1.Analysis of psychological state of patients with aplastic anemia
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2003;9(12):736-737
Objective To investigate the psychological state of patients with aplastic anemia. Methods 54 patients with aplastic anemia and 50 health persons were tested with the questionnaires of SAS and EPQ. Results The score of anxiety and the incidence of anxiety in aplasitc anemia patients were much higher than that in health persons. The score of N in the EPQ was much higher in aplasitc anemia patients than that in health persons. Conclusion Patients with aplastic anemia obviously have the incline of nervosity. It is the nurse' duty to adjust patients' negative emotion to help them recovering from the disease.

Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention on nosohemia patients during hematopoietic stem cell collection technique. Methods 44 perioperative nosohemia patients were assigned to experiment group and control group. The experiment group took a psychological intervention. Results Anxiety and depression in the experiment group improved better than in the control group (P<0.05) while there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression in the control group after psychological intervention (P>0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention could effectively reduced the negative emotion of perioperative nosohemia patients during hematopoietic stem cells collection.

ObjectiveTo relieve the nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in patients with hematologic diseases, and to secure the completion of chemotherapy.Methods320 cases of hematologic patients were divided randomly into 2 groups: the treatment group (160 cases): ondanseton 4 mg and dexamethone 10 mg I.V.; ondanseton group (160 cases): ondanseton 4 mg I.V.ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 98.75%, and that of the ondansetron group was 43.13%. There was a singificantly difference between two groups (P<0.001).ConclusionOndanseton combined with dexamethone has a good effect on the vomiting and nausea induced by chemotherapy.

Comparison of assays of immunoreactive insulin (IRI) and specific insulin in evaluating islet β cell function and insulin sensitivity suggested that there were no significant differences in individuals with different glucose tolerance impairment by two assays. The evaluation of islet β cell function using IRI and insulin sensitivity is still valid in clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(7):697-698
Objective To explore the effect of continuing care outside hospital on bone pain after multiple myeloma. Methods 82 multiple myeloma patients with bone hurt or bone pain were divided into experimental group (n=42) and control group (n=40). The control group received routine discharge guidance, and the experimental group received continuing care outside hospital in addition. Their knowledge of care and the rate of bone pain released just before and 6 months after discharge were observed. Results The score of knowledge test was (92.8±6.0) in the experimental group, more than (70.2±12.6) in the control group (P<0.001). The bone pain released in 90.5% of the experimental group, more than 72.5% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing care outside hospital may benefit to release bone pain after multiple myeloma.

Objective:To evaluate the knowledge and recognition of the influence factors of adverse drug reactions in medical staffs in Nanjing.Method:A structured questionnaire was used to collect information on ADR related knowledge in medical staffs in some selected hospitals in Nanjing.Result:972 valid questionnaires were obtained form 1200 selected subjects, and the response rate was 81.0%.The scores were significantly different in age groups, sex and different kinds of occupational medical workers. The mean levels of the scores were analyzed between different groups. The single factor analysis demonstrated that the different levels of hospitals, sex, knowledge and occupation were correlated with the recognition. The multiple factors logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the recognition of adverse drug reaction among medical staff in Nanjing was related with different levels of hospitals and different occupations. Conclusion:In order to enhance the recognition level,it is necessary to carry out both the long-term education and train about the specialized knowledge of ADR in basic hospitals and non-pharmacy medical staff.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2014;16(5):620-622,626
Objective X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X-ALD) is a genetically determined disorder that is characterized by demyelination of central nervous system, and impaired adrenal cortex and abnormal accumulation of very long chain fatty acids in body fluid and tissue. The clinical manifestation, biochemical change, and magnetic resonance imaging were analyzed. Methods Clinical data of 11 cases with X-ALD were summarized and analyzed, including symptoms, signs, and inspection result.Relevant literature was reviewed. Results All cases were males, whose average onset age was (7.2 ± 4.7) year-old.It was (2.4 ± 1.9) years that the mean interval appears from onset to diagnosis.Six cases were with onset of adrenal insufficiency (AI),remaining 5 onset neural symptoms, where plasma very-long-chain fatty acids (VLCFA) was tested in 6 patients, all with abnormally high levels and brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) showed demyelination of cerebral white matter in 9 ones. Conclusions ALD is a X-linked genetically determined disorder that mainly affects the nervous system and adrenal gland.Plasma VLCFA test,ALD gene test, and cerebral MRI are reliable diagnostic methods.Early diagnosis and appropriate therapy would improve survival and neurological outcomes.

Objective:To investigate the causes of false-positive anti-HCV in non-syndromic cleft lip and palate with serum chemiluminescence test. Methods:We performed a hospital-based,case-control study of 4 050 patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate and 8 547 control patients without cleft lip and palate to evaluate associations between positive anti-HCV and non-syndromic cleft lip and palate. CLIA test were used for detect anti-HCV in control group. RIBA and FQ-PCR were used for confirming the result of the positive samples of CLIA test. CLIA test were used for detect anti-HCV in case group until CLIA test was negative. IgG,RF and ANA were used for case-control comparisons. Results:The detection rate of anti-HCV were higher in the case group than that of control group (P<0. 05). The false-positive rate was 1 percent based on testing of 4 050 patients. These samples were negative after opration 1-19 months. There were no change among IgG, RF and ANA in the false-positivepatients. Conclusion: False-positive anti-HCV in non-syndromic cleft lip was possible associated with abnormal plasma metabolic product. It can be excluded by track monitoring.

OBJECTIVE: To propose a HPLC method for quantitative assessment of cilostazol in human plasma. METHODS: Chromatogram column was C18(150mm?4.6mm, 5?m), mobile phases were acetonitrile-water(40∶60,V/V), the flow rate was 1.4ml/min,determined wavelength was 254nm. RESULTS: Cilostazol concentration was in the linear range of 25~2000ng/ml(r=0.9 999)with the lowest determinable concentration of 12.5ng/ml,recoveries of cilostazol from plasma were 99.99%~101.44%,the relative standard variation of intra-day and inter-day were 0.20%~2.90% and 0.19%~2.13%(n=5) respectively. CONCLUSIONS: This method is s simple, convenient, accurate, and applicable for study of pharmacokinetics of cilostazol in clinic.
