砄bjective:To compare the adherent ability of Candida albicans on the surface of two kinds of silicone elastomer used as prosthodontic materials and to study the factors affecting the adherence. Methods: Candida albicans were cultured on the surface of SY 1 and MDXA 4210 with or without saliva acquired pellicle for 10 min, then the number of the bacteria was counted. Results:With or without saliva acquired pellicle, the number (1?10 3/mm 2) of C.albicans on SY 1 was 24.5?0.88 and 2.0?0.47 respectively( P 0.05 ).Conclusion:There is little difference between the adherent ability of C.albicans on the two kind of silicone elastomer.Saliva acquired pellicle can decrease the adherence.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Objectives:To study the preparation techniques of gelatin microspheres encapsulated with sodium fluoride and evaluate the anticaries functions in dental plaque model in vitro. Methods:Fluoride gelatin microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerisation method. The encapsulation rate and drug contents were tested by ISE. In vitro inhibition of demineralization were also examined. Results:The mean size of fluoride GMS was (16.81?8.77)?m.The encapsulation rate was 76.73%.The drug content was 5.61%.The release profile in vitro showed sustained effects. Fluoride GMS can prevent demineralization more efficiently. Conclusions:Fluoride gelatin microspheres may be an promising topical fluoride release system.

Objective:
To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of trimetazidine combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP) complicated with chronic heart failure (CHF).
Methods:
From January 2016 to September 2018, 60 UAP patients complicated with CHF in Taizhou Cancer Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given ticagrelor, while the observation group was given ticagrelor + trimetazidine. The clinical efficacy, angina attack, cardiac function indicators, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results:
The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (χ2=4.043,
