Objevtive To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intensive pulse light (IPL) on treating the telangiectasis and dermal atrophy due to corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis.Methods We applied the IPL on 13 patients who had telangiectasis and dermal atrophy caused by corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis every three to four weeks.The treatment lasted three to eight times.The patients's skin types were Fitzpatrick Ⅲ-V and they had had corticosteroid therapy from 15 months to 13 years.Results To telangiectasis,3 patients had excellent effect afterwards;7 patients achieved fair good effect;Another patients also achieved improvement;2 cases had no positive effect;The total effective rate reached 76.92%.10 patients of dermal atrophy among the total 13 had improvement of the thickness of dermis.Conclusion Intensive pulse light can improve the telangiectasis and dermal atrophy of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis.It needs less recovery time with fewer side effects and therefore IPL is an effective method for the Iesions.

Synuclein-γ (SNCG) is overexpressed in many advanced stages cancers, including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, esophagus cancer, and colon cancer.SNCG stimulates the proliferation, metastasis, and drug resistance of tumor cells, through interacting with BubR1 and damage mitotic checkpoint. A peptic ANK targeted at SNCG can inhibit activity of SNCG and may be developed as an adjuvant therapy.

Background Glucocorticoid drugs have been used increasingly in ophthalmology.It has been established that glucocorticoid are associated with a rise in intraocular pressure (IOP) and the development of glaucoma.Selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) is thought to be effective in treating patients with glucocorticoidinduced elevated IOP.Objective This study was to assess the efficacy of SLT in lowering IOP in patients with glucocorticoid-induced ocular hypertension.Methods A retrospective case series study was adopted.SLT around 360° chamber angle was performed in 9 eyes of 9 patients with glucocorticoid-induced glaucoma in Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University,including 5 eyes of 5 patients owing to use of glucocorticoid eye drops for long-term after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and 4 eyes of 4 patients who received intravitreal injection of 0.1 ml triamcinolone acetonide (TA) (4.0 mg) for macular edema induced by central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO).All of the patients were lack of preexisting glaucoma or ocular hypertension and underwent unsuccessful maximum tolerated medical therapy before SLT treatment.The base IOP was 35-44 mmHg and glucocorticoid drugs were ceased for 2-12 months prior to the SLT.The patients were followed-up for 6 months.IOP was measured and recorded before and 1 hour,1 week,1 month and 3 months,6 months after SLT.The difference of IOP was compared by repeated measures analysis of variance and multiple comparison analysis.Results All the patients received single SLT operation.The mean IOP was (40.0±2.9) mmHg before operation,but the IOP was (37.9±8.1),(34.9±5.9),(27.6±6.7),(21.6±6.9) and (17.9±2.9)mmHg 1 hour,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after SLT.The IOP at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after SLT were significantly lower than that before operation (all at P＜0.05).Two patients received a filtration surgery for uncontrolled IOP at 1 month and 3 months after SLT respectively,and another patient still used 2 kinds of lowing-IOP eye drops until the end of following-up duration.Conclusions SLT reduce IOP in 6 eyes of 9 patients with glucocorticoid-induced increased IOP from the initial 1 month through 6 months after SLT.

AIM: To establish the quality standard for Compound Yiqi Granules (Radix Astragali, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, etc.). METHODS: Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae; Herba Epimedii were identified by TLC. The content of astragaloside IV in Compound Yiqi Granules was determined by TLCS. RESULTS: The methodological study showed a good linear correlation at the range of 1.12-5.60 ?g of astragaloside IV. The average recovery of astragaloside IV was 97.69% and RSD was 2.10%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and with good repeatability. The method can be used for quality control of Compound Yiqi Granules.

Objective To explore the status quo of the career planning of the second child nursery under the two-child fertility policy, and to provide reference for carrying out the targeted management intervention. Method From April to May of 2017, 592 nurses of the second child were surveyed using the general data questionnaire and the career planning scale. Results The nurses' career planning score (34.81 ± 3.59) was different, and the career planning of the two nurses with different age, job title, title, establishment, department and income and fertility was different and statistically significant. Nurses with plan to a second child are with less desire to further study and promotion than those without plan to a second child (all P<0.001) promotion to open more than two children before the low policy (P <0.05). Conclusion Nurses' career planning for births is on a middle level. Nursing managers should pay attention to the management of nurses' career planning , create a career development environment , provide humanistic care , strengthen self-awareness and career self-development of nurses who have two births , so as to improve the level of their career planning to promote the nursing team development.

Objectives:To investigate the experience in insertion and management of central venous catheter. Methods:132 cases received insertion of central venous catheter.The site of catheter tip was determined with the method of electrocardiograph.The insertion depth was calculated with method of Fujii.The catheter was managed with strictly sterile technique and its lumen was washed with 0.1 mol/L NaOH 2.0 ml. Results:All catheters were inserted smoothly and its tips lay in suitable sites.128 pieces of catheter were pulled out after finished infusion. Conclusions:A right method of insertion and management is in favor for the use of a central venous catheter.

