Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(10):1595-1596
Objective To study the curative effect and adverse drug reactions of pamidronate combination with chemotherapy in treatment of bone metastatic cancer. Methods 42 cases of cancer patients with bone metastasis are divided into two groups,20 patients in one group are treated with pamidronate only( pamidronate group) ,22 pa-tients in the other group are treated with pamldrunate combination with chemotherapy( combination group). Combined chemotherapy regiments in combination group are:NP regiment in non-small cell lung cancer,CAF regiment in mam-mary carcinoma,FAM regiment in prostate cancer. Results The effective rate of analgesia in pamidronate group is 65% ,combination group is 90.9%. There is statistically significant difference between two groups(X2=4.17 ,P<0.05). There is no statistically significant difference in improvement of Kap grade and ability in activity between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Pamidronate combination with chemotherapy is an effective curative method for bone metastasis of advanced malignant tumor. Pamidronate only is a satisfactory curative method for advanced malignant tumor patients that can not endure chemotherapy.
2.Research progresses on Zika virus in pediatrics
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(6):427-429,448
Zika virus is an arbovirus primarily transmitted by aedes aegypti mosquitoes, which is prevalent in tropical and subtropical regions. The main clinical manifestations are febricula, cutaneous rash, arthralgia, myalgia, headache, conjunctivitis, retroocular headaches, and vomiting.Zika virus is less severe.Deaths have not been reported.Zika virus infection in pregnant women can also lead to stillbirth or neonatal microcephaly.Congenital infection can also lead to neurological disorders, ophthalmological and other changes. The diagnosis mainly depends on epidemiology, clinical manifestations and laboratory examination. There is no available vaccine or treatment,so disease control is limited to the management of mosquitoes.
3.A correlation factor analysis of invasive cervical cancer in 166 cases
Cancer Research and Clinic 2008;20(6):400-402
Objective To discuss the relationship age and pathologic type, tumor size (≥4 cm) and pelvic lymph metastasis in cervical cancer, and the relative factors of cervical cancer with metastasis of pelvic lymphaden and the possibility of ovarian conservation. Methods 166 cases of cervical cancer accepted radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in our hospital from June 2002 to June 2007, and were analyzed retrospectively. 166 cases of cervical cancer were divided into two groups, the age in group A was less than 35, while in group B was more than 35. Results The possibility of adenocarcinoma, the tumor size (≥4 cm) and the metastasis of pelvic lymphaden were higher in group A than in group B. The higher the clinical stage, the higher the pathological type and grade were. The greater the tumor size were ,the higher the rate of pelvic lymphatic metastasis (P <0.01). The more tissue infiltrate were, the higher the rate of pelvic lymphatic metastasis (P <0.01). Conclusion The possibility of adenocarcinoma carcinoma, the tumor size (≥ 4 cm) and the metastasis of pelvic were more higher in young women. The rate of pelvic metastasis is closely related to clinical stage, pathological type and grade, tumor size, and tissue infitration.

6.Current Status of microRNA in tumor therapy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(3):316-319
microRNAs is a class of non-coding RNA, which is the transcriptional regulator of gene expression at the post transcriptional level. These endogenous non-coding RNA are expressed abnormally in tumor cells, in the tumor cell growth, reproduction, apoptosis and metastasis and other processes play an important regulatory role.Recently, microRNAs was widely regarded as biological diagnostic and prognostic markers of tumor in clinic, has been widely viewed. This article will introduce the important role of miRNA in tumor gene expression, as well as the use of miRNA as a tumor targeted therapy clinical application before the need to solve the problem .

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2015;(1):26-30
The comorbidity of pain and depression is common. Both disorders might share common neuroanatomical and molecu-lar mechanisms. Recent studies have found that the brain-de-rived neurotrophic factor( BDNF) ,which plays an important role in the process of pain-depression comorbidity, has gradually be-come a hot topic and target of treatment. The article mainly sum-marizes the mechanism underlying comorbid pain and depres-sion,as well as the significance of blood BDNF in diagnosis and treatment of pain and depression.
