Objective To compare total gastrectomy jejunal loop P-type esophagus jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis(PRY) and non-type esophageal transection of the jejunum improved Roux-en-Y anastomosis(URY) two different digestion Road reconstruction on the nutritional status of patients and gastrointestinal symptoms. Methods 152patients with total gastrectomy required of gastric cancer patients immediately divided into two groups ,76 patients in each group ,respectively PRY and URY surgical reconstruction of digestive tract, were followed up for 12 months, two groups were compared on nutritional status and gastrointestinal symptoms. Results PRY operation time and postoperative complication rate we re more than URY group(all P <0.05) ;two groups 12 months after the mortality and weight changes, hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, and all reflux esophagitis the incidence rate was no significant difference (all P > 0.05); after 3 months and 6 months in both groups food intake < 300ml/second person, eating frequency >5 times/d and the difference in the incidence of RSS had statistical significance (all P < 0.05). Conclusion URY surgical reconstruction of digestive tract and maintain the continuity of muscle conduction, and the surgical procedure was simple,a good prognosis and relatively PRY more reasonable in terms of surgical procedures.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of clusterin with and without leader sequence on overexpression preventing apoptosis in human prostate LNCaP cells. Methods:The plasmid pIRES2 EGFP was used to generate the clusterin expression constructs with full length or without the leader sequence (designated as pIRES2 EGFP/cluac, pIRES2 EGFP/clubc, respectively). Western blot analysis was employed to compare clusterin expression levels in the lysis and supernatant fluid of clusterin transfected LNCaP cells in vitro . The distribution of different functional domains of clusterin in cells was detected with Immunocytochemical staining. The clusterin's protective role of Na 2SeO 3 induced apoptosis in LNCaP cells was examined by flow cytometry (FCM) and fluorescence microscope. Results: Clusterin expression was detected in the lysis and supernatant fluid of pIRES2 EGFP/cluac transfected LNCaP cells, while clusterin was found only in lysis liquid of pIRES2 EGFP/clubc transfected LNCaP cells, but not found in their supernatant fluid. The distribution of cluserin in the plasm of pIRES2 EGFP/cluac transfected cells was aggregative, and on the other hand, clusterin distributed dispersedly in pIRES2 EGFP/clubc transfected cells. Its anti apoptotic property in LNCaP cells was proved by FCM and fluorescence microscope. Conclusion: It is apparent that clusterin plays an important role in preventing apoptosis in prostate cancer, and the presence of the leader sequence is necessary for clusterin's anti apoptotic function.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an idiopathic inflammatory demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, the underlying cause of which has not been cleared. Previous studies have shown that the pathogenesis of MS is related to the destruction of blood brain barrier, furthermore the drugs used to treat MS have a certain protective effect on the function of blood brain barrier. Therefore, this review combines the research progress at home and abroad to clarify the relationship between the blood brain barrier and MS in pathogenesis and treatment, proposing possible orientation of development.
