Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(12):918-920
Objective To explore the effect of flow yoga on balance ability and fear of falling of community patients with stroke. Methods Divided 92 community patients with stroke into the intervention group (46 cases) and the control group (46 cases) randomly, routine community nursing cares were used in the control group, while the flow yoga were used in the intervention group in addition. The berg balance scale, single direct question of fear of falling and modified falls efficacy scale were used to evaluate balance ability and fear of falling after the intervention between the two groups. Results The patients' balance ability was (48.28±10.64) in the intervention group, which was significant higher than that of in the control group (32.04±11.42),t=6.316,P<0.05.The fall efficacy in the intervention group was (132.03±27.38),which was significant higher than that of in the control group (108.74±25.68),t=8.256,P<0.05.The rate of fear falling in the intervention group was 26.09%(12/46),which was significant lower than that of in the control group (32.16T%,15/46),x2=6.545,P<0.05.Conclusion Flow yoga can improve stroke patients' balance ability and reduce fear of falling.
2.Recognizing frequency characteristics of gas sensor array
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(2):126-130
A novel method based on independent component analyzing (ICA) in frequency domain to distinguish the frequency characteristics of multi-sensor system is presented. The conditions of this type of ICA are considered and each step of resolving the problem is discussed. For a two gas sensor array, the frequency characteristics including amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency are recognized by this method, and cross-sensitivity between them is also eliminated. From the principle of similarity, the recognition mean square error is no more than 0.085.
3.Nonlinear inverse modeling of sensor based on back-propagation fuzzy logical system
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(1):14-17
Objective To correct the nonlinear error of sensor output, a new approach to sensor inverse modeling based on Back-Propagation Fuzzy Logical System (BP FS) is presented. Methods The BP FS is a computationally efficient nonlinear universal approximator, which is capable of implementing complex nonlinear mapping from its input pattern space to the output with fast convergence speed. Results The neuro-fuzzy hybrid system, i.e. BP FS, is then applied to construct nonlinear inverse model of pressure sensor. The experimental results show that the proposed inverse modeling method automatically compensates the associated nonlinear error in pressure estimation, and thus the performance of pressure sensor is significantly improved. Conclusion The proposed method can be widely used in nonlinearity correction of various kinds of sensors to compensate the effects of nonlinearity and temperature on sensor output.
4.PROLIFERATION AND DIFFERENTIATION OF NEURAL STEM CELLS IN THE SUBVENTRICULAR ZONE AND SUBGRANULAR ZONE IN OLD RATS AFTER FOCAL CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective The proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells in the subventricular zone(SVZ) and subgranular zone(SGZ) have been observed in normal old rats or treated by middle cerebral artery occluded(MCAO) and sham operation respectively. Methods Old rats were used to make models of middle cerebral artery occluded(MCAO).By BrdU pulse labeling and immunohistochemical single staining, the change of the number of BrdU positive cells was observed in SVZ and SGZ of normal rats or cerebral ischemia rats after MCAO 3d,7d,14d,21d,28d and sham operation respectively.By BrdU accumulating label and immunohistochemical double staining,BrdU/NeuN and BrdU/GFAP positive cells were determined in SVZ and SGZ of aged rats after MCAO 14d. Results BrdU positive cells were found in bilateral SVZ and SGZ of all groups above mentioned.Compared with normal and sham groups,BrdU positive cells of SVZ and SGZ in cerebral ischemia rats were strikingly increased.BrdU positive cells reached the peaks in SVZ at 7d and in SGZ at 14d after MCAO.At 14d after MCAO,BrdU/NeuN(0.98%) or BrdU/GFAP(12.56%) double labled cells were observed in SVZ,but no double labled cell was observed in SGZ.Conclusion The focal cerebral ischemia markedly stimulated proliferation of neural stem cells in SVZ and SGZ in old rats, and some proliferative cells in SVZ can differentiate into neurons or glial cells.
