Five compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of Dictamnus dasycarpus using various chromatographic techniques, such as column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data(IR, MS, NMR), which were identified as docosanol(1), ethyl 2, 2-dibenzhydryl-3, 3-di-phenylpropionate(2), limonin(3), obacunone(4)and dictamnine(5). Compound 2 was a new compound and compound 1 was isolated from this plant for the first time. PNPG method was used to determine α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of these compounds. The results indicated that compounds 3- 5 possessed stronger inhibitory activities than the positive control of acarbose, which provided a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of Dictamnus dasycarpus.

The surface of the artificial knee joint manufactured by 3D printing technology is rough. This study uses advanced multi-axis machining technology to study how to improve the manufacturing accuracy of the artificial knee joint surface, and uses five-axis machining CAM software to analyze the process of three-dimensional model of the artificial knee joint and to compile tool path, create a five-axis special post-processor, convert the tool path point file into the NC program for machine tool processing. In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the processing procedure, a Mikron HEM-500U machine tool simulation platform was built in the VERICUT simulation system for simulation processing verification, and then the blank prototype obtained by 3D printing was processed in a five-axis machine tool to meet medical clinical use requirements.

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of superior mesenteric artery ischemic diseases. Methods:The clinical and followup data of 141 hospitalized patients with ischemic disease of superior mesenteric artery in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from 1999 to 2021 were reviewed. Results:There were 99 males (70.2%) and 42 females (29.8%). The average age of the patients was (63.75±13.16) years; 127 patients (90.1%) complained abdominal pain. The number of all-cause deaths in the perioperative period was 27 (19.1%). ROC curve analysis showed that the optimal cutoff value of the age with predictive value was 64.5 years. The results of multivariate COX regression analysis showed that age ≥65 years old ( HR=3.855, 95% CI: 1.739-8.545), neutrophil count ( HR=1.072, 95% CI: 1.018-1.130), heart failure ( HR=2.863, 95% CI: 1.332-6.154), creatinine ( HR=1.009, 95% CI: 1.003-1.015), D-Dimer ( HR=1.112, 95% CI: 1.025-1.205) was an independent risk factor for all-cause death from superior mesenteric artery ischemic disease. Long-term survival rate of SMAD group was significantly higher than that of other SMAID; By comparing the clinical characteristics of different SMAID, neutrophil count, neutrophil ratio, D-dimer of SMAE group and SMAT group were significantly higher than that of SMAD group and ASSMA group. Conclusions:SMAID usually occurs in elderly men over 65 years old, with abdominal pain as the main symptom and often accompanied by hypertension. Risk factors included age, increased WBC count and D-dimer; The neutrophil count, neutrophil ratio, D-dimer in SMAE and SMAT group were significantly higher than that of SMAD and ASSMA group.

To promote the development of extracellular vesicles of herbal medicine especially the establishment of standardization, led by the National Expert Committee on Research and Application of Chinese Herbal Vesicles, research experts in the field of herbal medicine and extracellular vesicles were invited nationwide with the support of the Expert Committee on Research and Application of Chinese Herbal Vesicles, Professional Committee on Extracellular Vesicle Research and Application, Chinese Society of Research Hospitals and the Guangdong Engineering Research Center of Chinese Herbal Vesicles. Based on the collation of relevant literature, we have adopted the Delphi method, the consensus meeting method combined with the nominal group method to form a discussion draft of "Consensus statement on research and application of Chinese herbal medicine derived extracellular vesicles-like particles (2023)". The first draft was discussed in online and offline meetings on October 12, 14, November 2, 2022 and April and May 2023 on the current status of research, nomenclature, isolation methods, quality standards and research applications of extracellular vesicles of Chinese herbal medicines, and 13 consensus opinions were finally formed. At the Third Academic Conference on Research and Application of Chinese Herbal Vesicles, held on May 26, 2023, Kewei Zhao, convenor of the consensus, presented and read the consensus to the experts of the Expert Committee on Research and Application of Chinese Herbal Vesicles. The consensus highlights the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine, inherits the essence, and keeps the righteousness and innovation, aiming to provide a reference for colleagues engaged in research and application of Chinese herbal vesicles at home and abroad, decode the mystery behind Chinese herbal vesicles together, establish a safe, effective and controllable accurate Chinese herbal vesicle prevention and treatment system, and build a bridge for Chinese medicine to the world.
