Objective To evaluate the effect of capsular tension ring (CTR) in phacoemulsification for the patients with subluxated lens extraction. Methods 15 patients (16 eyes) with subluxated ca tractous lenses were managed by implanting CTR after phacoemulsification and implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens. Results Thirteen eyes with IOL were basically in the normal position, 3 with lightly tilting at 3 month after the operation. Postoperative visualacuity were all satisfitied. No complication was found caused by CTR. Conclusion It' s an effective way to perform phacoemulsification and CTR for cataract patients with subluxated lens. This method was simple with high security and good to the recovery of visual function in the early stage after the operation.

Objective In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement of range of motion (ROM) of human lower limbs and simplify process of ROM measurement,an automatic measurement of ROM of human lower limbs based on Kinect technique was proposed and tested in this study.Methods Fifty examinee were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely groups a,b,c,d and e,respectively,each group had 10 members.Using the human skeleton tracking technology from Kinect,the positions of the examinee's lower limbs were captured and tracked by processing the depth data of lower limbs' key joints.Then the information of ROM of hip and knee was output on human-computer interaction interface in real-time.By comparison with traditional manual measurement results,the accuracy of automatic measuring method could be verified.Meanwhile,with the aid of speech recognition and output technology,the mode of warning information transfer and the way of subject switch were optimized.Results According to the method of Grubbs-test and t-test,the ROM values | t | from the subjects' hip abduction (t =0.57,P =0.597),hip adduction (t =0.52,P =0.621),hip anteflexion (t =1.01,P =0.371),hip postextension (t =0.12,P =0.902),hip external rotation (t =0.00,P =1.000),hip internal rotation (t =0.34,P =0.753),knee flexion and extension (t =1.12,P =0.280) all were under the threshold value t0.025 (4) =2.776 on the premise of a level of significance α =0.05,which indicated that there was no significant difference between measured results and expected values(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The automatic measurement of ROM of lower limbs can be realized which can improve the measurement accuracy,simplify the measurement process and enhance the practicability of ROM of lower limbs measurement.

The system structure, working principle and main function of Kinect somatosensory interaction technology are presented in this paper. The feasibility of Kinect sensor using software libraries provided by Kinect forWindows SDK to interact with the application program is discussed. The present situation and development trend of Kinect somatosensory interaction technology in medical rehabilitation are introduced.

Objective To investigate clinical effect of local decompression and selective interbody fusion with pedicle screw fixation technique for the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis. Methods Medical records of 122 degenerative lumbar scoliosis patients were retrospectively studied. All cases were treated by selective interbody fusion,local decompression and pedicle screw fixation. Group A(L5 fusion)and group B(S1 fusion)un?derwent imaging analysis,and Suk criteria was used to evaluate the fixation,decompression,bone graft fusion. JOA scores were used to evaluate curative effect of excellent and good rate. Results There were no significant difference in operating time,blood loss and postoperative drainage volume between two groups. Follow?up period for all patients is(16.2 ± 0.8)months. X?ray revealed that Cobb′s angle on the coronal plane,the correction rate of lor?dosis and sagittal Cobb′s angle after treatment,the correction rate of lordosis in group B were better than in group A (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in intervertebral fusion rate,low back pain score of JOA and the effective rate at final follow?up between two groups(P>0.05). There was no infection or screw breakage and pulling out. The incidence rate of adjacent vertebral body disease in group A was higher than that in group B(P < 0.05). Conclusions Local decompression and selective interbody fusion with pedicle screw fixation technique for the treat?ment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis can produce satisfactory short to mid?term clinical curative effect.

Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of hsa_circ_401724 and the in-flammatory response in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients and pancreatic islet cell function.Methods A total of 102 patients with T2DM treated in Linfen Central Hospital from April 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy subjects with normal glucose tolerance were se-lected as the control group during the same period.The levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the blood of the subjects were detected by en-zyme-linked immunosorbent assay to evaluate the levels of inflammatory factors in the subjects.The relative expression level of hsa_circ_401724/U6 was calculated according to the dissolution curve,and the pancreatic islet cell function of the subjects was assessed,including homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)and homeostatic model assessment beta cell function(HOMA-β)as assessed by homeostasis model.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between hsa_circ_401724 expression level and inflammation and pancreatic islet cell function,and Logistics regression model was used to analyze the rela-tionship between hsa_circ_401724 expression level and inflammation and pancreatic islet cell function.Results The levels of HOMA-IR,TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the levels of HOMA-β in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The relative expression level of hsa_circ_401724 in observation group(0.75±0.13)was significantly higher than that in control group(0.24±0.06),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of HOMA-IR,TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in hsa_circ_401724 high expression group were significantly higher than those in hsa_circ_401724 low expres-sion group,and the levels of HOMA-β were significantly lower than those in hsa_circ_401724 low expression group.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The relative expression level of hsa_circ_401724 was positively correlated with the levels of HOMA-IR,TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1(r=0.657,0.671,0.703,0.698,P＜0.05).hsa_circ_401724 expression level was negatively correlated with HOMA-β level(r=-0.611,P＜0.05).The high expression of hsa_circ_401724 was an independent risk factor affecting the levels of HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in T2DM patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The high ex-pression of hsa_circ_401724 is related to the inflammatory response and the decline of pancreatic islet cell function in T2DM patients.

OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Jianpi huayu decoction， and to determine the contents of 8 components. METHODS Thermo Hypersil Gold C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid aqueous solution （gradient elution） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃， the injection volume was 5 μL. The detection wavelength of matrine was 211 nm， and the other components’ detection wavelength was 283 nm. The similarity evaluation of HPLC fingerprints for 10 batches of Jianpi huayu decoction was performed by using the Similarity Evaluation System of Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine （2012 edition）. The contents of chlorogenic acid， vanillic acid， p-coumaric acid， ferulic acid， hesperidin， quercetin， bergapten and matrine in the samples were determined by HPLC. RESULTS HPLC fingerprint of Jianpi huayu decoction was established. A total of 27 common peaks were identified， and 8 components were identified. The similarity between 10 batches of samples and the control map ranged from 0.942-0.999. RSDs of precision， repeatability and stability tests were less than 3% （n＝6）. The average recoveries of chlorogenic acid， vanillic acid， p-coumaric acid， ferulic acid， hesperidin， quercetin， bergapten and matrine were 99.48%， 101.32%， 101.18%， 100.79%， 101.12%， 99.19%， 99.81% and 102.46%， respectively； RSDs were 1.34%， 0.93%， 1.90%， 1.84%， 0.54%， 1.53%， 1.33% and 1.01%， respectively （n＝6）. The contents were 0.021-0.061， 0.025-0.034， 0.116-0.295， 0.006- 0.062， 0.014-0.053， 0.017-0.026， 0.014-0.027 and 14.05-24.11 mg/g， respectively. CONCLUSIONS The established fingerprint and content determination method can provide a reference for the quality control and subsequent preparation development for Jianpi huayu decoction.