Objective To study the correlation between ths DSA manifestations and expression of serum VEGF in the patients with cervical cancer.Methods Imaging data of 40 cases with cervical cancer confirmed by clinic were collected,and DSA were performed during interventional therapy in all cases,and the serum VEGF was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)which was compared with that in 40 healthy women as contrast.Results(1)Serum VEGF level in the patients with cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.01),and the serum VEGF level was significantly higher in Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage of cervical cancer than that in Ⅱ stage(P＜0.05).(2)There was positive correlation between tumor stain in DSA and the serum level of VEGF(P＜0.05).Conclusion There was positive correlation between the degree of blood supply and the serum level of VEGF.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surround electroacupuncture in relieving pain after operation for mixed hemorrhoids. Method Seventy-two patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 36 cases in each group. The two groups both received the corresponding interventions once in 15 min after the operation: the treatment group received electroacupuncture treatment, and the control group was only placed in a simulated environment of electroacupuncture but without receivimg any needling treatment. The pain intensity was evaluated by using Verbal Rating Scale (VRS), Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale, and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) at 11 different time points after the treatment: once every 1 h in 8 h after the treatment, once at the first defecation, once respectively 24 h and 48 h after the treatment. The data were statistically analyzed afterwards. Result At 3 h and 4 h after the treatment and at the first defecation after the treatment, the VRS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); respectively at 4 h, 5 h, 6 h, 7 h, and 8 h after the treatment and at the first defecation, the Wong-Baker scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); respectively at 2 h, 3 h, 4 h, 5 h, 6 h, 7 h, and 8 h after the treatment, at the first defecation, as well as at 24 h after the treatment, the VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); it indicates that the pain intensity of the treatment group should be lower than that of the control group at the above time points, and the analgesic effect in the treatment group lasts a longer time, running a lower risk of losing effectiveness compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Real-time acupuncture treatment after the operation is significantly effective in relieving pain after operation for hemorrhoids.

Objective To study the effects of previous analgesia of acupuncture on patients with the mixed hemorrhoid surgery pain.MethodsA total of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoid treated with “Milligan-morgan hemorrhoids” were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated 30 min prior to the surgery with needling and manipulating Baliao, Chengshan, Hegu every five minutes until the operation, while the control group was not treated before the operation. The patients were assessed by Visual Aualogue Scale and self-reporting Inventory.ResultsAfter the operation, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the outcome index of beginning time of pain (14.3 ± 4.9 hvs. 4.2 ± 2.3 h, Z=-5.666,P<0.01) and peak time of pain (17.3 ± 4.5 hvs. 6.0 ± 2.9 h,Z=-5.581,P<0.01). The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in decreasing the pain beginning VAS score (3.3 ± 1.7vs. 4.6 ± 1.7,Z=-2.820, P<0.01) and pain peak VAS score (4.5 ± 2.0vs. 6.5 ± 1.2,Z=-4.025,P<0.05). After surgery, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in decreasing the score of Self-reporting Inventory scale at the 1stday (1.8 ± 1.3vs. 3.0 ± 1.3),Z=-3.472,P<0.01) and 2ndday (1.2 ± 0.9vs. 1.9 ± 1.2,Z=-2.464,P<0.05). And the treatment group was significantly better than the control group inreducing the quantities of compound aminopyrine phenacetin tablet (0.5 ± 0.9vs.1.5 ± 1.7,t=3.167,P=0.002).ConclusionAcupuncture analgesia 30 minutes prior to the mixed hemorrhoid surgery can significantly reduce the postoperative pain.

Objective To investigate cervical spinal upper motor neuron (UMN) dysfunction in patients with frail arm syndrome (FAS) by physical examination,triple stimulation technique (TST) and pectoralis tendon reflex tests.Methods Sixty-seven FAS patients,coming from Peking University Third Hospital from June 2013 to June 2016,underwent physical examination and routine electrophysiological tests.The pyramid signs,the results of pectoralis tendon reflex and TST were collected to estimate the function of cervical spinal UMN.Results On the time of diagnosis,weakness of bilateral proximal upper limbs was found in 61 patients,while weakness of unilateral proximal upper limb was found in six patients.There were 25 patients with tendon hyperreflexia,20 patients with tendon hyporeflexia and 22 patients with tendon areflexia.All the patients were pectoral muscle tendon hyperreflexia except one.UMN score of cervical region was 2.0 ± 0.5.Lower motor neuron score of cervical region was 2.0 ± O.2.The amplitude ratio of TSTtest/TSTcontrol was 78.31％ ± 6.52％.The latency and amplitude of quantitative detection of pectoralis tendon reflex was (7.80 ± 1.22) ms and (1.23 ± 0.14) mV,respectively.In the follow-up study,the tendon reflexes and the UMN score declined,the amplitude ratio of TSTtest/TSTcontrol decreased,while the lower motor neuron score increased and the latency of quantitative detection of pectoralis tendon reflex remained almost unchanged.Conclusion The results showed that there was cervical spinal UMN dysfunction in patients with FAS,and the pyramid signs were often concealed by muscle atrophy with progression of the disease.
