Objective To evaluate if the enteral nutrition have effect on the immune function and in- flammatory reaction after operating about gastric carcinoma. Methods 58 postoperative patients suffering from stomach cancer and colon cancer were randomly divided into the EN group and the TPN group. On the first postoperative day, nutrition fibre were given via nasal intestinal tube, increasing the capacity and drop- ping speed day by day until patients can eat liquid diet. While patients in the TPN group didn't eat anything until enterokinesia completely recovered.Observing on preoperative day 1 and on postoperative day 3 and day 8 respectively to check IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CRP,LYM,LYM%,TP,ALB,PA.Results The results showed that on the postoperative day 8,the target ascension extent was higher than that in the PN group. The statistical significance was very obvious(P

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of propofol in relieving pain during fibrobronchoscopy when it is used in general intravenous anesthesia.METHODS:160patients undergoing fibrobronchoscopy were randomly divided into propofol group and control group.90patients in the propofol group were anesthetized intravenously by injection of propofol at the dosage of1.5mg/kg and speed of30mg/10s and then underwent fibrobronchoscopy;While70patients in the control group underwent regular fibrobronchoscopy.RESULTS:The lash reflex disappeared within(40.73?7.91)seconds after propofol injection, and patients became conscious within(5.39?1.85)minutes after stopping injection, full consciousness occurred at(10.82?2.73)minutes.Electrocardiogram did not show any signs of change in blood pressure, myocardial ischemia and cardiac dysrhythmia, the post-operative satisfaction rate was96%as compared with81%in the control group. The patients in the propofol group showed extensive willingness for second fibrobronchoscopy, while the patients in the control group presented cough,struggle,and20%of them refused the second fibrobronchoscopy.CONCLUSION:It is safe and effective to apply propofol in painless fibrobronchoscopy.

BACKGROUND: More and more patients with periodontal disease require orthodontic treatments. Thus, the remodeling process and its mechanism of inflammatory periodontal tissues become a hot point during orthodontic tooth movement.OBJECTIVE: To observe the remodeling of inflammatory periodontal tissues during orthodontic tooth movement.METHODS: A total of 50 Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control and periodontitis groups. In the periodontitis group, rats were established periodontitis models. After that, all rats were prepared for orthodontic tooth movement models. The remodeling of periodontal tissues was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 14 days after orthodontic tooth movement.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The movement distance of the periodontitis group was greater than that of the control group. At 0-7 days after orthodontic force application, there was obviously bone resorption at the pressure side and the bone formation was inhibited at the tension side; at 14 days after force application, the bone resorption was diminished, associated with large numbers of multinucleated osteoclasts at the pressure sides in both groups. The findings showed that rats with periodontitis suffered more periodontal traumatism during orthodontic tooth movement, thus, treatment should be delayed until the inflammatory signs were controlled and the local inflammatory was eliminated.

Objective To design and develop a kind of SpO2 detection and analysis system based on LabVIEW. Methods Pulse signal process and SpO2 calculation were achieved by designing a control system based on TI Company's MSP430FG439 MCU and using the digital signal process and graphic controls of the LabVIEW software. The design project and the realization way were given out by discussing the software of LabVIEW. Results The system could acquire, display and process pulse signal and calculate SpO2. Conclusion The system carries out a new way to design medical monitor equipment. Furthermore, it provides a shortcut for special analysis of the SpO2 and pulse signal in clinic.

In view of the existing situation of our hospital's information security system, this paper gives a reasonable analysis, including the risk analysis on the computer room' surroundings, basic facilities, applied stage, business system and security management. In addition, this paper suggests the countermeasures in technology and management to remove the hidden danger in the hospital's information security system.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
As one of the risk factors for atherosclerosis, human cytomegalovirus infection has received increasing attention, while cytomegalovirus infection of vascular endothelial cells is considered as the initial stage of causing atherosclerosis. Therefore, elucidating the mechanism of human cytomegalovirus infection of vascular endothelial cells will help further confirm the viral and etiological theories of atherosclerosis, and may block its occurrence and development from the initial stage of infection.
