Objective To explore the effects of the pre-pregnant body mass index(BMI) and the pregnancy growth on the mater-nal and neonatal outcomes .Methods 250 pregnant women with the built file ,regular antenatal inspection and hospital delivery in our hospital during 2011 were selected and divided into the emaciation group ,the appropriate group and the obesity group according to the pre-pregnant BMI .The occurrence rates of cesarean section ,fetal macrosomia ,low birth weight ,postpartum hemorrhage ,ges-tational diabetes ,gestational hypertension disease ,fetal distress ,neonatal asphyxia and puerperal infection were compared among the various groups .In addition ,according to the different growth amplitudes of pregnancy BMI ,the pregnant women were re-divided in-to 3 groups(weight gain insufficient group ,weight gain appropriate group and weight gain overmuch group ) and the different ma-ternal and neonatal outcomes were compared .Results The occurrence rates of cesarean section ,macrosomia ,gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension disease in the obesity group were significantly higher than those in the emaciation group and the appro-priate group(P<0 .05) ,while the occurrence rate of the low birth weight in the emaciation group was significantly higher than that of the appropriate group and the obesity group(P<0 .05);the occurrence rates of cesarean section ,macrosomia ,gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension disease in the weight gain overmuch group were significantly higher than those in the weight gain in-sufficient group and the weight gain appropriate group(P<0 .05) ,while the occurrence rate of low birth weight in the weight gain insufficient group was significantly higher than that of the weight gain appropriate group and the weight gain overmuch group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The maternal and neonatal outcomes in the pregnant women with pre-pregnant BMI exceeding the standard and pregnant BMI overmuch growth are very worrying .The growth of pre-pregnant BMI and pregnant BMI is one of the important indi-cators for monitoring the maternal and neonatal complications .

Objective To investigate the association between the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) rs894278 and rs11931074 of α-synuclein (SNCA) and non motor symptoms in Parkinson' s disease (PD).Methods One hundred and twenty PD patients and 100 healthy controls enrolled from Tonglu Hospital Affiliated to Ruijin Hospital and Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from 2012 to 2014 were recruited and the motor subscale of the Unified Parkinson' s Disease Rating Scale Ⅲ (UPDRS-Ⅲ) was used to evaluate motor function.The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE),17-item Hamilton Rating Scale (HAMD-17),the Rapid Eye Movement Behavior Disorder Screening Questionnaire (RBDSQ) and the ROME-Ⅲ criteria for chronic constipation were used to evaluate non motor symptoms.SNCA SNPs (rs894278,rs11931074) were genotyped by direct sequencing.Results There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,non motor symptoms scores among the three genotypes of the two SNPs in control group.There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,UPDRS-Ⅲ scores and Hoehn-Yahr stage among the three genotypes of the two SNPs in PD group.The results demonstrated that there was no association between the two SNPs and RBDSQ scores,HAMD-17 scores,MMSE scores and constipation in PD patients.However,additional analysis showed that patients with GG rs894278 had a greater proportion of clinical probable RBD than those with GT and TT types (GG 52.2％,12/23;GT 18.2％,10/55;TT 21.4％,9/42;x2 =9.254,P=0.002;x2 =6.424,P=0.005).In Logistic regression analyses adjusting for age and sex,we observed that rs894278 GG genotype could increase the risk of RBD in PD patients (OR =5.367,95％ CI =1.607-17.925,P =0.006).There was no association of RBD with allelic and genotypic distributions of SNCA rs11931074.Conclusion The results indicate that the rs894278 polymorphism correlates with RBD,while rs11931074 does not.

Purpose To investigate the value of three-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography in evaluating the cardiac function in breast cancer patients treated with Anthracycline. Materials and Methods Thirty-two breast cancer patients were followed with three-dimensional echocardiography prechemotherapy (group A), 2 cycles (group B) and 4 cycles (group B) postchemotherapy to compare left ventricle global longitudinal strain (GLS), global radial strain (GRS), global circular strain (GCS), global area strain (GAS), early diastolic global area strain rate (EASR), and early diastolic 3D velocity (3DVe). Results GCS, GAS and EASR were signiifcantly lower in group C than group A (t=3.555, 3.692 and 3.590, P<0.01);EASR was lower in group B than group A with statistical significance (t=2.190, P<0.05). GLS, GRS and 3DVe were not significantly different among three groups (F=2.305, 1.957 and 1.205, P>0.05). EASR was negatively correlated with IVRT (r=-0.44, P<0.01); EASR was positively correlated with Em (r=0.49, P<0.01) and Em/Am (r=0.32, P<0.01). GSR was positively correlated with Sm (r=0.21, P<0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional echocardiography sensitively detects the early changes in diastole function in breast cancer patients treated with Anthracycline.

