Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(16):2489-2490,2491
Objective To analyze the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotics carbapenems by analyzing clinical data and the results of bacterial culture of patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection . Methods 160 patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection were chosen as the research object ,firstly experimen-tal inspection of the strain resistance .Antimicrobial drug card including meropenem (MEM),imipenem(IMI),ceftazi-dime(CAZ),gentamicin(GEN),Amikacin(AK),ciprofloxacin(CIP),aztreonam(ATM),levofloxacin(LEV),me-zlocillin(MEZ),chloramphenicol(CMP),Pi La Shilling /tazobactam(TZP)and cefoperazone/Shubatan(SCF).In or-der to imipenem(IMI)and ceftazidime(CAZ)as substrate, the metallo beta lactamase phenotype screening .Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to CMP was the highest ,accounted for 93.75%.The MEM resistance rate ratio was 18.13%.2 Pseudomonas aeruginosa to meropenem sensitive rate was 81.88%,significantly higher than that of imi-penem sensitive rate(61.88%),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.34,4.34,all P<0.05).Meropen-em sensitive Pseudomonas aeruginosa MIC≤1μg/mL strain ratio was 76.9%,significantly higher than that of imipen-em,MIC value of 2-4μg/mL strain ratio was 23.1%,significantly lower than that of imipenem ,the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2 =5.43,5.43,all P<0.05).3 different substrates and inhibitors of metallo beta lactamase de-tection results showed that 32 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa metallo beta lactamase positive ,ratio of 19.4%.Taking CAZ as the low material was positive in 11 cases,21 cases were positive with IMI as substrate .Conclusion The re-sistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotics ,but sensitive to meropenem ,resistant strains of metallo beta lacta-mase expression rat .

3.Clinical Analysis of Diabetes Mellitus Complicating with Pneumonia in Old People.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the clinical features of diabetes mellitus complicating with pneumonia in old people, and to improve the diagnose and treatment tactics. Methods In this retrospective analysis, the symptom of respiratory tract, body temperature, hemogram, radiologic characteristics, etiologic characteristics, the use of antibiotic and the course of disease of 30 old patients T2DM complicated by pneumonia and 34 the aged with pneumonia were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences in the use of drug and the course of disease among the two intervention groups.By contrast, the incidence of the symptom of respiratory tract, body temperature, hemogram, main etiologic agents, and the radiologic characteristics, such as empyema did not show significant differences in this investigation. Conclusions The keys to treating diabetes mellitus complicated by pneumonia are the severe control of blood glucose, application of two or more than two effective antibiotics. And the former,s course is longer.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) on gastric mucosa of rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods Eighteen healthy male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned into 3 groups, 6 rats for each group: control group, hemorrhagic shock group and rhGH treated group. The animals in control group were subjected to anaesthesia and intubation, without hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation, and all the parameters were determined 4h after intubation. The animals in hemorrhagic shock group and the rhGH treated group were not only given anaesthesia, intubation for carotid artery and internal jugular vein, but also reproduced as hemorrhagic shock-resuscitation model by bleeding from carotid artery and blood transfusion via internal jugular vein. The animals in rhGH treated group were given rhGH (1.5U/kg) when resuscitation began. In the hemorrhagic shock group and rhGH treated group all the parameters were determined 2h after resuscitation. Gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) was determined with laser doppler flowmetry (LDF), and the extent of gastric mucosal injury was assessed with optical microscope and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results GMBF of the rats in hemorrhagic shock group was significantly lower than that in control group (260.4?49.6bpu vs. 418.6?57.3bpu, P0.05). The gastric mucosa injuries in the rats of rhGH treated group were greatly improved. Conclusion The rhGH, through enhancing the GMBF, can ameliorate the gastric mucosal ischemic-reperfusion injury in rats with hemorrhagic shock.

Objective To investigate the improving effect of Hedysari radix polysaccharide on the behavior and its influence on cerebral central neurotransmitters in senescence accelerated mouse prone 8 (SAMP 8).Methods The senescence accelerated mice 8 were randomly divided into a model group,a Hedysari radix polysaccharide (HRP) group and a aricept group.SAMRl were served as the control group. After intragastrical treatment for 3 months, the behavior changes and the levels of norepinephrine (NE),dopamine (DA),5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) were observed respectively by applying Morris water maze and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results In the SAMP8 model group, the hidden platform test showed that the latency to find the hidden platform was remarkably prolonged, the latency range from third day to fifth day was (55.31 ±9.62) s,(58.67± 10.89) s,(58.45± 10.53) s,respectively. The level ofNE、DA、5-HT and 5-HIAA was (4.97± 1.74) mmol/L,(1.63±0.57)mmol/L,(4.29±0.94)mmol/L,(2.91±0.85)mmol/L respectively, significantly reduced (P<0.01).Compared with model group, the latency of hidden platform test was (44.73 ± 9.83) s,(40.53±8.37)s,(44.75±9.16)s respectively, which were remarkably shortened. The expression level ofNE,DA,5-HT and 5-HIAA in the HRP treatment group was (7.58± 1.62) mmol/L,(3.25 ±0.70) mmol/L,(7.04±0.95) mmol/L,(4.62±0.79) mmol/L respectively, which obviously increased (P< 0.05).Conclusion HRP could improve learning and memory ability of SAMP8 and the effect may related to up-regulate the expression level of cerebral Central neurotransmitters.

[Objective]To investigate the therapeutic results of grafting with bioactive glass and autologous bone marrow for simple bone cyst in teenagers. [Method]From April 2005 to October 2007,16 teenagers with simple bone cyst were reported. There were ten males and six females with a mean age of 18.5 years(range 12 to 30 years).Eight cysts were in the proximal humerus, five in the proximal femur, two in the proximal tibial and one in the distal end of radius.Lining of cavity was removed thoroughly with a curet. The cyst cavity was filled with the mixtures of 45s bioactive glass and autogenous red bone marrow.Five cases of pathologic fracture were fixed with steel plate or intramedullary nail.[Result]All 16 cases of cysts were ossified radiolo gically within six months, with an average time to syst healing of 18 week.A follow-up of 6 to 32 months(mean 18 months) showed satisfactory healing without complications.[Conclusion]The combined grafting with bioactive glass and autologous bone marrow appears to be an effective and simple treatment for simple bone cyst in teenagers.
