Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Doctor-patient conflict is a social problem in the present phase of medical development in China that has come into being due to the huge gap between the doctor's and the patient's understanding and requirement concerning their roles, rights, obligations and interest. It results from intersection and collision of various social factors. From the sociological perspective,it has been found that the main causes of such a problem include: the limited health resources and its uneven distribution;the doctor as the monopoly of medical resources;the doctor and the patient both as seekers of maximal self-interest.According to the conflict theory in sociology,doctor-patient conflict can be classified,in terms of form, degree, and goal of conflict, into direct and indirect conflict, violent and non-violent conflict, and reality and non-reality conflict respectively.Indirect conflict and non-reality conflict deserve special attention because of their hiddenness, latency, and deep influence upon doctor-patient relationship.

The design aims at improving and enriching nurturance theories and practice paradigms related with medical students' doctor-patient communicating competence. It is based on the view about cultivating and evaluating undergraduates' doctor-patient communicating competence and the theoretical basis about the existing research achievement and follows teaching practice regular pattern.Doctorpatient communicating competence of undergraduates has its own multidimensional meanings.Construction methods are as follows:taking one course as the core; enrolling multidimensional discipline in classroom teaching; combining classroom teaching with varieties of practice; establishing medical case communication training model; introducing appropriate evaluation system. Its construction principles should be found on the humanistic essence.

This study was aimed to explore the antidepressant effect of Kai-Xin Jie-Yu (KXJY) prescription on depressive model of rats, and to explore the level of inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood.According to sucrose preference and weight, male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group. The model of depression was established by chronic unpredictable mild stress and separation for @@6 weeks.Body weight, sucrose preference and forced swimming test were used to evaluate the depressive state. The levels of IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α in the serum of rats were measured by ELISA.The results showed that compared with the normal group, the weight, sucrose preference and total drinking water of rat model gToup were significantly reduced. The immobility time of forced swimming was significantly prolonged. The level of IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α expression in serum was significantly increased. There was no significant difference between the body weight of rats in the model group and TCM group. The total amount of drinking water and sucrose preference were significantly increased. The immobility time of forced swimming was reduced.Levels of IL-1 β,IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α expression were decreased significantly. It was concluded that KXJY prescription can improve depression symptoms in depression model of rats.It may be related to regulate the expression level of serum inflammatory cytokines.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2019;38(7):578-581
The construction of health file of patients with brucellosis in Qinghai Province was based on the Qinghai Provincial Public Health Network Information Platform. It was jointly participated and implemented by animal husbandry and veterinary departments, animal disease control centers, disease control centers and hospitals at all levels, to achieve standardized management of early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment, as well as follow-up, review, and efficacy evaluation. After analyzing the health file of brucellosis patients, we proposed to strengthen the propaganda of brucellosis, collect information from multiple diseases, share resources with multiple departments, integrate human resources and exert management responsibilities, and explore opinions and countermeasures suitable for local working conditions. The establishment of a health file for patients with brucellosis could fully grasp the diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis patients, facilitate the management of follow-up and review, and it was helpful to understand the distribution and prevalence of brucellosis in Qinghai Province, and to warn the epidemic trend.

In order to understand the current status of the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) about prevention and control of COVID -19 in college students, and to provide theoretical basis for prevention and control work in college campus. This study investigated the KAP of COVID -19 of 1 847 college students in Shaanxi province by questionnaire using the convenience sampling method. Chisquare test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors for the KAP of COVID -19. The results demonstrated that 48.3% of the students had a higher knowledge level of COVID -19, 11.7% had a fear attitude and 39.6% had good protective practices. Logistic regression results showed that female and urban household college students had higher cognitive level of COVID -19. The college students with anxiety state were more likely to have fear attitude. Students of female, urban household, anxiety, higher cognition and fear attitude showed better protective practices. The above results indicated that the knowledge level of COVID -19 in college students are not enough, and the attitude and protective practices need to be further improved. Therefore, relevant departments should follow the rules of KAP, carry out targeted propaganda and education on COVID -19 for college students, to improve their ability to cope with public health emergencies.
