To explore the relationship between self-concept and mental health. Methods:398 middle school students were tested by SCL-90 and Song-Hattie Self-concept Scale. Results: The correlation coefficients between the total score of SCL-90 and academic self-concept, non-academic self concept and total self concept were -0.22, -0.21 and -0.23 respectively. Conclusion: Self concept was significantly correlated with mental health in middle school students.

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC)is difficult to benefit from endocrine therapy or tras-tuzumab targeted drug therapy.Biological overexpression of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1,p53 gene,vas-cular endothelial growth factor and microRNA suggests that TNBC is easy to metastasis and recurrence and has a poor prognosis.Exploring the molecular subtypes of TNBC,setting out the treatment plan for subtypes and finding the corresponding monoclonal antibody targets are the research direction of TNBC in the future.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and the difference of intervention in appendix inflammatory mass by heavenly cool-inducing technique adopted distant and neighboring point selection. Methods Eighty patients of the appendix inflammatory mass with toxic heat syndrome were randomly divided into control group, distant point selection group, neighboring point selection group, and combined group, 20 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional western medicine treatment. On the basis of control group, the rest 3 acupuncture groups adopted the heavenly cool-inducing technique for 14 d. The distant point selection group chose Hegu point and Lanwei point;the neighboring point selection group chose Ashi point and Tianshu point (right);the combined group put them together. The longest diameter and three-dimensional volume of inflammatory mass were determined before and after treatment. The serum levels of white blood cells, C-reactive protein were determined at the same time, and then the clinical effective was estimated. Results The longest diameter, three-dimensional volume of inflammatory mass, the serum levels of white blood cells, and C-reactive protein of patients in 4 groups were reduced after treatment. The above indicators in patients of 3 acupuncture groups were lower than the ones in control group, the indicators in combined group were the lowest (P<0.05, P<0.01), and there was no difference between distant and neighboring point selection groups (P>0.05). The invalid number of cases in 3 acupuncture groups were fewer than the one in control group, and the indicators in combined group were fewest (P<0.05, P<0.01), with no difference between distant and neighboring point selection groups (P>0.05). Conclusion There is obvious therapeutic efficacy of heavenly cool-inducing technique to appendix inflammatory mass, while the combination of distant and neighboring point selection is better than the single methods.

Cervical cancer is a common malignancy in women. Surgery and radiotherapy are the main therapeutic approaches. The recurrence rate of cervical cancer is high and the prognosis is relatively poor. Recurrent cervical cancer can be classified into the central pelvic, lateral pelvic and extra-pelvic recurrence. The management of recurrent cervical cancer mainly depends on previous therapeutic approaches and the recurrence site. Surgical resection is the optimal option for patients who have no history of radiotherapy, if feasible, chemoradiotherapy±brachytherapy can be considered. Patients with central pelvic recurrence after radiotherapy are suitable candidates for pelvic exenteration±intraoperative radiotherapy. However, the indications are highly selective, the incidence of postoperative complications is high and the quality of life is poor. Patients with lateral pelvic recurrence after radiotherapy could be treated by re-radiotherapy or chemotherapy. However, the incidence of serious side effects of re-radiotherapy is higher than that of the initial radiotherapy. The indications for stereotactic body radiotherapy are limited and the surgical skill of the surgeons is demanding. In recent years, radiotherapy technology has become more precise. Image-guided brachytherapy, such as high-dose-rate interstitial brachytherapy and radioactive 125I seed implantation, has achieved high efficacy and safety, which may provide new treatment options for recurrent cervical cancer. In this article, research progress on brachytherapy for recurrent cervical cancer was summarized and reviewed.

Objective To evaluate the current methods for psychiatry clinical internship and needs for innovation from the perspectives of medical undergradutes.Methods Independent interview on patients and their relatives as well as social psychological interview were conducted for five-year psychiatry majors in clinical internship (n =72).Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the teaching feedback concerning the practice effect and teaching method tendency.Data were analyzed by t test and P ＜ 0.05 signifies statistically significant differences.Results Medical students considered the clinical internship as the main source of psychiatry knowledge (rising from 29.4 ％ (20/69) to 36.2％ (25/69),t =4.67,P ＜0.01).Respective interviewing with patients and their families and then doing focus-group discussion was the most acceptable method for medical undergraduates:82.6％(57/69) of medical undergraduates thought this method helped expose defects of clinical skills and prejudice against psychiatry; 54.3％ (37/69) of medical undergraduates thought this method was more beneficial to acquire psychiatry knowledge.The second acceptable method was the demonstration of a typical case by teacher:27.3％ (19/69) thought this method helped expose defects of clinical skills and prejudice against psychiatry; 27.2％ (19/69) thought this method was more beneficial to acquire psychiatry knowledge.62.0％ (43/69) of medical undergraduates ranked the characteristics of the symptomatology and core symptoms differentiation as the first place.49.0％ (34/69) considered the training of interviewing skills with patients as the second important in the clinical training.91.3％ (63/69) expected to see more kinds of mental disorders.65.2 ％ (45/69) expected to learn more about the interviewing skills.Conclusions It is necessary to pay more attention to the method of doing respective interviewing with patients and their families and then making focus-group discussion.Meanwhile training of interviewing skills in the clinical internship of psychiatry should be enhanced.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological situation and the mode of inheritance of ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods The AS prevalence investigation was carried out from three different areas in Shandong Province to investigate the incidence of the 80 patients' family members of sick group and calculate the heritability of AS.Results After the investigation and calculation we found the incidence of primary relatives was 7.23％,the heritability was 85.94％,the incidence of secondary relatives was 0.94％ and the heritability was 57.4％,the incidence of thirdly relatives was 0.39％,the heritability is 36.2％,the average heritability among primary,secondary and thirdly was 68.47％ ± 1.64％.Separation ratio was 0.088 9.Conclusion AS is a polygenic disease,its average heritability was 68.47％ ± 1.64％ and separation ratio is 0.088 9.By this research,the incidence risk of AS patients' pedigree offspring can be assessed,then strengthen protective factors to reduce the incidence of the disease to provide the basis for eugenics.

