronto alexithymia scale-20 (TAS-20) was employed to examine the alexithymia. And cognitive abilities screening instrument (CASI) was used to measure their cognitive ability. The 9-factor scores and total score of CASI test in patients with somatoforill disorder were significantly lower than those in the normal controls (P < 0.05 or < 0.01).The 3-factor scores and total score of TAS-20 test in patients withsomatoforill disorder were significantly higher than those in the normal controls (P < 0.05 or < 0.01).In research group,CASI scores were negatively correlated with the TAS-20 scores (P <0.05 or 0.01).
7.Comparison of Two Cell Adhesion Detecting Assays
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To compare the two cell adhesion assay techniques based on 51 Cr release and 3H-TdR incorporation. Methods Firstly, the cells to be tested were cultured to confluence in the 96 well plate for 24 hours. After with 51 Cr or 3H-TdR label, the isotope labeled cells were add into plate wells and incubated for another 4 hours. Then the un-adhered cells were removed by gently washing. The cpm of two assay system were counted, the sensitivity and stability of two methods were compared. Results Assay methods based on 51 Cr release and 3H-TdR incorporation could both reflect the cell adhesion level correctly. In assaying sensitivity and stability showed that the 3H-TdR incorporation assay was better than in 51 Cr release assay. Conclusions Adhesion method based on isotope label could provide good sensitivity and stability. The sensitivity and stability of 3H-TdR incorporation is better than that of 51 Cr release assay.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2000;0(04):-
Objective To verifying the characteristics of optical coherence tomography(OCT) in exudative age related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods The patients being investigated in this series included 16 cases (19 eyes) of exudative age related macular degeneration diagnosed by FFA and OCT examinations, among them 4 cases (6 eyes) were examined with ICGA. The color photographs of ocular fundi, FFA, ICGA and OCT were investigated by contrasting each other. Results As compared with the FFA and ICGA examinations, the characteristic findings found in OCT in patients with exudative AMD in this series were as the following:①serous detachment of neurosensory epithelium in 11 eyes,②retinal hemorrhage in 2 eyes,③serous detachment of retinal pigment epithelium in 5 eyes,④hemorrhagic detachment of retinal pigment epithelium in 10 eyes,⑤disciform scar in 4 eyes,⑥fibrovascular pigment epithelial detachment and occult CNV in 12 eyes. Conclusion OCT can supply a comprehensive survey of exudative AMD, in making the diagnosis as an important complementary examination of FFA and ICGA.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2001;0(03):-
Objective To verify the pattern characteristics of optical coherance tomography (OCT) images in diabetic maculopathy (DM). Methods OCT were performed in sixty cases of DM and 30 cases of normal control group, and in 54 cases of DM,fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) was performed simutaneously. The results from 2 kinds of examinations were compared each other. Results The average retinal thickness at the central fovea was (314.54?154.13) ?m in DM group. The macular edema in the cases of DM accounted to 57.1% on OCT examination The rate of retinal swelling associated with cystoid macular edema (CME) was 38.5%,with retinal detachment (RD) 9.2%,and with both CME and RD was 16.9% Those with mormal macular thickness and mild macular edema primarily showed focal leakage in FFA exam, while those with moderate and severe macular edema showed diffuse leakage in FFA exam. The rate of CME was 28.6% presented in FFA and 58.9% in OCT examination (t=3.39,P

Objective To investigate the distribution of CD14C ( 260)T single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in the Han population in Chongqing and to test the reliability with this random sample in genetic research. Methods Single round Touchdown PCR (TD PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) method were used for genotyping in 110 people from the Han population in Chongqing. Results Frequencies of TT, CT, and CC genotypes were 43 6%, 39 1%, and 17 3%, respectively. The sample distribution was accorded with Hardy Weinberg principle. Conclusion CD14C( 260)T SNP was found in the Han population in Chongqing, and the distribution of alleles was significantly different from that in white population. The sample from an H W equilibrium population can be used in the association study of the systematic inflammatory reaction in the Han population in Chongqing.
