Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(31):2373-2375
Objective To analyze the influence of early active nursing on muscle strength in patients after major operation in intensive care unit(ICU). Methods Of 96 ICU patients after major operation were enrolled in the study, 49 patients were assigned to routine ICU nursing (control group, excluding 1 case), and 47 patients were assigned to early active nursing (intervention group, excluding 2 cases) by random number table method. The health condition, muscle strength between 2 groups were compared. Results Acute and chronic physiology score after intervention was (10.62 ±2.04) points in intervention group, and (12.54±2.28) points in control group, and there was significant difference, t=4.269 5, P<0.01. The score of muscle strength was (56.93±4.32) points in intervention group, and (49.42±5.48) points in control group, and there was significant difference, t=7.307 1, P<0.01. The incidence of ICU-acquired muscle weakness in intervention group (6.67%, 3/45) was significantly lower than that of control group (43.75%,21/48), χ2=16.681 5, P<0.01. Conclusions Early active nursing is of great importance to improve muscle strength and decrease the incidence of ICU-acquired muscle weakness.

4.Nonlinear inverse modeling of sensor based on back-propagation fuzzy logical system
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(1):14-17
Objective To correct the nonlinear error of sensor output, a new approach to sensor inverse modeling based on Back-Propagation Fuzzy Logical System (BP FS) is presented. Methods The BP FS is a computationally efficient nonlinear universal approximator, which is capable of implementing complex nonlinear mapping from its input pattern space to the output with fast convergence speed. Results The neuro-fuzzy hybrid system, i.e. BP FS, is then applied to construct nonlinear inverse model of pressure sensor. The experimental results show that the proposed inverse modeling method automatically compensates the associated nonlinear error in pressure estimation, and thus the performance of pressure sensor is significantly improved. Conclusion The proposed method can be widely used in nonlinearity correction of various kinds of sensors to compensate the effects of nonlinearity and temperature on sensor output.
5.Effect of Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder on urinary RBP and CRP in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and asthma
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(8):167-169
Objective To investigate effect of Splenic Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder on urinary retinol-binding protein and CRP in children of mycoplasma pneumonia infection with asthma .Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases of control group were given conventional anti-inflammatory treatment, azithromycin.30 patients of Experimental group were treated with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder treatment, two groups were treated for 7 days.30 cases of healthy children were selected, given no any treatment. After treatment, urinary retinol binding protein, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, cough, wheezing symptom recovery, C-reactive protein, blood and other changes were compared between two groups.ResuIts Two groups of children with urinary retinol binding protein, urea nitrogen, creatinine levels were improved in different degrees, and in experimental group, urinary retinol binding protein, urea nitrogen and creatinine decreased significantly compared with control group (P<0.05).Two groups of children with asthma and wheeze improved in different degrees, and cough wheeze, cough and wheeze recovery time of experimental group had more improvement than those of control group ( P<0.05 ) .Two group of C reactive protein and white blood cell level both improved in different degrees, and the experimental group of C reactive protein and white blood cell levels were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).ConcIusion Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder can significantly improve the infection status of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, and relieve cough and wheeze symptoms, lower urinary retinol binding protein and C reactive protein level, improve kidney function damage induced by hypoxia.

With the rapid development in science and technology, more and more advanced medical devices have been used in clinical practice.Consequently, the maintenance and management of the devices has become a task of modern hospitals. In this paper, the author discusses some issues for their maintenance and management.
7.Early tracheal intubation endotracheal suctioning line of dealing with the effect of meconium aspiration observation
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(z2):54-55
Objective To investigate the early endotracheal intubation line to attract the effect of meconium aspiration. Methods April 2005 to April 2007 the relevant cases (A group) and April 2007 to April 2009 the related cases ( B group) were compared. Results B group and A group efficacy was superior (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early tracheal intubation attract ideal effect of meconium aspiration, it is worth promoting.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(12):-
Objective Through oral vaccination activity on polio, the epidemiological and virological surveillance of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) case finds its way to develop, so that the realization of eradication on polio may be verified.Method Various kinds of immunization activities such as regular basic immunization, booster vaccination, intensified vaccination and mopping-up operation were adopted among children of the right age in the whole province. Zero case report and active surveillance on AFP were carried out to those population under 15 who had had consultation in medical unit above county level. Each reported case or found case was treated by individual case investigation, follow-up study and sample collection. All the samples were virus-isolated ad identified by RD, Hep-2 and L20B cells. Result Since 1991, an AFP case surveillance system has been built up. Up to the end of 2000, a total of 1,749 AFP cases had been reported in hunan province, from which 1,404 cases samples were collected, and another 218 cases samples of contacts were also collected. A sum of 7 polio wild virus strains was examined out. Since July 1993, no wild strain has been found (isolated). Conclusion Hunan Province has successfully intervened in the circus (spread) of polio wild virus, and hence realized the goal of polio eradication.

Objective To study the effects of reinforced trunk training on the motor function of stroke patients. Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into the reinforced trunk training group and the control group. All patients were regularly treated with drug, electrotherapy, acupuncture, massage, physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT). The patients in the reinforced trunk training group were administered with trunk function training in addition to the above interventions. The Rivermead Motor Index (RMI) assessment and the Modified Barthel Index (MBI) assessment were used to assess the motor function of the patients. Results Motor scores of both groups were significantly increased ( P

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2007;5(3):272-5
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of high-dose Astragalus injection and cyclophosphamide (CTX) on infection, urine protein and immune function of the patients with lupus nephritis. METHODS: Forty-three patients diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) complicated by kidney damage and qi-deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into trial group (n=23) and control group (n=20). Patients in both groups were treated for 3 months. Intravenous drip infusion of 0.8 g CTX was administered to all patients once a month, while intravenous drip infusion of 20 ml Astragalus injection was only administered to patients in the trial group every day for 12 days in each month. RESULTS: The decrease of active clinical symptom score after the treatment in the trial group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). The infection rates of the trial group and the control group were 4.35% and 25% respectively. The decrease of 24-hour urine protein and CD8, and the increase of red blood cell count and serum albumin in the trial group were greater than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). White blood cell count in the trial group was decreased less than that in the control group after the treatment (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: High-dose Astragalus injection used together with CTX is more effective than CTX alone in decreasing infection rate and urine protein and improving immune function for patients with lupus nephritis.