Objective To investigate the effects of capparis spinosa total alkaloid on type collagen (ColⅣ - ),Ⅳmatrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) in bleomycin-induced systemic sclerosis (SSc) mice; To explore the effective mechanism of capparis spinosa total alkaloid on fibrosis of SSc. Methods Totally 90 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, penicillamine group and capparis spinosa total alkaloid low-, medium- and high-dose group. Mice models with SSc were established by repeated local injections of bleomycin in mice back, except for the control group. Mice in medication groups received external application with capparis spinosa total alkaloid cream;mice in penicillamine group were given penicillamine for gavage; mice in the control and model group received external application without substance, one time a day, for 60 days. The contents of MMP-9, TIMP-1 and PAI-1 in serum and Col- in skin tissue were dⅣ etected respectively by ELISA after the last medication. Results Compared with the model group, the levels of MMP-9 and ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 markedly increased and the levels of Col-Ⅳand TIMP-1 markedly decreased in medium and high- dose of capparis spinosa total alkaloid group (P<0.05, P<0.01). But the level of PAI-1 was not influenced (P>0.05). Conclusion Capparis spinosa total alkaloid is effective in treating fibrosis of SSc by adjusting imbalance of MMP-9/TIMP-1 and decreasing expression of Col-Ⅳ.

Objective To establish the quantitative transfusion of hemoglobin method and explore the application of this method in neonatal transfusion.Methods This study selected 93 cases of anemic neonates who had no other underlying diseases from the Neonatal Department of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) in Dalian,and they were the principle of weight and age divided into two groups.The first group (control group:conventional method) was transfused and injected the red blood cells that were leukocytereduced,irradiated and washed twice by 0.15 U/kg under the normal reservation.The study measured the hemoglobin value before transfusion and within 24 h after being transfused,and then detected the hemoglobin,volume,and hematocrit of a small amount of blood during the preparation,and finally calculated the utilization rate of hemoglobin in neonates who were transfused.For the second group (observation group:quantitative erythrocyte injection of hemoglobin),it calculated in reverse how much hemoglobin the children needed to be supplemented,based on the doctor's expected hemoglobin values achieved after children being transfused and the utilization rate of hemoglobin obtained from the first group.Then,according to the calculation,it prepared a small amount of blood of the red blood cells that were leukocyte-reduced,irradiated and washed,made the quantitative injection of hemoglobin twice,and measured the hemoglobin value before transfusion and within 24 h after being transfused.At last,it analyzed statistically the results.Results Both two methods effectively improved the children's anemia (P ＜ 0.05).There was no difference (P ＞ 0.05) for two methods in improving the anemia of children,but the quantitative transfusion of hemoglobin (s =6.6,cv =4.6％) could basically reach the doctor's expected hemoglobin value,and it avoided the situations in the first method (s =14.45,vc =8.6％),like that after transfusion a minority of hemoglobin was too high or it did not reach complete amelioration of anemia of the children.Conclusions Both traditional transfusion method and quantitative transfusion of hemoglobin method can improve the anemia of the children,but the latter one is more suitable for the clinical needs and achieves the true quantitative transfusion.

Study on the effects of Astragali Radix main active flavone calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside on Saposhnikoviae Radix main active ingredients prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and cimifugin, a UPLC-MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and cimifugin in rat plasma was established, and the comparative pharmacokinetics of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and cimifugin after oral administration of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside-prim-O-glucosylcimifugin to rats were carried out, which might be conductive in exploring the rationality of Astragali Radix - Saposhnikoviae Radix herb couple. Twelve male SD rats were divided into two groups. Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and cimifugin in rat plasma of different time points after oral administration of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside - prim-O-glucosylcimifugin to rats were determinated. And the main pharmacokinetic parameters were investigated using DAS 3. 2. 4. The established method was rapid, accurate and sensitive for simultaneous determination of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and cimifugin in rat plasma. The analysis was performed on a Waters Acquity BEH C18 column (2.1 mm x 100 mm, 1.7 μm) with the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid/water as mobile phase, and the gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL x min(-1). The analytes were detected by tandem mass spectrometry with the electrospray ionization (ESI) source and in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Compared with prim-O-glucosylcimifugin group, the AUC(0-t)., and AUC(0-∞) of p-O-glucosylcimifugin as well as the C(max) of cimifugin significantly increased (P < 0.05) in calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside-prim-O-glucosylcimifugin group. Calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside could enhance the absorption of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and cimifugin and improve the bioavailability, explaining preliminarily the rationality of Astragali Radix-Saposhnikoviae Radix herb couple.