Objective To explore the effect of red lip defect repair using orbicularis oris muscles pedicle island flap disc.Methods 100 cases of unilateral pure red lip defect 1/3-2/3,lip lines full of patients were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Group A treated with debridement surgery to repair.Group B received red lip flap to promote repair treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups, satisfaction, lip survival rate and the degree of obvious scars were compared.Results he operation effect of the two groups was good.The satisfaction rates of group A and group B were 94.00% and 96.00%,respectively.For the lip shape treatment satisfaction, the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05).The patients of the two groups with lip all alive, and 1 patient in group A with obvious scar, the scar was not obvious in group B.Conclusion For patients with red lip defect, take orbicularis oris muscles pedicle island flap of the oral mucosa or red lip flap to promote repair treatment has relatively significant clinical efficacy, with easy operation, less influence on the patients with facial form, it is worthy of popularizing.

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Yifumin Capsule in treating type 2 diabetic insulin resistance and its effect on relevance indexes.Methods Two hundred and forty cases of type 2 diabetic insulin resistance with deficiency of qi-yin and stagnation of phlegm and toxin were divided randomly into two groups,120 cases in each group.The treatment group was given orally Yifumin Capsule,and the control group was given orally pioglitazone.The treatment course of the two groups was 12 weeks.Clinical symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid,CRP,ISI,FINS,HOMA-IR,liver and kidney function were detected respectively.Results Chinese medicine symptoms and signs were all improved.The total effective rate of clinical effect was 88.1% in treatment group and 52.9% in control group.The clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Both groups had a notable seducement in HOMA-IR,FINS,FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TG and LDL-C with an obviously improvement in ISI after the treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significant decrease in TC and CRP with notable difference.Conclusion Yifumin Capsule can effectively improve the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetic patients.

Objective To investigate the feasibility, short-term efficacy and adverse effects of 125 I seed implantation guided by ultrasonography or CT in the treatment of recurrent rectal cancers. Methods A total of 15 patients (4 women and 11 men) with recurrent rectal cancer entered the study. Uneer epidural anesthesia, the patients were treated with 125 I seed implantation under the guidance of either transvaginal ultrasonography or CT scans. The prescribed matched peripheral dose (MPD) was 90~110 Gy, with an activity per seed of 0.50~0.70 mCi and the total number of sources implanted of 33~70. Chest and pelvic X-ray examinations were performed within 24~48 hours after implantation to determine whether or not seed misplacement or migration existed. An additional three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy with a 4~6 fields technique was required in 6 patients 4 weeks postoperatively, with 200~300 cGy/fx, 5 fx/week, up to a total dose of 4500~5 000 cGy. Additional chemotherapy with oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil and tetrahydrofolic acid for one treatment course was given in 2 patients. The patients were followed for 3~15 months and the tumors were evaluated by CT findings. Results Relief from pain was achieved at a mean of 7 days after procedure, offering a complete relief in 12 patients, a partial relief in 2, and no change in 1, the effective rate being 93%(14/15). Nine patients showed a complete remission, 2 showed a partial remission, 4 showed a progressive disease, the local control rate being 73%(11/15). Two patients died of the dissemination to lungs. In 1 patient 1 seed had migrated to the pelvic side-wall and did not cause any clinical morbidity in a follow-up of 12 months. Conclusion 125 I implantation in recurrence of rectum cancer guided by ultrasonography or CT was safety, minimally invasion, low morbidity and high efficacy, it was worth of development and promotion.

Objectives:To study the role of COX-2 and bFGF in the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:The expressions of COX-2 and bFGF were exmined by immunohistochemical staining with anti-COX-2 and anti-bFGF monoclonal antibodies respectively in 23 cases of OSCC,25 of oral leukoplakia(OLK)and 10 of normal oral mucosa.Results:COX-2 was detected in 20/23 cases of OSCC,13/25 of OLK and 0/10 of normal oral mucosa(P
