1.Effects and mechanism of different operation methods on the sexual life quality of patients with uterine fibroid
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(5):756-757
Objective To explore the effects and mechanism of different surgical operation methods on the sexual life quality of patients with uterine fibroid. Methods 80 cases in uterine fibroid were randomly divided into four groups: talhysterectomy (TH) group (n=20), intrafascial hysterectomy (IH) group (n=20), subtotalhysterectomy (STH) group(n=20) and vaginalhysterectomy (VH) group (n=20). In the follow-up of one month and three months after operation, the levels of estradiol (E2), follicle stmiulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) were detected, the sexual life quality of the patients with uterine fibroid. Results (1) The scores of BISF-W in to TH group, IH group, STH group, and VH group were (166±20),(178±35),(176±33) and (180±43) respectively, which were higher than (163±22),(166±40),(162±35) and (163±30) in the same group before the operation, there were significant difference (P<0.05); BISF-W scores in TH group were obviously lower than those in IH group, STH group and VH group (P<0.05).(2) The levels of E2, TSH and LH in one month after operation were obviously lower than those before operation (P<0.05). In the third month after operation, hormone level recovered to that before operation. Conclusion The sexual life quality is different in patients with uterine fibroid after different operations. The grade of brief index of sexual function for women (BISF-W) is related with the change of sex hormone level.
2.Diagnosis and treatment of maternal and neonatal complications in diabetes complicating pregnancy and gestational diabetes mellilus
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):240-241
Objective To explore the maternal and neonatal complications of diabetes complicating pregnant, and related diagnosis and teratment. Methods The data of 50 cases of pregnant patients complicated with diabetes(A group)and 50 cases gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)(B group)were analyzed retrospectively.Maternal and neonatal complications including pregnant-induced hypertension, premature rupture of membrane,DKA,pretermdelivery, polyhydramnios, fetal distress, fetal death, rate of caesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal macrosomia, neonatal hypoglycemia,RDS,and congenital malformations were compared between the two groups. Results The pregnancy complications exclude postpartum hemorrhage in A group were significant higher than those in B group. The incidences of fetal macrosomia, neonatal hypoglycemia, fetal death were also higher in A group when compared to B group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women complicated with diabetes have morese svere hazards on mother and neonatal,we should enhance managements to these women in progestation, duration of pregnancy, and postlabour.

5.Relationship between platelet activation and coronary heart diease and traditional chinese medicine research
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
The platelet membrance glycoprotein plays a key role in the adhesion, aggregation and release of platelet. It is the specific molecular marker for platelet activation. Many studies have confirmed that platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P may be more sensitive and specific to reflect the occurrence of coronary artery development,CD62P level is positively correlated with the severity.A variety of traditional Chinese medicine can lower the CD62P level, inhibit platelet activation and the treatment play an important role in the treatment.
6.Experimental research of Jiajian Yun? Decoction on ventricular remodeling
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
AIM: To explore the effects and mechanisms of classic prescription Jiajian Yun? Decoction(JJYND) on ventricular remodeling. METHODS: Two kinds of ventricular remodeling model were induced by injecting L-thyroxine intraperitoneally or banding abdominal aorta in rats. The effects of JJYND on heart index(HI) and concentrations of neuroendocrine factors such as serum nitric oxide(NO),myocardium angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ),endothelin-1(ET-1),activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),concentration of myocardium hydroxyproline(Hyp),cross section area of cardiomyocyte were determined. RESULTS: JJYND could significantly reduce the heart index, cardiomyocyte cross section area, elevate serum NO concentration, restrain myocardium Ang Ⅱ,ET-1,Hyp concentrations and improve myocardium GSH-Px、SOD activities. CONCLUSION: Prescription JJYND has good effects on attenuating ventricular remodeling.
7.Cardiovascular effects of Angiotensin(1-7)
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Angiotensin (1-7) is an important biologically active substance of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. It has vasodilatory, antiproliferative and antithrombotic effects. The functions of Ang (1-7) are often opposite to Ang Ⅱ. Ang (1-7) can be formed from Ang Ⅰ or Ang Ⅱ .Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 is the rate-limiting enzyme of Ang(1-7).The biological effects of Ang (1-7) are mainly mediated by its receptor, the G-protein-coupled receptor Mas.
8.Application of fluorescence in situ hybridization in the diagnosis of solid tumors
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a non-radioactive technique by use of fluorescently labeled DNA probes in detecting chromosomal alterations in cells. As a new molecular cytological method, it can detect various types of cytogenetic alterations, including deletion, amplification and translocation, as well as improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis if combined with histomorphology. This review focuses on the application of FISH to the detection of some solid tumors.
9.Current research in radiation retinopathy
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2012;30(3):283-287
Radiation retinopathy is a kind of retinopathy after expose to radiation sources or radiotherapy. In China,it occurs mostly after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. With the development of radiation equipment and radiotherapy technique, the target of treatment is improved and side effects decreased. However, better curative effect may bring longer surviving time and higher incidence of radiation retinopathy eventually.Radiation retinopathy is easily ignored or misdiagnosed as its fundus change is similar to that of some common retinal vascular diseases.Besides, there is no unified and standard treatment for radiation retinopathy. Thus, radiation retinopathy usually leads to incurable vision loss.Oculist and oncologist should pay close attention to this disease. This review focuses on the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, assistant examination, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and therapeutic method for radiation retinopathy, especially the latest treatment advances in order to achieve early diagnosis and timely treatment.