Objective To study the effect of fluoride on bone metabolism in rats, and to understand the mechanism of pathogenesis of skeletal fluorosis. Methods A total of 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups that included control group (distilled water), low-dose group(NaF, 50 mg/L), medium-dose group (NaF,100 mg/L) and high-dose group(NaF, 150 mg/L), respectively. After being bred for 12 weeks, the rats were put to death (etherization). Incidence of dental fluorosis was estimated, and serum was collected. Radioimmunoassay was employed to detect the levels of osteocalcin (BGP), parathyroid hormone (PTH) and calcitonin (CT), respectively.Colorimetry method was employed to determine the levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and acid phosphatase (ACP). Results Incidence of dental fluorosis between the four groups was significantly different statistically(x2 =82.81 ,P ＜ 0.01 ). The incidence was significantly different(x2 = 22.67, 40.00, 40.00, all P＜ 0.01 ) between low-dose ( 80%, 16/20), medium-dose ( 100%, 20/20), high-dose groups ( 100%, 20/20) and control group (0,0/20),respectively. Serum levels of BGP, PTH, CT were significantly different between the groups(F = 38.614, 20.778,3.023, P ＜ 0.01 or ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference between the four.groups of ALP and ACP in serum (F = 0.609,2.895, all P ＞ 0.05 ). Serum BGP in low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups[ ( 19.60 ± 12.79),(33.41 ± 10.81 ), (39.46 ± 9.51 )mg/L, respectively] was significantly higher than that of the control group[ (7.35 ± 3.22)mg/L, all P ＜ 0.01 ]. Serum PTH in low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups[ (72.27 ± 25.38), (67.80 ± 12.01), (106.52 ± 36.37)pmol/L] was significantly higher than that of the control group[(47.08 ± 9.22)pmol/L,all P ＜ 0.01 ]. Serum PTH of the high-dose group was significantly higher than that of the low-dose and the mediumdose groups(all P ＜ 0.01 ). Serum CT in medium-dose and high-dose groups[ ( 13.39 ± 2.07), ( 15.05 ± 4.77)pmol/L ] was significantly lower than that of the control group[ (26.06 ± 28.31 ) pmol/L, all P ＜ 0.05 ] and also significantly lower than that of the low-dose group [ (24.49 ± 14. 10) pmol/L, all P ＜ 0.05 ]. Conclusions Fluoride affects bone metabolism in rats, BGP, PTH and CT play a key role in the pathogenesis of skeletal fluorosis.

To compare the difference of total phenol of magnolia solid dispersion prepared by different methods. Hot melt extrusion, solvent evaporation method, and fusion-cooling method were used to prepare total phenol of Magnolia accessory solid dispersion, Plastone S-630 and HPC. The drug dispersion state in the prepared solid dispersion was evaluated with DSC and X-ray diffraction; FT-IR method was used to analyze the possible connections between drug and accessories. Finally, accelerated stability-in vivo dissolution test was use to compare the stability differences between these three processes. The results of DSC and X-ray diffraction showed that all of the drug in solid dispersion processed by three processes can exist in amorphous form; FT-IR results also could not distinguish the difference between the three processes; accelerated stability-in vivo dissolution test showed the stability of solid dispersion prepared by HPC was better than Plastone S-630, and the same kinds of materials solid dispersion prepared by hot melt extrusion showed a better stability than the other two processes.

This article mainly summarise the results of the chemical compositions and their pharmacological activities of Arnebiae Radix since 1966. The chemistry components isolated from Arnebiae Radix are mainly naphthoquinone, monoterpene phenol and quinone, phenolic acids and their salts, alkaloids, aliphatic and esters. Pharmacological results showed that the chemical compositions and the extracts of Arnebiae Radix have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, hepatoprotection, antioxidant, anti-tumor and immune function and other activities. This article hopefully to provide a reference for further research, development and utilization of Arnebiae Radix.
