2.Acupuncture theory of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis and its clinical application.

The effects and methods of acupuncture on promoting blood circulation and removing stasis and its importance for modern clinical acupuncture are explored and explained. The acupuncture theory of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in Internal Canon of Yellow Emperor and the ancient medical scholars' knowledge of acupuncture for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis are traced, and then the principles and characteristics of acupuncture for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis are explored and summarized. The methods and common tools of prompting blood circulation and removing stasis of modern clinical acupuncture are summed up as well. It is considered that the treatment principles and methods of acupuncture for prompting blood and removing stasis deserve to be paid attention to and applied by all departments of clinical acupuncture.

3.Research on the application of digital diagnosis technology in maintenance for blood cell analyzer

Objective: To clarify the improvement of maintenance efficiency depending on digital diagnosis technology through the application of digital diagnosis tools for the new type blood cell analyzer in equipment maintenance. Methods: Combined with the actual case, to explore the application and expansion of digital diagnosis tool in maintenance for blood cell analyzer from different aspects, such as common cause analysis of partial absorption alarm, communication error, temperature control failure, the problem location of stepper motor encoder fault and other aspects. Results: By effective using digital diagnosis tool, the maintenance efficiency has been improved, the fault cause has been effectively analyzed, and this method can help technician to find fault phenomenon that would not normally be found by accidental fault in common maintenance and help them to locate accidental fault point. Conclusion: Digital diagnosis tools can fully use specialist data, find hidden danger of equipment fault in earlier, put forward judgment information for fault, and provide convenience for equipment maintenance.
4.Diagnosis value of CRP combined with BNP detection in elderly patients with myocardial infarction heart failure

Objective To explore the diagnosis value of CRP combined with BNP detection in elderly patients with myocardial infarction heart failure.Methods 360 patients with myocardial infarction were selected as subjects.And they were divided into non -heart failure group(n =187)and heart failure group(n =173).The heart failure group was divided into three groups according to the NHYA heart function.To observe and compare the contents of BNP and CRP of patients in different groups.Results CRP in the non -heart failure group was (6.24 ± 3.01)mg/L,which was significantly lower than (16.77 ±2.67)mg/L in the heart failure group (t =1 754.892,P <0.05 ).BNP in the non -heart failure group was (521.91 ±29.11 )pg/L,which was significantly lower than (2 995.39 ±496.48)pg/L in the heart failure group (t =1 754.892,P <0.05).And the contents of BNP and CRP in high NHYA patients were more higher than those in low NHYA patients.The positive rate of CRP combined with BNP detection was 93.64%,which was higher than 69.44% in single CRP detection (χ2 =32.622,P <0.05),and 79.44% in the single BNP detection (χ2 =14.442,P <0.05).Conclusion The plasma BNP and CRP can help diagnose heart failure with old myocardial infarction and heart failure degree classification.
5.Effects of ultrasonic scalpel combined with hemostatic gauze on postoperative axillary wound drainage in patients with breast cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasonic scalpel combined with hemostatic gauze to reduce the postoperative axillary wound drainage in breast cancer patients after surgery .Methods 243 cases of breast cancer patients admitted from Mar .2011 to May.2014 were selected as the research object , and they were divided into four groups according to the envelope method:group A(67 cases), group B(59 cases), group C(56 cases), and group D(61 cases).The four groups were given different surgical hemostatic methods: ultrasonic scalpel combined with hemostatic gauze in group A , ultrasonic scalpel without hemostatic gauze in group B , elec-tric knife and hemostatic gauze in group C , and electric knife in group D .The operation time , intraoperative blood loss , postoperative drainage , and drainage tube indwelling time were observed and compared between the four groups.Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss had no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05), yet there was significant difference in postoperative drainage and drainage tube indwelling days ( P<0.05 ) .There was no significant difference between group C and group D in the operation time group(P>0.05), yet there was significant difference in the intraoperative blood loss , postoperative drainage and drainage tube indwelling days (P<0.05).There was significant difference when the same indicator of group A and group B compared with group C or group D ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Ultrasonic scalpel combined with hemostatic gauze used in breast cancer surgery can effectively reduce the axillary wound exudation , and shorten the drainage time .
6.The changes and clinical significance of DKK1 level before and after treatment in primary liver cancer

Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of DKK1 level before and after treatment in primary liver cancer.Methods 120 cases with primary liver cancer were selected as the study group,120 healthy people were selected as the control group.The serum level of DKK1 before and after treatment was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and its relationship with clinical features was analyzed.Results Before treatment,the serum level of DKK1 in the study group was (54.2 ± 1.8) pg/mL,which was significantly higher than (25.8 ± 2.4) pg/mL in the control group (t =10.692,P =0.024).The level of DKK1 had relationship with tumor capsule,hilar lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and vascular invasion (x2 =12.528,11.792,14.829,13.078,P =0.024,0.028,0.015,0.019) ; The level of DKK1 in the first day after interventional treatment was (53.9 ± 1.3) pg/mL,which had no statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(t =6.038,P =0.075) ; 7 days and one month after treatment,the DKK1 levels were (35.2 ± 1.5) pg/mL and (28.9 ±0.32) pg/mL,which were significantly lower than those before treatment (t =9.056,10.639,P =0.019,0.017).Conclusion Before treatment,the serum DKK1 level is contribute to the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma,and related with clinical characteristics,DKK1 level significantly decreased after treatment,which can help in evaluating the therapeutic effect.

There are four type of Potter typing of cystic kidney disease in children:autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease,multicystic dysplastic kidney,autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease and obstructive cystic dysplastic kidney.However,simple cyst of kidney multilocular cystic renal tumors and other genetic syndrome also can make kidney cystic change.Due to the different pathogenesis and pathological basisn,the clinical diagnosis and treatment is also different.The correct diagnosis of these diseases requires chinical classification and determination of the causes of the diseases.This paper will make a review on the common cystic kidney disease in children.
8.Notch3 siRNA enhances chemosensitivity of colon cancer cells to topotecan

Objective: To elucidate the relationship between Notch3 expression and chemosensitivity of human colon carcinoma cell line SW620 to topotecan. Methods: Notch3 siRNA was transfected into SW620 cells, and the expression of Notch3 in SW620 cells was examined by Western blotting. After transfected with Notch3 siRNA for different time peri-ods, SW620 cells were further treated with topotecan, and the proliferation of SW620 cells was detected by MTT assay; the apoptosis of SW620 cells was detected by Hoechst 33342 staining and flow cytometry. Caspase-3 activation in SW620 cells was examined by caspase-3 activation kit. Results: Notch3 siRNA transfection remarkably inhibited Notch3 protein expression in SW620 cells. The IC_(50) of topotecan in Notch3 siRNA-transfected group was significantly decreased compared with that in the Ctrl siRNA group (P <0.05). Silence of Notch3 expression in SW620 cells by Notch3 siRNA remarkably promoted apoptosis (P < 0.05) and caspase-3 activation (P < 0.05) of SW620 cells induced by topotecan. Conclusion: Notch3 down-regulation by siRNA in SW620 cells can enhance the chemosensitivity cells to topotecan.
9.Fetal electrocardiogram extraction based on robust independent component analysis.

Independent component analysis (ICA) aims at decomposing an observed random vector into statistically independent variables. Fast independent component analysis (FastICA) algorithm and its variants are catching more attention because of their simplicity and convergence speed. In this paper, a novel method referred to robust independent component analysis (RobustICA), based on normalized kurtosis and optimal step-size, is analyzed in detail. When applied to fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) extraction and compared with FastICA, it gave decent results and showed prosperous future usages.

10.Effects of GvHR in the pathogenesis of immunologically mediated aplastic anemia in mice

Using observation of the gross and histological changes of skin, intestine, liver and spleen, the spleen index, the popliteal lymph node weight gaining, and the ~(125)I-UdRincorporation assay, the effects of GvHR in the pathogenesis of immunologically mediatedaplastic anemia in mice were studied. Rtsults showed that there were no gross and histological changes due to GvHR foundin skin, intestine, liver and spleen, and the spleen index decreased markedly, and therewere positive popliteal lymph node weight gaining and positive ~(125)I-UdR incorporationassay which showed a dose dependent corrlation. These results suggested that, transfusion of DBA/2 lymphocytes into lethally irradia-ted BALB/c mice could evoke GvHR, but on the other hand, the effects of GvHR werenot very important in the pathogenesis of immunologically mediated aplastic anemia inmice.
