Objective To investigate three-dimensional localization for sentinel lymph node (SLN) of breast cancer, and by which we can remove the SLNs directly. Methods The ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes of 40 patients were inspected by B-ultrasound and axillary artery and subscapular artery bifurcation point and its trend with Doppler B-ultrasound in the preoperation, then located them in the surface. We found SLNs using methylene blue as the mapping agent with endoscope during the operation, determined which lymphatic group the sentinel lymph node belonged and the spatial location and the surface projection according to the anatomical location. Results We found the three-dimensional location of SLNs in the group of 39 in 40 patients with endoscope,of which 34 cases located in central group, accounting for 87.18% ;while 4 cases located in the subscapular group, accounting for 10.26%,and their spatial location was as follows:set the root of subscapular artery in this location as a starting point, the subscapular artery as a diameter, and made a diameter of 5cm circle to the bottom, then let the latissimus dorsi as the end,and made a quasi-cylinder through the circle to the axillary central. The height of the quasi-cylinder got up to the surface of the intercostal brachial nerve. Then set the nerve as the diameter of circle of quasi-cylinder,and the centre of circle was crosspoint of subscapnlar artery's surface projection with intercostal brachial nerve. The height of quasi-cylinder varies with somatotypes of the patients, its height was less than or equal to 5cm.What's more, the fiften enlarged lymph nodes located by B-ultrasound in the preoperation were all in the quasi-cylinder,and they were SLNs.Conclusion SLN lies in quasi-cylinder consisting of spatial location of subscapular group and central group lymph nodes. If the enlarged lymph nodes found by B-ultrasound are in above mentioned quasi-cylinder,they can be considered as the SLNs.Make a 5cm-incision parallelling the intercostal brachial nerve and intersecting the surface projection of subscapular artery in the surface of quasi-cylinder,then dissect toward the origin of the subscapular artery, you can find SLNs.

This research adopted silt as the sample, and the five highest hydrogen production performing strains contained in the sample were isolated. The strain whose hydrogen production was the highest was identified as Enterobacter cloacae by the analysis of 16S rDNA sequencing and comparison. It is showed by Plackett-Burman Experimental Design that only glucose, citric buffer and reducing agent had significant effects on hydrogen production by Enterobacter cloacae FML-C1. The path of steepest ascent was undertaken to approach the optimal response region of those three factors. Central Composite Design(CCD) and Response Surface Methodology(RSM) were employed to investigate the interaction of the variables and to ascertain the optimal values of the factors, which finally led to the maximum hydrogen production(VH2) . The theoretical optimal medium conditions were:glucose 21.5 g/L,citric buffer 13.6 mL/L,reducing agent10.0 mL/L. The five tentative tests matched this model well. The final VH2 was up to 2347.4 mL/L,which was 127.42% enhanced in comparison to the original. The result shows that PB experiment design and RSM analytical method work well in selecting factors which have significant influences on the hydrogen production and, moreover, achieve the ideal optimal result.

Objective To explore the changes in inflammatory reactions in tail-suspension mice infected by Klebsiella pneumoniae from spaceflight. Methods Tail suspension was used to simulate the physiological effects of microgravity.C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into control (Con),control+K.pneumoniae T16-169 (Con+T16-169),tail suspension (TS) and tail suspension+K.pneumoniae T16-169 (TS+T16-169) groups. The level of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β mRNA in lung tissue and the plasma cytokine concentration were detected by RT-qPCR and xMAP technology, and HE staining was used to represent the morphological changes in lung tissue. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of inflammatory cytokines in lung tissue and plasma concentrations of all experimental groups were increased, and the difference in TS+T16-169 group was the most significant (P<0.01 or P<0.001).HE staining showed that the lung tissues in Con+T16-169 and TS+T16-169 groups were damaged in different degrees, and the damage of TS+T16-169 group was the most serious. Conclusion The K.pneumoniae from spaceflight significantly increases the expression of inflammatory cytokines in lung tissue and plasma concentrations after infecting tail-suspension mice, and induces more serious damages to the lung tissue, which suggests that inflammatory reactions can be increased in tail suspension mice infected by K.pneumoniae from spaceflight.

Strains from the cellulose-containing environment were collected. Primary screening(by filter-paper Hutchison solid culture medium and sodium carboxymethylcellulose solid culture medium) and reelection(by filter-paper inorganic salt culture medium and sodium carboxymethylcellulosc Congo red coltnre medium) indicated that five strains obtained were best suited for high performance cellulose degradation. Determination of sodium carboxymethylcellulose activity(CMCA) and filter paper activity(FPA) was accomplished for each of the five. The strongest of the five in CMCA and FPA was applied to the production of cellulose bioethanol by separate hydrolysis and fermentation(SHF) and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation(SSF) respectively.

Objective To get an understanding of the patient experience in public hospitals nationwide, and to evaluate the implementation of the Action Plan to Improve Health Care. Methods Supported by the mobile technology, from September 6, 2017 to December 15, 2018, the authors conducted an online survey that measured the satisfaction of both inpatients and outpatients at secondary and tertiary hospitals across the country. 15 questions from six dimensions including registration experience, patient-doctor communication, nurse-patient communication, the healthcare signage system, responsiveness of care providers and privacy protection were prepared for outpatients, while 20 questions from nine aspects such as nurse-patient communication, patient-doctor communication, pain management, medication communication, admission and discharge information, responsiveness of care-givers, food service, friendliness to patient family, and the healthcare signage system were directed at inpatients. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the basic features of the data. Results 9.18 million valid responses from outpatients and another 5.38 million from inpatients were obtained. The overall satisfaction rate with outpatient services had reached a score of 90.45 points where nurse-patient communication stands out as the top-rated dimension and privacy protection gets the lowest rating. On the other hand, the inpatient satisfaction stands at a score of 93.01 with friendliness to patient family receiving the top score and patient-doctor communication the lowest. Conclusions Despite the positive feedback Chinese patients give on the outpatient care they receive, we should make efforts to improve the outpatient care environment, the wayfinding system, privacy protection, and responsiveness of care-givers.
