Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum sICAM-1 level in patients with NSCLC.Methods Sera from 51 cases with different TNM stages of NSCLC were collected and analyzed for concentration of sICAM-1 with Sandwich ELISA method. Results Serum levels of sICAM-1 were significantly higher in NSCLC group than in healthy controls and correlated with the clinical stage of NSCLC cases. Conclusions sICAM-1 could be an important factor which underlies tumor invasion and metastasis and may have a prognostic value in lung cancer.

Objective To investigate the infection status of mycoplasma in Shenzhen migrant workers′genitourinary tract and the sensitivity of 12 kinds of antibiotics for guiding rational use of drugs in clinical treatment ,through the test of specimens with 2 905 cases of mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test .Methods Drug sensitivity test and culture of mycoplasma were per-formed on the specimens form 2 905 new patients in five hospitals by using liquid mycoplasma culture method .Results In speci-mens of 2 905 cases ,mycoplasma positive rate was 41 .8 % (1 214 cases) ,single ureaplasma urolyticum(Uu) infection rate was 39%(1 133 cases) ,single mycoplasma hominis(Mh) infection rate was 1 .3% (37 cases) ,Uu+ Mh mixed infection rate was 1 .5% (44 cases) .The result of sensitive test show that the sensitive rate of Uu to josamycin ,doxycycline ,minocin were 88 .6% ,91 .9% , 92 .2% .Conclusion The migrant workers'mycoplasma infection rate is very high in Shenzhen area .The infection of single Uu has the highest percentage ,mycoplasma is sensitive to the minocin .

Objective To understand the level of clinical first aid ability of nurses in non-emergency department of third-class general hospitals of Taiyuan City, and to provide theoretical basis for effective intervention of nursing managers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1008 nurses in 5 third-class general hospitals in Taiyuan city. Results The total score of clinical first aid ability of the non-emergency department nurses in 5 third-class general hospitals of Taiyuan was (121.29 ± 12.19) points. There were significant differences in scores of different age, education, nursing age, grade, title and departmental nurses (F=25.584-128.611, P<0.01). There was only a difference in the theoretical knowledge reserve in different department (F=3.589, P<0.05). The effect of the first aid ability on the emergency first aid ability of the non-emergency department nurses was the energy level, the education degree and the first aid ability of the nurses are increasing with the education level and the energy level. Conclusions In clinical work, nursing managers should pay attention to the development of first aid ability of low-grade and low-educated nurses in non-emergency department, and can carry out the training for first aid and comprehensive ability by situation simulation, emergency plan exercise, process management and so on.

Objective To understand Shenzhen Longgang, guangming and longhua new district four district hospital ICU pa-tients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis merger lower respiratory infection of pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance status of provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and rational use of antibiotics therapy. Methods Random selec-tion from February 2013 to October 2015 in the three district hospital ICU diagnosis of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis patients with lower respiratory infection in 593 cases of sputum specimen pathogenic bacteria culture and drug susceptibility results were retrospectively analyzed. Results 593 cases of ICU secondary pulmonary tuberculosis patients with respiratory tract infection of the communist party of China isolated 617 strains of pathogenic bacteria, fungi accounted for 49.6% (306/617),gram negative bacilli accounted for 40.4% (249/617),gram positive cocci accounted for 10.0% (62/617).Fungal in-fection main pathogens for white smooth candida yeast and candida yeast, respectively accounted for 44.2% (273/617)and
4.5% (28/617),gram negative bacillus mainlyKlebsiellaPneumoniae,Pseudomonasaeruginosa, and H.influenzae,respec-tively accounted for 16.7% (103/617),12.0% (74/617)and 7.3% (45/617),gram-positive cocci mainly for Saphylococcus aureus and Epidermisstaphylococcus and Hemolyticstaphylococci, respectively accounted for 4.5% (28/617),3.2% (20/617)and 0.9% (5/617).Pathogenicbacteria isolated from the multiple drug resistant bacteria, present different levels of resistance to commonly used antimicrobial agents. Conclusion ICU patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis merger of lower respiratory tract infection pathogens to fungi and gram-negative bacilli, the most commonWhite candida,Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonasaeruginosa, and different levels of resistance to commonly used antimicrobial agents.
