Objective To analyse the correlation of apolipoprotein E genotype and Alzheimer's disease(AD) in old population in Urumqi.Methods The polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) techniques were used to detect the distribution of genotype, gene frequency of ApoE alleles in 60 cases with sporadic AD and 90 normals as control.Results The frequency of ApoE?2, ApoE?3, ApoE?4 was 6.67%, 75.83% and 17.50% respectively in AD group, while in control group, it was 13.33%, 79.45% and 7.22% respectively. Curriculum reform is the focus and the key in teaching reforms.The paper is to discuss the shortcomings existing in the present curriculum system in pharmaceutical education and to introduce some exploration and practice in pharmaceutical curriculum reform such as restructuring curriculum.

The authors have made an investigation on the conditions of the internet access,the platform for network-aided teaching,the teaching resource and the teaching effect for physical chemistry among 127 pharmacy students of 2008 enrollment.Based on the results of the investigation,an analysis on the current situation and problems of network-aided teaching for this course was performed and recommendations were put forward accordingly.

Objective To study the perioperative morbidity and mortality of thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm ( TAA ) and analyze the relationship between the preoperative or intraoperative risk factors and the morbidity or mortality. MethodsTwenty-three TAA cases undergoing surgery between Jan. 1993 and Dec. 2001 were enrolled. Preoperative cardial, pulmonary, hepatic and renal function, the site and period of intraoperative aortic clamping as well as the emergency operation were taken into account to evaluate independent determinants of the perioperative morbidity and mortality. ResultsThe perioperative morbidity and mortality were 87.0% and 30.4% respectively. As to the morbidity, pulmonary, hepatorenal dysfunction and paraplegia are commonly seen in perioperative period of TAA. Acute renal failure is the most important cause of perioperative death. ConclusionsIntraoperative aortic blocking and massive blood transfusion are the independent determinants influencing perioperative adverse events significantly.

Objective To study operative morbidity and mortality of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (IAAA) and analyze the correlation between the preoperative or intraoperative risk factors and the morbidity or mortality. Methods Between Jan 1993 and Dec 2001, 120 IAAA cases undergoing surgery were analyzed. Preoperative cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal condition, time of intraoperative aortic clamping as well as emergent operation were taken into account to evaluate the independent determinants of operative morbidity and mortality. Results The operative morbidity was 56.7% and mortality was 10.0%, with the mortality of elective surgery of 5.4% and emergent surgery of 66.7%. Conclusion Preoperative coronary heart disease, hypertention, renal dysfunction and massive blood transfution intra- or postoperatively adversely influenced the postoperative outcome significantly.

OBJECTIVE:To study the development of community pharmaceutical care.METHODS:The significance of community pharmaceutical care was elaborated based on its status quo analysis,and the way to improve the pharmaceutical care was discussed theoretically.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Patient-centered community pharmaceutical care is the primary responsibility of community pharmacists,the community pharmacists should strengthen their study,update their knowledge structure and play an important role in community pharmaceutical care.

ObjectiveTo observe the pathogenic relationship and the mechanisms between the first molars and the temporomandibular disorders(TMD) by getting epidemiology data.MethodsThe oral examinational people during 2007 to 2011 as investigating objects were selected and epidemiological study was carried out with standard clinical diagnostic criteria for dental caries TMD.ResultsThe people with dysfunctional first molars showed that TMD positive rate was 51.48％,and normal molars was 23.47％.The results had significant difference( x2 =54.34,P ＜ 0.01 ).ConclusionThe people with dvsfunction of first molars mav be liable to TMD.

Recently, Clinical pharmacy becomes a new specialty of higher education in China. Therefore, building clinical pharmacy teaching quality monitoring system (CPTQMS) is very important not only for improving the teaching quality but also for training inter-disciplinary talents. We try to discuss the connotation and practice of CPTQMS from the objectives, measures and information system. We hope our work can present valuable suggestions for the construction and improvement of CPTQMS in Chinese higher education.

Under the guidance of the principle of combining practice with employment,we make the exploration to enhance the quality of graduation practice in pharmaceutical education by establishing the corresponding system as the basis,mobilizing students to practice actively as the gurantee,and keeping effective management of papers as the strategy means.
