1.New-type Dynamic Oxygen Inhalation Display Method for Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
The electronic gas flow meter is used to realize dynamic oxygen inhalation display for hyperbaric oxygen chamber, then such problems can be conquered as high-resistance oxygen inhalation with glass rotameter and risks for adopting second-class oxygen regulator with sensors. With a low oxygen inhalation resistance and detection of oxygen inhalation state outside the chamber, the accidents can be avoided when hyperbaric oxygen chamber applied.

3.The importance of clinical data management in improvement of drug evaluation.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(11):1408-1409
Although the importance of clinical data is drawing more attention in drug development in China, the clinical data management is not good enough in the clinical trials right now. With the development of internet and progress of information technology, especially with the setup of the state innovation strategy for drug development, it is necessary and urgent to improve the clinical data quality. Good data quality is the primary basis of technical evaluation of drug at the marketing authorization. So Center for Drug Evaluation of CFDA has made some endeavors to enhance data management in the clinical trials in recent years. This article is focused on these aspects of data managment.

4.Clinical curative effect analysis on laparoscopic colorectal resection for elderly patients with colorectal cancer
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(3):258-259
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of endoscopic surgery for elderly patients with colorectal cancer. Meth-ods 143 patients underwent laparoscopic colorectal resection were divided into the observation group (n= 47,≥75 years) and the control group (n= 96,<75 years) according to their age. Compared the general situation, intraoperative indicators, and postoperative complications of the two groups and explored the risk factors of complications. Results There was no significant difference in operation time, number of lymph node dissection, operation margin length, severe complications, hospitalization days and mortality of 30 days after operation (P>0. 05). The total complication rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group with a statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). Patients over 75 years old and operation time more than 350 minutes are risk factors of complications (P<0. 05). Operation time more than 350 minutes and diabetes were the risk factors of complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic colorectal resection for elderly pa-tients is safe and feasible,as we selecting patients strictly, paying attention to monitor, dealing with complications actively, and operating oper-ation skillfully.

6.Clinical Analysis of COOK Cervical Dilatation Balloon for Induced Labor in Full-term Pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2016;16(7):597-600
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of COOK cervical dilatation balloon for induced labor in full -term pregnancy . Methods There were 98 cases of cervical ripening and induced labor by using COOK balloon from January 2014 to April 2015 ( experimental group ) and 130 cases of cervical ripening and induced labor by using oxytocin from January 2010 to September 2013 ( control group ) .The cervical scores , childbirth way , and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups . Results After the removal of the balloon, the cervical scores in the experimental group increased from (2.38 ±0.70) points to (6.15 ±0.96) points (t=31.412, P =0.000).The rate of vaginal delivery in the experimental group (79.6%, 78/98) was significantly higher than that in the control group [62.3%(81/130),χ2 =7.910, P=0.005].The incidence of chorioamnionitis in the control group was 5.4% (7/130), which was significantly lower than that in the experimental group [18.4% (18/98), χ2 =9.647,P=0.002).The other adverse reactions in two groups had no statistical difference (P >0.05). Conclusions Use of COOK cervical dilation balloon is a safe and effective method to promote cervical ripening .In combination with artificial rupturing membrane or intravenous infusion of oxytocin can improve the success rate of full -term pregnancy induced labor .
7.High glucose induces vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration through activation of Src/Stat3 signaling pathway
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2017;33(7):1237-1243
AIM: To investigate the role of Src tyrosine kinase (Src)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (Stat3) signaling pathway in high glucose (HG)-induced vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation and migration.METHODS: VSMCs were incubated with HG (10~40 mmol/L) for 24 h.The cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay and EdU staining, while the migration ability of VSMCs was measured by Transwell assay. The protein levels of p-Src, Src, p-Stat3, Stat3 and GAPDH were determined by Western blot. The mRNA expression levels of cyclin D1, Myc, matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) were detected by qPCR.To further confirm the role of Src in HG-induced VSMC proliferation, the VSMCs were exposed to HG (40 mmol/L) and co-treated with Src inhibitor saracatinib (100 nmol/L) for 24 h, and then the proliferation ability and the Stat3 activity of the cells were analyzed.RESULTS: Treatment with HG dose-dependently enhanced the cell viability, increased the ratio of EdU-positive cells, and raised the migration cell number, the protein levels of p-Src and p-Stat3 and the mRNA levels of cyclin D1, Myc, MMP2 and MMP9.Inhibition of Src inhibited HG-induced VSMC proliferation and migration, and suppressed Stat3 activation and the expression of Stat3 target genes cyclin D1, Myc, MMP2 and MMP9.CONCLUSION: Src/Stat3 signaling pathway might play an important role in HG-induced VSMC proliferation and migration.
8.The occurrence and evolution of portal vein tumor thrombus in primary liver cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(11):724-725,729
Primary liver cancer is a high incidence and common malignant tumor in China. Portal vein tumor thrombus is one of the biologic marks of advanced liver cancer and difficult to be cured, and the prognosis is extremely poor. This paper systematically describes the formation mechanism, diagnosis, classification and prognosis of portal vein tumor thrombus. It would provide a theoretical basis for this clinical problem in order to reasonably understand and actively treat it.
9.The stability of fat emulsion in total nutrient admixture by automated compounding device
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(03):-
Objective:To evaluate the stability of fat emulsion in TNA prepared by automated compounding device and compare it with the manual method. Methods:A total of 20 TNA were prepared by the automated compounding device and the conventional manual method. The TNA were stored at 25℃ for 1 day,4℃ for 7days and again 25℃ for 1 day to observe the stability of fat emulsion by electron scanning microscopy measurement and to measure the pH,osmolality. Results:Time required for TNA prepared by automated compounding device was less than the manual method. At the 1st day,the particle size of fat emulsion in TNA prepared by the automated compounding device was smaller than the manual method; After 7 days storing at 4℃ and 1 day at 25℃,the particle size,pH and osmolality were also stable in automated compounding device group. Conclusion:Automated compounding device reduced time requirements for TNA preparation. The stability and compatibility of TNA prepared by automated compounding device is better than the manual method.
