2.A novel protein peptide associated with ischemic heart disease: dermcidin
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2017;29(6):568-571
Dermcidin (DCD) was found in isolated human skin sweat glands with antimicrobial effect, and was defined as a kind of new small molecule antimicrobial peptide. It was a part of human sweat glands in the skin as the immune system's innate defense. With the studies of DCD, its extensive biological functions are gradually discovered. Since 2010, a number of studies have shown that DCD may be a new risk factor for atherosclerosis. And the role of DCD in ischemic heart disease has drawn increasing attention in particular its relationship with insulin secretion and glycemic control, nitric oxide (NO) synthesis and hypertension, platelet aggregation and acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In those experiments, it was also confirmed that aspirin had antagonistic and reverse effects on various biological functions of DCD. Further research on the role of DCD in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases may lead to the prevention, early warning, prognosis evaluation and treatment breakthrough of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
3.Clinical Application of Simple Coaxial Microtube Methods for Selective Salpingography and Fallopian Tube Recanalization.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of selective salpingography(SSG)and fallopian tube recanalization(FTR) for diagnosis and treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility with self-made simple coaxial microtube.MethodsSSG and FTR with self-made simple Coaxial Microtube were performed for 76 cases with 134 tubes of obstructive oviduct through wire-guided tubal recanalization,anti-inflammatory and anti-adhesion effect of recanalization fluid, and the patients were treated with anti-bacterial and hydrotubation after operations.ResultsSSG displayed that 81 tubes obstruction in interstitial tubal,25 tubes obstruction in isthmus,16 tubes obstruction in ampulla and 12 tubes obstruction in fimbria. The total recanalization rate of FTR was 76.1%,with the recanalization rate 96.3% in interstitial, the recanalization rate 68.0% in isthmus and the recanalization rate 43.8% in ampulla, and no serious complications occurred. All cases were followed up for one to two years postoperatively.Normal pregnancy pationes were 31 cases(40.8%),and 29 women were normal parturition,2 cases(2.6%) were extrauterine pregnancy.ConclusionThe advantage of SSG and FTR with self-made simple coaxial microtube is low cost, simplicity and excellent efficacy. It is worth popularizing in grass-roots hospitals.
4.Relativity between alexithymia and cognitive function in somatoform disorders
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2014;13(1):60-62
To explore the relativity between alexithymia and cognitive function in somatoform disorder patients.A total of 40 patients aged 18-65 years fulfilling the criteria of ICD-10 for somatoform disorders were recruited as research group. And 40 normal healthy subjects were selected as control group.Toronto alexithymia scale-20 (TAS-20) was employed to examine the alexithymia. And cognitive abilities screening instrument (CASI) was used to measure their cognitive ability. The 9-factor scores and total score of CASI test in patients with somatoforill disorder were significantly lower than those in the normal controls (P < 0.05 or < 0.01).The 3-factor scores and total score of TAS-20 test in patients withsomatoforill disorder were significantly higher than those in the normal controls (P < 0.05 or < 0.01).In research group,CASI scores were negatively correlated with the TAS-20 scores (P <0.05 or 0.01).

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(15):-
Objective To evaluate whether high sensitivity C-reactive protein is associated with microvascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 321 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were recruited.According to the results of 8 h urine albumin excretion rate, ophthalmoscope examination and nerve conduction velocity test, nephropathy, retinopathy and neuropathy were defined respectively. To evaluate differences of the serum hsCRP levels of those with and without nephropathy, retinopathy and neuropathy. Results Only diabetic nephropathy correlated with the serum hsCRP level. With increment of urine albumin excretion rate,hsCRP level was increased.Pearson correlation analysis indicated that hsCRP correlated positively with urine albumin excretion rate(r=0.448,P=0.002),triglyceride(r=0.385,P=0.008),and body mass index(r=0.261,P=0.004).Stepwise linear regression showed that hsCRP and UAER,TG and BMI existed linear correlation. Conclusion hsCRP is associated with diabetic nephropathy and its level is correlated with the degree of diabetic nephropathy.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(36):-
Stem cells under the controlled condition may directionally differentiate into function cells in organism, formed various types of the organization and the organ. This article narrated the concept and classification of stem cells and regeneration medicine, discussed the application of stem cells to diabetes, myocardial cell damage disease, and neurotrosis disease, analyzed and summarized the problems of stem cells and regeneration medicine. The analysis processing material demonstrated that stem cells have been widely applied to clinical trials addressing cardiovascular system disease, nervous system disease, skeleton muscle related disease, diabetes and so on.This has obtained preliminary curative effect and has demonstrated the widespread clinical practice prospect.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate whether the patients of stroke in basal ganglia have the selective deficit of recognition of disgust expression and to test the hypothesis that basal ganglia is involved in emotion processing, especially in disgust processing. Methods We developed six typical facial emotions (happiness, surprise, fear, sadness, disgust and anger) and a neutral facial emotion. A labeling task with these emotional faces measured the ability to recognize emotional faces in 32 stroke patients in basal ganglia and in 30 normal controls. Results Compared with normal controls, patients of stroke in basal ganglia impaired in perception of facial emotion (correct identification scores, 106.73?7.62, P

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(16):-
Objective To evaluate the changes of some humoral immune indices of patients with hypersplenism treated by radiofrequency ablation (RFA). Methods Totally 33 patients met inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to receive RFA (17 patients) as trial group and splenectomy (16 patients) as control group. The level of serum immune globulin, complement and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in venous blood was determined preoperatively and postoperative 1 week,1 month, and 6 months. We evaluated intergroup differences in immune function by comparing the indices. Results In the trial group,no significant differences were found in humoral immune indices between postoperative and preoperative values. Although the level of postoperative serum complement did not change significantly, serum IgM was lowered significantly (P0.05). Conclusion Because part of the spleen is remained in RFA,the humoral immune function is reserved better than that of splenectomy.
