Objective To apply Skin Care Record List of Operation Patients in skin rehabilitation after surgery. Methods From January to June, 2015, 2438 patients of scheduled operation were chosen as control. Conventional skin care was performed in the control group. Op-eration nurses checked and recorded skin pressure sores and skin integrity together with operation surgeons, who told these to ward nurses. From July to December, 2015, 2358 patients of scheduled operation were chosen as intervention group. The intervention group were also ap-plied self-designed Skin Care Record List of Operation Patients, which included patients' basic information, operative skin pressure area, the recorded location and size of pressure of fade of postoperative patients skin, and postoperative follow-up of operation nurses. Perioperative skin safety was managed by both operation nurse and ward nurse. Results There were 23 patients with pressure sores in the control group and 6 in the intervention group within 6 days after operation (χ2=9.471, P=0.002). Conclusion The application of Skin Care Record List of Operation Patients could effectively reduce the rate of operating pressure sores.

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of YiqiHuoxue preparations for the treatment of myocardial infarction(MI).Methods:An extensive search including Cochrane library,Medline,Embase,CBM,CNKI and VIP was performed up to November 2006.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about YiqiHuoxue Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of MI were included irrespective of language.The quality of each trial was assessed according to the Cochrane Reviewers'Handbook 4.2.6. Results:Twenty-eight RCTs were included in this review.The main outcomes were mortality,coronary artery recanalization, recurrent myocardial infarction,incidence of complications and other indirect outcomes.Because of the significant clinical heterogeneity between included trials,we just did descriptive analysis without meta-analysis.We couldn't get an affirmative conclusion that YiqiHuoxue preparations were useful for the treatment of MI.Conclusions:Because of low quality and significant heterogeneity of included trials,the efficacy of YiqiHuoxue Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of MI are still lack of sufficient evidence.Further studies are necessary.

Objective To explore the value of PCR for analyzing the pathogenic spectrum of bloodstream infection(BSI)in chil-dren with blood disease,and to provide a new thought for epidemiological survey of BSI.Methods A total of 80 children with blood disease in hematology department with suspected bacterial infections were recruited in the study,whose blood samples were collect-ed and detected by using blood cultivation(BC)and 16 S rDNA-PCR.The results obtained by the two methods were compared.Re-sults Among the 80 children,the positive rate of BC and PCR were 8.8% and 20.0%,respectively.There was significant differ-ence between the two methods(χ2 =5.82,P <0.05).Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 68.7% and 31.3% respectively in 16 bacteria.The predominant pathogen was Staphylococcus epidermidis (31.3%).Conclusion Compared with BC,16 S rDNA-PCR and sequencing provide a new way for analyzing the pathogenic spectrum of BSI,which might be effective for epidemiological investigation.The pathogens of BSI are mainly Gram-positive bacteria in children of hematology department,and Staphylococcus epidermidis is the most common pathogen.

OBJECTIVE:To promote rational drug use in rural areas of China.METHODS:Problems existed in practical rural rational drug use were analyzed by consulting the related recent literature on researches of rational drug use.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The current situation of rational use of drugs in rural areas of China is still far from optimistic even though multi-researches about rational drug use have been launched and some achievements have been made.Strategies and measures concerning rational drug use have to be further explored and generalized;theories about rational drug use must be improved and the practice of rational drug use should be directed.

Recent studies have shown that the loss-of-function LKB1 mutations occur in approximately 30% of human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Studies from lung cancer animal models have demonstrated that functional loss of LKB1 dramatically promotes lung cancer invasion and progression, underscoring the essential role of LKB1 as a potent tumor suppressor involved in lung cancerigenesis, differentiation and metastasis. However, the relationship between loss-of-function LKB1 mutations and lung cancer prognosis remain largely unclear, therefore, we summarized the progress of the research on LKB1.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of ferrous succinate in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with iron deficiency anemia. METHODS:90 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were stopped drugs related to iron supplement 2 weeks before treatment,and the blood index-es were detected,including red blood cell count (RBC),hemoglobin concentration (Hb) and serum ferritin concentration (SF), etc. The treatment group was orally given 2 Ferrous succinate tablets after a meal,twice a day;control group was orally given 2 Ferrous sulfate tablets after a meal,twice a day. The treatment course for both groups was 1 month. The clinic data was observed, including clinical efficacy,RBC,Hb and SF level before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions. RESULTS:The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the RBC,Hb and SF level in 2 groups were significantly higher than before,and treatment group was high-er than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference was not statistically significant in the in-cidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Ferrous succinate tablets has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with iron deficiency anemia.

Objective To explore the effects ofDoctor-nurse Integratingmode on the operation room nursing quality improvement. Methods From July 2014 to Dec. 2014,11 423 operations in our hospital were chosen as control group,while 10 897 operations from Jan. 2015 to June 2015 as intervention group.An administrating group of Doctor-nurse Integrating mode was formed, with both doctors and nurses acting as quality controllers. A144 Regular Meetings System was also formed. The author retrospected and analyzed 11 423 negative accidents which occurred during operation. Management details and responsibilities were specified, and training was enhanced. All these were monitored, controlled, implemented and improved by operation doctors, anaesthesia doctors and operation room nurses. Results The rate of negative accidents dropped from 1.226%(140/11 423) to 0.340%(37/10 897) since the implementation of Doctor-nurse Integrating mode of operation quality control. Conclusions Doctor-nurse Integrating mode of operation quality control has positive effects on the improvement of operation nursing quality.

Objective To study chitosan's improving proliferation effect to the bladder epithelial cells,thus providing experlimental foundation for the treatment of interstitial cystitis.Methods Bladder epithelial cells were harested by the enzymatic digestion of the epithelium exposed by the eversion of reseeted New-Zealand hare's bladder.The cells were cultured in different concentrations(0.3、0.6、1.2、2.4、4.8 g/L)of chitosan group and control group,after 72 h,observing their growth and proliferation with optical microscopy;The effects of chitosan on proliferation of rabbit bladder epithelial cells were studied by NAG assay.EGFR mRNA was measured by PT-PCR.Results The growth of cells in the sample added chitosan is much better than that of in the control group.Chitosan could promote the proliferation of bladder epithelial cells at higher than 0.3 g/L of concentration in a dose dependent way.The optimum concentration to increase proliferation of eonjunctival epithelial cells was 1.2 g/L.The proliferative effect of EGFR mRNA increased with the elevated chitosan concentration after 72 h.Conclusions Chitosan can promote the growth of the bladder epithelial eell,which can provides a valuable evidence for further studies of interstitial cystitis's treatment.This proliferation effect is perhaps related to chitosan's promoting EGFR combinating specificity with EGFR.
