Objective To compare the effects of autotransfusion and homologous transfusion on milieu interieurand secretion of erythropoietin (EPO) .Methods Thirty patients aged 8-21 yr undergoing surgical correction of kyphoscoliosis were randomly divided into two groups of fifteen: group A and group B. In group A patients received homologous transfusion during operation, while in group B shed blood was collected from operative field and after filtration RBCs were separated by a differential centrifugation and washed in normal saline and reinfused. Anesthesia was induced with fentanyl 2 ?g? kg-1 , propofol 1 mg ? kg-1 and vecuronium 0.1 mg ? kg-1 and maintained with inhalation of isofiurane and 50% N2O in oxygen and intermittent iv boluses of vecuronium and fentanyl. Blood routine, blood gases, electrolytes, plasma osmotic pressure and activated clotting time (ACT) were measured before operation, 2 h after skin incision and at the end of surgery. Blood EPO concentration was measured before operation, at the end of surgery and 24 h after operation. Results MAP and HCO3- were significantly lower during operation in group A than those in group B. Platelet count was significantly lower at the end of operation in group B than in group A but still within normal range. The EPO level increased at the end of operation and returned to preoperative level 24 h after operation in both groups, and there was no significant difference in EPO levels between the two groups. Conclusion Autotransfusion of the washes RBCs is helpful in maintaining the patients milieu interieur. There is no difference in EPO secretion and erythropoiesis between autotransfusion and homologous transfusion.

Objective To understand the epidemiological status of chronic diseases and its related risk factors among adult residents in Hebei province.Methods A total of 4 200 adults from 20 districts in Hebei province were selected by multistage stratified random sampling method,and they were investigated with questionnaire,and the body measurement and blood sample were analyzed.Results The prevalent rates of overweight,obesity,central obesity,hypertension,dyslipidemia and diabetes mellitus were 35.19%,16.38%,52.98%,38.50%,39.62% and 5.81%,respectively.The age-adjusted rates were 30.28%,14.05%,44.32%,27.86%,32.71% and 4.00%,respectively.The prevalence of chronic diseases was highly associated with age.The prevalence of chronic diseases in male was higher than that in female among people aged under 55 yrs,but lower among people aged over 55 yrs.The rates were higher in urban areas than in rural areas.The prevalence rates of cigarette smoking and alcohol-drinking in male were higher than in female(P

The pharmacokinetic characteristics were fit to one compartment opened model after intragastric administration of alprazolam at doses of 50,20 and 2 mg ? kg-1, respectively. Objective To explore the factor structure of the anxiety imagery characteristics questionnaire.Methods Through the literature review and expert group discussion,the initial anxiety imagery features questionnaire was created.The first questionnaire contained 49 items of anxiety imagery,which was answered by 106 imagery dialogue psychotherapists.After analysis of the items and exploratory factors,the formal questionnaire that contained 20 items of anxiety imagery characteristics was formed.The formal questionnaire was measured by 115 imagery dialogue psychotherapists,then,exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were made.Results The exploratory factor analysis showed that four factors whose Eigen value were more than 1 were extracted from l0 items,including emotional panic,uneasy,tense muscles,and motor restlessness.Those four factors explained 54.39％ of the total variance.Confirmatory analysis showed that x2/df was 2.142 ; root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) was 0.059 ; and comparative fit index (CFI),goodness-of-fit index (GFI),non-normed fit index (NNFI) and RSMEA was 0.912,0.935,0.896,and 0.057,respectively.Conclusions The four-factor structure was constructed by 10 items of anxiety imagery characteristics questionnaire.

The enrollment scale of clinical medicine postgraduates with professional degree was expanded each year in order to meet the needs of the society.How to train high quality medical talents in line with modem medical education and people's health needs was the problem we were confronted with.The affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical university lunched reform on training mode of clinical medicine postgraduates with professional degree; the concrete measures included increasing postgraduate pre-service training,implementing tutor responsible system,applying PBL teaching and focusing on the overall quality training.Students' clinical competence was improved after the reform.

The pharmacokinetics and absolute bioavailability of 1-hexyl-carbamoyl-5-fluorouracil ( HCFU ) (10 mg/kg ) after oral and intravenous administration were studied in 5 dogs with cross-over design. The concentration of HCFU in serum was determined by reversed-phase high performanee liquid chromatography. After intravenous administration, the curve of serum HCFU concentration vs time was fit to a two-compartment opened model and the phar-macokinetic parameters were. When HCFU tablets were tiken orally, the curve of concentration vs time was fit to an one-compartment opened model and its pharmacokinetie parameters were: T1/2ke=12.13 min, T1/2ke=38.51 min, Tmax=23.46 min,Cmax=8.140?10~-3mmol/L & AUCpo=1.5856 mmol/min?L~-1 . The absolute bioavailability calculated from AUCpo and AUCiv was 0.8214.

Objective To investigate the mental health status of patients with cervical spondylosis and the curative effect of psychotherapy.Methods71 patients of cervical spondylosis with psychological obstacles were randomly divided into the experiment group (32 cases, treated by physiotherapy combined with psychotherapy simultaneously) and control group (39 cases, treated by physiotherapy only). The patients' somzatization and mental health status were evaluated by the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and the table of curative effect estimation of cervical syndrome before and four weeks after treatment.ResultsThere was no significant difference between two groups in the degrees of somzatization and scores of SCL-90 before treatment. After four weeks treatment, both two groups had improvement in the physical symptom and psychological condition, but the curative effect of the experiment group was better than the control group ( P<0.05).ConclusionBecause having a long disease course, the patients with cervical spondylosis have different level mental health troubles. Psychotherapy is helpful to improve curative effect.

Objective To explore the effect of core stability training (CST) on motor of upper limbs after stroke. Methods 60 patients with stroke were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Both groups accepted routine medicine and motor relearning program, and the observation group accepted CST before training. They were assessed with Simple Test for Evaluating Hand Function (STEF), modified Barthel index (MBI), and the Trunk Control Test (TCT) before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The scores of STEF,MBI, and TCT improved after treatment in both groups (P<0.01), and improved more in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion CST may facilitate the motor recovery of upper limbs after stroke.

Objective:To study the reliability and validity of schizophrenia quality of life scale (SQLS)in China.Method:Eighty-eight patients with schizophrenia were assessed with the SQLS.Results:The Cronbach's alpha were in 0.58-0.93.The split-half reliability coefficient were in 0.91-0.94.The test-retest reliability coefficient were in 0.57-0.76.The content validity and construct validity reached psychometrically acceptable level.Conclusion:The SQLS is a simple and reliable scale.
