Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To observe the effects of ultrasound exposure(USE) on proliferation and apotosis of vuscalur smooth muscle cells(VSMCs) and to screen out the optimum parameters of USE and(to)discuss its mechanism. Methods:Ultrasound device was made of mono-source of piezoelectric ceramics.Guided by the result of Trypan Blue cell count, the optimum exposure dosage was determined by MTT cell growth curve in 5 days.BrdU incorporation was used to show changes of S phase DNA synthesis after USE.Apoptosis was detected using ELISA 4 hours later after USE.Results:USE had direct cytotoxic effect on cultured VSMCs. The effect was intensified as the duration or intensity increased. At the same duration and intensity level, the effect was stronger in lower frequency group.Growth curves in 5 days were flattened in USE groups especially in 0.705MHz,0.5w/cm~2,5min exposure.BrdU% results indicated that with 0.705MHz,0.5W/cm~2,5min USE,BrdU% against control was 40.5?6.8% vs 55.8?3.3%,P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Aim The present study is designed to elucidate the protective effect of Polysaccharide from Spirulina Platensis(PSP) on dopaminergic neurons of MPTP-induced Parkinsons disease model in C57BL mice. Methods C57BL mice were divided into 5 groups:control group,MPTP group,PSP 200 mg?kg-1 plus MPTP group,PSP 400 mg?kg-1 plus MPTP group, and PSP 800 mg?kg-1 plus MPTP group.Immunohistochemistry assay,RT-PCR,and HPLC-ECD were used to detect the immunoreactivity of tyrosine hydroxylase(TH) and dopamine transporters(DAT),the expression of TH mRNA and DAT mRNA in substantia nigra(SN),the content of dopamine(DA) and its metabolites,i.e.3,4-dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid(DOPAC) and homovanilic acid(HVA) in striatum(Str). Results The result showed that, compared with control group, the TH and DAT immunoreactive stain in MPTP group was significantly decreased(P

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(6):1217-1222
Nowadays, for gait instability phenomenon, many researches have been carried out at home and abroad. However, the relationship between plantar pressure and gait parameters in the process of balance adjustment is still unclear. This study describes the human body adaptive balance reaction during slip events on slippery level walk by plantar pressure and gait analysis. Ten healthy male subjects walked on a level path wearing shoes with two contrastive contaminants (dry, oil). The study collected and analyzed the change rule of spatiotemporal parameters, plantar pressure parameters, vertical ground reaction force (VGRF), etc. The results showed that the human body adaptive balance reaction during slip events on slippery level walk mainly included lighter touch at the heel strikes, tighter grip at the toe offs, a lower velocity, a shorter stride length and longer support time. These changes are used to maintain or recover body balance. These results would be able to explore new ideas and provide reference value for slip injury prevention, walking rehabilitation training design, research and development of walking assistive equipments, etc.

China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
Purpose:To explore the effects of stem cell factor(SCF) in combination with erythropoietin (EPO) on erythropoiesis in patients with anemia associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Methods:Bone marrow (BM) mononuclear cells (MNC) from NHL patients and normal simples were cultured for 7 consecutives days in the presence or absence of SCF, EPO, and SCF+EPO in liquid medium. Erythropoiesis was analyzed by calculating the fraction of recovered erythroid cells and by flow cytometry. Results:Cultures stimulated with SCF+EPO contained a marked increased fractions of recovered erythroid cells compared to cells cultured in EPO alone in NHL simples (P

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(4):362-365
Objective:To explore influence of standardized secondary prevention on prognostic outcome of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:A total of 128 CHD patients were randomly and equally divided into secondary prevention group and routine treatment group.Routine treatment group received routine CHD therapy during hospitalization, received routine discharge guidance, and they were followed up once/six months.Secondary prevention group were served by specific physicians and received secondary prevention intervention, and they were followed up once/month after discharge.CHD patients received questionnaire to know their knowledge about CHD risk factors and compliance taking secondary prevention drugs after discharge.Risk factor control and recurrence rate of CHD etc.were assessed. Results:Compared with routine treatment group, after one-year follow up,there were significant rise in awareness rate of risk factors (34.38% vs.78.18%);control of risk factors (blood pres-sure,blood lipids, smoking, diet and exercise etc.)and administration rate of secondary prevention drugs after dis-charge (18.75% vs.87.50%),and significant reductions in clinic events [heart failures (18.75% vs.4.69%),an-gina pectoris (28.13% vs.6.25%),rehospitalization (21.89% vs.3.13%)and myocardial infarction (15.63% vs. 4.69%)]in secondary prevention group,P <0.05 or <0.01. Conclusion:Standardized secondary prevention is ef-fective in patients with coronary heart disease, which is worth clinic extending.

China Pharmacist 2015;(11):2010-2012
Objective:To establish bacterial endotoxin test for brozopine. Methods: Interference pre-test and interfering factors test were conduced on 3 batches of samples from 2 manufacturers to confirm the applicability of bacterial endotoxin test and the non-in-terfering concentration. The bacterial endotoxin test was carried out based on the method described in the second part of Chinese Phar-macopeia (2010 edition) and relevant standards and guidelines. Results: The three batches of brozopine showed no interference in bacterial endotoxin test at the concentration less than or equal to 2. 5 mg·ml-1 . The bacterial endotoxin test of the three bathes of samples all met the requirements. Conclusion:Bacterial endotoxin test can be used for the quality control of brozopine.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(01):-
Endothelial progenitor cells(EPC),which have the capacity to differentiate into mature endothelial cells, have been found to home to and incorporate into the angiogenic vasculature of growing tumors with high specificity once mobilized into the circulation.Yet the mechanism still remains unclear.EPC have potential as spatial-specific delivery vehicles. Thus, further studies on the mechanisms of tumor neovascularization and tumor therapy in glioma using genetically engineered EPC as angiogenesis-selective vectors will be of help to explore the potential in the basic and clinical application of EPC in(glioma.)

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
Objective: To investigate effect of soyasaponins in the prevention of hyperlipidemia in mice and its molecular mechanism. Methods: 56 healthy mice were randomly divided into 7 groups according to their levels of TC in serum: normal control, high fat control, high fat with 20mg/kg.d gypenosides, high fat with soyasaponins of four doses(5 mg/kg.d, 10mg/kg.d, 20mg/kg.d, 30 mg/kg.d). Results: As compared to high fat control soyasaponins significantly reduced the serum TC, LDL-C, TG concentrations, and increased the HDL-C levels distinctly. They significantly deceased MDA content, increased the activities of SOD and LPL in liver. The results of RT-PCR showed that high fat feeding could induce the reduction of LPL mRNA expression, while soyasaponins could increase it. Conclusion: Soyasoponins prevent hyperlipidemia through upregulation of LPL mRNA expression and increase of antioxidative capacity.
