Advances in clinical transformation research has facilitated discovery of a number of novel somatic mutations and aberrant intracellular signaling pathways involved in malignant proliferative B-cell lymphoma.Meanwhile,small molecular inhibitors targeting those mutation genes or signaling pathways have also been shown to be effective in treating relapsed and refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.This paper reviewed important discoveries in clinical transformation research in lymphoma field in 2013.

Rituximab in the combination of CHOP regimen has been widely used as the standard treatment of several kinds of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL),but there are still about 1/3 of the late B-NHL patients become primary and secondary resistant to the drug.Recently,many translational research progress in malignant lymphoma promoted the development of promising candidate drugs for the treatment of lymphoma.The advances in translational research field were summarized in this manuscript.

Objective To explore the role of serum levels of Klotho protein and fibroblast growth factor(FGF)-23 in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods A total of 160 patients with CKD were recruited into CKD group in this study,160 healthy controls were selected in the control group from March 2014 to March 2016.Basic clinical data,blood biochemical index,serum level of Klotho protein and FGF-23 were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The hemoglobin,serum albumin,blood calcium,glomerular filtration rate,Klotho protein levels in the CKD group were lower than those in the control group,and the serum creatinine,blood urea,blood serum phosphorus and FGF-23 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).With the progress of CKD stages,hemoglobin,glomerular filtration rate,Klotho protein levels gradually decreased,serum creatinine,blood urea,blood serum phosphorus,FGF-23 level increased(P<0.05).The levels of FGF-23 were negatively related to hemoglobin,glomerular filtration rate,Klotho(r=-0.584,0.692,-0.724)and were positively correlated to serum creatinine,blood urea,blood serum phosphorus(r=0.814,0.703,0.527).The levels of Klotho protein were positively related to hemoglobin,glomerular filtration rate(r=0.612,0.685),and were negatively correlated to serum creatinine,blood serum phosphorus,blood urea,FGF-23(r=-0.720,-0.690,-0.519,0.724).Conclusion High concentrations of FGF-23 and Klotho protein with low concentration were not only related to calcium phosphate metabolic disorders of patients with CKD,and were also associated with the prognosis of patients with CKD,which might be early biomarkers and predictor in patients with CKD.

Results: Established a guarantee mechanism for medical equipment under the event of an emergency. Conclusion:The mechanism effectively improves the hospital medical equipment management level, and plays a huge role in dealing with all kinds of sudden events and emergency tasks.

One imported endemic of schistosomiasis occurred in historical non-endemic area in Shayang County in 2006.Through the comprehensive control measures of surveillance,control of infectious sources and health education,the endemic was controlled effectively.

Objective To explore the experiences in nursing children with snoring in the peri-operative period. Methods Five hundred and six children with snoring in the affiliated Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2013 to December 2014 were enrolled in the study. The clinical data of all children and the nursing measures were analyzed retrospectively during the peri-operative periods to look into psychological nursing, preoperative evaluation and nursing instructions before the surgeries and keeping respiratory tract un-obstructed, bleeding observation, pain nursing and infection prevention. Results The 506 children underwent tonsillectomy with adenoidectomy or simple adenoidectomy . Two patients had hemorrhage after operation and hemostasis was done successfully by surgeries . Conclusion The nursing measures including psychological nursing , preoperative evaluation and health instructions can be critical for ensuring the successful operation and keeping the respiratory tract unobstructed , infection prevention, bleeding observation and pain nursing can be helpful for reducing the postoperative complications and enhance the quality of life.

Objective To investigate the effects of children's mentality on mental symptoms during recovery period of ketamine anesthesia. Methods According to the mentality, forty-five children undergoing smalminor surgery were assigned into active group, stable group and fretful group with 15 cases each. Child was anaesthetized by ketamine alone. RP, BP, HR and SpO_2 were recorded at the end of operation, 5,10 and 30 min after operation. Meanwhile the expression, feeling, behavior, talking and activity were observed. Results RR, BP, HR in active group and fretful group were significantly higher than those in stable group. There was a significant difference in the expression, feeling, behavior, talking and activity among three groups. Conclusion Children's mentality has a significant effect on mental symptoms and hemodynamics during recovery period of ketamine anesthesia.

Cell culture of Ginseng (Panax ginseng ) was conducted under different K_(La)?,with other conditions kept coustant. Results showed that the best range of K_(La)? for Gingseng cell cultu re was 18~27h-1.

Objective To study MR manifestations of biliary obstructive disease.Methods MR examination (Philips Gyroscan INTERA 1.0T)in 69 patients with biliary obstructive disease were performed.The conventional sequences included:T1WI/FFE,T2WI/TSE,T2WI/SPIR and contrast-enhanced at axial position,coronal B-FFE and MRCP.All images in all cases were compared with the results of operation and pathology.Results 43 cases were benign disorder,of them,42 cases were choledocholithiasis,one case was choledochal cyst.Choledocholithiasis presented as single or multiple round or ovoid with low signal.The direct sign of malignant lesions (26 cases) was the masses with slightly high signal at the obstructive part,the indirect sign of malignant lesions was obstruction or narrow of bile duct. The MR diagnostic accuracy of obstructive location was 100%, and the accuracy for evaluating the causes of obstruction was 89.9%.Conclusion MRCP combining with B-FFE and routine MRI, analysising the direct sign and indirect sign, can improve the diagnostic accuracy of obstructive jaundice.
