Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE To find out the usage of the antibiotics in an infectious disease hospital and provide improvement method as well as instructional foundation for applying the antibiotics in a reasonable way. METHODS The antibiotic usage in 5507 cases recorded in medical histories during the period of the whole hospitalization from Jan to Dec 2007 was investigate. RESULTS The drug utilization rate was 20.81% in the hepatopathy department,67.65% in the general infection department,68.06% in the department of obstetrics gynecology(OG) and 53.10% in the the surgery department. The usage in OG and general infection departments was obviously higher than in the hepatopathy one. CONCLUSIONS The usage of the antibiotics is still not very reasonable, and more attention should be paid to normolizing it.

4.Research Progress of Multidrug Resistance of Breast Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To review the recent studies on the multidrug resistance of breast cancer. Methods The literatures of recent years on the studies of multidrug resistance, multidrug resistance protein and breast cancer resistance protein were reviewed. Results Multidrug resistance resulted from multiple factors. How to identify the sensibility of chemotherapy drugs and select individual therapeutic regime early were important to improve the survival rate and life quality of breast cancer patients. Conclusion These studies on multidrug resistance of breast cancer are helpful to predicting the effect and outcome of chemotherapy and overcoming the barrier of drug resistance.
5.Research Progress of Exemestane in Treatment of Breast Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(06):-
Objective To determine the investigation progression on exemestane in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods The literatures of recent years on the studies of exemestane were reviewed. Results Exemestane is an effective steroidal aromatase inactivator with superior tolerability, safety and efficacy in the adjuvant, neo-adjuvant and metastatic therapy of breast cancer. Conclusion With the progression of clinical trial with exmestane, exemestane will be regarded as an important drug in comprehensive therapy of breast cancer.
6.Effect of two different surgeries on corneal endothelial cells in grade Ⅱ - Ⅲ lens nucleus
International Eye Science 2017;17(10):1878-1882
AIM: To compare the effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells and explore the differences between these two most commonly used surgeries for grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ lens nucleus. · METHODS: Retrospective study. We retrospectively evaluated the data of age-related cataract patients who had completed surgery in our hospital between June 2013 and December 2015. There were 84 eyes of 84 patients. The corneal endothelial cell density of all the patients were greater than 2000/mm2 and lens nucleus were gradeⅡ- Ⅲ. The patients were divided into manual small incision cataract surgery ( MSICS ) group and phacoemulsification ( Phaco ) group. MSICS group included 42 cases (42 eyes) and Phaco group included 42 cases ( 42 eyes ) . Postoperative evaluations were performed at 1d, 1wk, 1mo and 6mo and included uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) , corneal endothelial cell density and the proportion of hexagonal cells. · RESULTS: There were no statistically significant differences of the two groups in preoperative basic data, UCVA, corneal endothelial cell density and the proportion of hexagonal cells, nuclear classification. The postoperative UCVA were significantly improved in both groups (x2=148. 01, P<0. 001; x2=165. 97, P<0. 001). The postoperative UCVA were on the rise as time goes on. The postoperative corneal endothelial cell density was obviously reduced in both groups compared with the preoperative (F=37. 74, P<0. 001; F=24. 56, P<0. 001). The proportion of hexagonal cells in Phaco group was declined at 1d (P=0. 002) after the operation and returned to baseline by 1wk (P=0. 894) after surgery. There was no significant difference between the two groups in UCVA, corneal endothelial cell density and the proportion of hexagonal cells at each observation point (P>0. 05). ·CONCLUSION: Manual small incision cataract surgery and phacoemulsification can indiscriminately improve UCVA and decrease the density of corneal endothelial cells. However, the change of hexagonal cells proportion was not obvious. These two surgeries for cataract patients with corneal endothelial cell density greater than 2000/mm2 , grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ lens nucleus have similar efficacy and safety.

Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2014;(12):714-716
Objective To investigate colonization of multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs)in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)newborns on admission. Methods From April to November 2013,293 newborns who admitted to NICU of a hospital were screened for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)by nasal and throat swabs and for extended-spectrumβ-lactamases (ESBLs)bacteria and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE)by anal swabs. Results Of 293 newborns,61 were detected MDROs (20.82%).The positive rate of MDROs screening in newborns aged <3 days(5.92%)was lower than those aged <3-6 days(37.74%)and 7-28 days (43.66%), the difference was significant (P =0.000).The major colonized MDROs were ESBLs-producing bacteria(83.60%), the major colonized site was anus(88.52%).Conclusion Neonatal anus and stool are important sources of MDROs in NICU;more attention should be paid to colonization screening for MDROs by anal swabs in newborns aged >3 days, and appropriate isolation measures should be taken for positive screening patients to prevent the transmission of MDROs.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
The faults of large-scale equipments of hospitals, such as imaging equipment, laboratory equipment, sterilizing equipment and bioelectric equipment, result in considerable expenses of hospitals. Usual and special preventive maintenances (PM) should be performed to decrease the expenses. Additionally, PM can be carried out when the condition is possible.
